AliExpress is full of thieves! If you want to lose thousands on products that dont arrive then AliExpress is the place for you. The sellers simply ignore your messages and there is no way to take it further with AliExpress.
Aliexpress in general is best option (for me) in shopping on line, with the security of getting your funds back if anything is wrong. There are better and worse shops, but in general the experience is good.

I ordered a beautiful burgundy cotton blouse they were showing in the picture, the blouse came within 1 month, it was horrible, there was no hem on the tie bow, nor around the shoulders, it was red, not burgundy, it was a really cheap polyester, not cotton. They send something I did not order, In order for me to get my money back, I had to ship it back to China with tracking at $52.40, that more than the blouse cost. I gave the seller 1 star, It is showing that I gave him 5. They are full of it.
Bad client service. I placed an order for a tablet and i payed the DHL shipping, The seller didn't send it after 5 days. I asked to cancel the order, cause that was an option on aliexpress. The seller refuse and they told me that already it was send than they sent it after. The client service on aliexpress was really bad. They didn't help at all. It's better to avoid buying in that site. Money others sites offer a perfect client service so better protection for your money.
I ordered hair extensions and after receiving them was very dissatisfied with their color and they shed horribly! I filed a complaint and was told to return the product and they would also refund me return shipping, which I did. The company reviewed my complaint charged me for the product which I do not have because I was told to return them for a refund and closed the complaint case and now will not answer me! Do not do any business with an overseas company that is not a member of the BBC o r does not accept PayPal, I learned the hard way unfortunately! They do not enforce their buyer protection policy which they claim to have!
Waited six weeks for a product from shoesfactory to be posted. Despite the item being in stock at time of purchase for six weeks I was told this was time for "processing the order". After six weeks of "processing" I selected to cancel the order as it was estimated it would take a further six to eight weeks for delivery. During the six weeks processing time I had several communications with the supplier who gave me no reason why the item had not yet been posted. I will be very interested to see if my money is actually refunded
I returned the item due to the scratch on the item but I didn't get refund saying I returned a empty package which I didn't. I asked the evidence that the warehouse received the empty package from me but never did and I didn't get refund.

Customer service is also ok, the sellers are trying hard to fix everything, not always works, but sometimes something does not work out there is the possibility to open a disput.

I paid for a phone charger using my credit card through their alipay system.
They charged my credit card multiple times in the few weeks after ordering the charger without my authorization, I had to get the bank involved to solve the issue.
Do not trust them, Your credit card details will not be secure and they will probably steal money from you (Just google it and you will see many have had the same problem)
I'm glad for the changes AliExpress has made to protect the shipments but there are also changes to be made to protect the buyer when the goods do not arrive within the specified time or the goods do not meet the description
I used it for many years. It was always my site to go to.
Now I use it for cheap jewelry. Ebay and Alibaba give you better prices. My worst experience was when the seller send good product at good price of 800us to the wrong address by Fedex. The seller promised to compensate my son for seventy dollars tax ride, but never did. Aliexpress did not help.
After hundreds of orders i can say, aliexpress is sometimes problematic, but usualy correctly working. When i get unusable or fake items i always got a full refund. Sometimes i have to prove with videos or photos, but it is normal on other sites too.
I have ordered several things on the AliExpress website and have received most of the items with in two weeks. The items arrived as described. So far, So good! But there is one item I have not received and it has now been 3 weeks since I placed my order.
