Why aliexpress's review is so bad?

No customer service. Some sellers are dishonest. No way to recoup your money for items never sent. Bogus tracking information since no custom number unavailable. Sellers asking for your your PayPal account to make a refund when they are suppose tp use Alipay. Clean up dishonest sellers like co-co fashion store. I have ordered tother items thru Aliexpress without a problem but you should get rid of the bad ones. I am reluctant to use Aliexpress again after this bad experience.

Not sure that it is bad. My first two orders were fantastic. But it has been a month and nothing else has arrived. Makes me wonder if it is a scam. Some of the sellers have falsely marked items as sent when they have contacted me to say there is no stock. I understand that shipping from china can be slow so maybe my orders are on the way but I will wait and see. Out of stock items are still listed which wastes everyone's time. You order and pay then you hear nothing for ages then they tell you there is no stock and you have to cancel. Payment is quickly accepted but very slow to refund. If it turns out to be a legitimate site I will be very happy. Fantastic items to buy. There are several more things I would like to buy but not until my previous orders are received.

AliExpress allows the online shop holders to advertise what they haven't in stock, I asked the seller to to change it for another item, but again I got the answer we have no stock. I did complain about this on AliExpress, no reply at all. I had chats with their "help line", hey came no further as "We feel so sorry for you!", but no solution was offered, After that the dispute, which was in my favor, but the client has to take care of their own refund, which means the client has to pay to AliPay a clearance fee of USD 15.-.
On to of this, to transfer the payment to AliExpress the bank did charge USD 40.- fees, which totals USD 55.- in financial loss.
AliExpress is well aware, and their system is created to suck out of the already negative circumstances all what they can. AliExpress makes mention of full refund in case the client doesn't receive what's bought, but they don't mention that the client has to take care of the transfer of the refund by himself, including their bank clearance fee. This was told after the refund as send to the AliPay account, with the wonderful words:

For withdrawal of money, you may bond a bank account in Alipay Account and then withdraw the money as following steps.

1. Enter Alipay Account by https://intl.alipay.com/user/i.htm and click on “Refunds Pending”;

3. Enter bank account details and submit. (Please see the attachment).

Please be reminded that there will be a 15 USD fee charged from our clearance bank.

AliExpress, AliPay and the vast majority of their sellers are a bunch of Chinese cheaters! Their owner Jack Ma becomes rich by robbing he ignorant buyers, using an internet platform designed for the Chinese national vitue, which is FRAUDE and CHEATING!

Are you f... ing kidding me? Read the other reviews. They are thieves and I can't believe the U.S. Doesn't shut them down. It's anything goes for Albita and aliexpress. So once in a while they fill an order. If they don't they get to keep your money and you won't get any help or concern.
Prime example. I placed a $900.00 order. The seller promised me the world. Thanked me for my trust. Then as time went by, I got one lie after another. Long story short, they just ran the clock out and wouldn't respond to me and the 60 days ran out. I was in the hospital and didn't get the email that protection time was up til the next day. I immediately contacted the parent company. They told me tuff luck. They would send an email to their vendor but that's it. They get to keep my $900.00 and they don't have to fill my order.
Now, Do you think a company that cares about their customers or reputation or anything but American $'s, would allow a thieving bastard like Li Quan Li to continue to operate under their blanket protection. Read the other reviews. They rip people off!

I have never had an issue with this sit. Everything I've order des has showed up ahead of time and in perfect order. Except for some sat lights I ordered that came with a plug!

Seriously y'all complain about shipping times? It is from China usually and free or very cheap. If you want fast ship pay more on amazon or ebay for these items.

As far as if an order is out of stock or doesn't come, they resolved for me the few times it happened. My biggest single item purchase was $120. The seller accidentally sold at that price, then took down the product and relished at higher price. During that mix up, they contacted me and explained my order was accidentally canceled. But because I already paid they still gave me that discount and for the slight delay, they added free expedited shipping. The dress came faster than the original estimate, and I had an amazing deal. I bet that dress retails over $500 in us because of intricate feather and lace detailing on a long train. It was honestly bridal quality, but in black color.
