There is no customer service what so ever so be very careful when buying on AliExpress. Buyer protection is a load of BS and if problems arise with your order they will always side with the seller. I would suggest using a shop that someone that you know has already used to purchase hair.

I have got burnt with Aliexpress. EBay has a far better customer service and buyer protection. Keep away from Aliexpress.

I donot know about hair but I think most of the products get shipped to the customer it might not be the quality described or look like the quality in the picture some customers have got no product because of a false shipping number by the reviews I see pecentage wise I think that is a low percentage. This site you need to have a 99 cent store or swapmeet mantality where you looking to buy something cheap of good quality.If you shop at this place like Walmart or Target or Macys or amazon that is when you are going to get burned. There are a lot of things I would not buy on this site because if you didnt like it you could never take it back because of the cost of shipping it back. I woul not buy something expensive on this sight because the reviewers might not be that good what product did they compare it to how long did they have it how different sellers did they buy it from to compare the quality of the product.The prices I see on some of there products are so high and there return policy is no good pretty much as long as you recieved the product you cannot return it because of the expense of shipping from china and also mailing back to the United States. Never put there app on your computer or labtop they bombard you with advertisments like if you had malware on your computer and it will leave your computer open for malware attacks.If youcan use this site with caution and almost predict how good of quality item you are going to get you will do alright on this site.

The size won' fit, quality is poor, and you will never return and able to get your money back. Suggest eat it then give to them for a parcel of rubbist

Yup avoid Aliexpress all together. Lost a lot of money there. For example if you order a 10 inch wig they will send you a 5 inch wig and if you open a dispute the seller will still get your money because he sent you something even though its not what was advertised. This site is a total scam.

I would not buy from them again. Products cheap.

Each seller responds directly to you, some are good but i found many are terrible, many have problems translating questions and often you get the wrong answer, this of course is most companies in China. Message several times your questions before you buy and if they don't answer correctly, don't buy.
Buy only buy from those that are very responsive and clear. Don't just send money, try using pay pal for your own protection.

AliExpress works with independent sellers like Amazon or Ebay. Most of these sellers are ok, some are not. If a problem occurs, AliExpress will give you a full or partial refund.

Like I said, It is a gamble to buy things via Aliexpress. You might be lucky to get the right product from an honest seller. But if you get the wrong product the customer support is a joke - messing around with you. All their agents have English names and programmed to lie. I had a chat with 6 of them and they all tell you the same thing. You will waste your time contacting them. I gave up and just hope that the crooked sellers will have their day in jail or in hell.

If you select a seller who has had a lot of orders, click orders next to $ Low to high and read feedback you will be fine. I spend a lot of money on Aliexpress every month some months up to $4-$5,000 USD and never have problems. Do your research do not listen to whingers who do not know what they are talking about

I have bought hair extensions many times & I've had no problems at all. Look at how long a store has been up & Find a buyer with a high rating and positive reviews. I have also found a buyer who ships within the US & it took way less time to receive my hair. I'm a hair & makeup artist & I have discounts to buy hair wherever I want & I Will buy it off of Ali instead of here in the US.

The customer services is great. Talk to the seller tell him/her what u want. But please don't give them any of ur private infos. The talk is just about the product, the shipping but u have to pay Aliexpress not the seller. Don't send money by western union, don't give the seller ur email or else they'll send u invoice in ur paypal and bill u. Pay with ur debit or credit card on Aliexpress and make sure to let Aliexpress knows when u receive ur goods. I hope I help u.

I bought some hair from a buyer and when I wore it no one noticesI keep laughing b-cuz I was waiting for someone to figure it out! But no one did so I don't have any problems. It did take about 5 weeks to get here but that's the normal.

Just check the feedback... when searching i usually put it in order from "most orders" so there is more feedback... and if customers are happy that generally means you will be too... ive found aliexpress to be a great place to shop but I do not just buy any random product on there... the feedback even has pictures which is great and feedback on the actual product itself... ebay could learn a thing or 2 because on evay you have a much bigger gamble because you cant see what your actually getting half the time... you have to trust the seller...

I wouldnt buy anything from them... I purchased a clock and after waiting almost 2 months it arrived and was totally in chinese. When I contacted them they were rude and refused to give me a refund and then put me on ignore. They are a horrible company. Lesson learned here is "stick to reputable companies". I like amazon and ebay.

These people will get your money and run away, they will give you the constant run around and if anything happens they will not give you your money back
