I love aliexpress

I have never really had any issues with them. I have bought 20-30 things off there, and maybe had one incident, but wasn't even a big deal enough for me to remember at all. I adore the site and my sister uses it too without any issue either. I recommend it to my friends.

RIP OFF, scammers

One lie after another. Ali express enables their sellers to rip people off and then stands behind them after they have stolen your money. You may get one or two small orders, but as soon as you place a big one they will steal your money. They will both profit from you and laugh as your left with nothing. They stole close to $1000. 00 from be. DONT BE THEIR NEXT MARK!

I made the order of more products and in 98% I am satisfied. From my point of view, buying from AliExpress is not an experience but an adventure. I bought an item that didn't turn up. Was tracked so buyer and alliexpress where aware of this. Seller Maxwell admitted postal error And would refund. But as soon as I agreed refused to refund. I messaged alliexpress 6 times and once was very rude or ignored or just asked seller to reply. I also said by keeping the seller on the site with acknowledge the seller refused to refund or reply to emails shows they are liable. Still no luck do not use this site unless willing to chance to loose money

You will receive first "test"order and when you buy in bigger quantities whole batch is "missing".
This is made deliberately by AX:
Ching-chong fakes tracking number so it is "delivered" and though Fedex/fedexlike companies has signature upon delivery - no claim is filled by sender and you cannot fill claim having only false tracking nr!

Only the truth

I'm not even trying to be mean only honest. And I'm sure the corporate office already knows this. The products are inferior but we know you get what you pay for this country. That I can stand. Sometime. But the one thing that I just can't stand for is how we live in a modern society and takes half a year to get your product. It simply is unacceptable to wait 70 or so days to get what you order it's egregious. Caution! Before warned that if you want your product anytime soon go back in time and order it because it takes for absolutely ever long to get it if you order something at the beginning of the season you won't get it until the next season and that is absolutely ridiculous

First time, never again!

Ordered an rc car kit. I was initially given the wrong tracking number, which lead me to believe it had been delivered to an address 8 states away. They gave me a second tracking number which was invalid, but kit arrived three days later. The retail box had one layer of small bubble wrap around it, and was shipped in an unpadded plastic bag. The retail box arrived with a big dent in it and body of the car was smashed. I filed a dispute and requested a refund of $20 to cover buying a replacement body. The seller demanded I ship the kit back (overseas at my expense which would be a minimum of $23) to get a full refund. My only recourse at that pt was to ship the kit back and take a loss, or keep it and buy the body out of pocket. I chose the latter, which means I should have bought the kit domestically for more and saved myself the wait and hassle. AliExpress... NEVER AGAIN! K

Ordered 10 items from a Chinese merchant that they described as being new. When the items arrived, they did look new, but when I went to use them, they were all obviously factory rejects because none of them operated correctly. Two of them didn't even work at all.

The merchant said I would get a full refund only if the items were returned at buyer's expense. When I learned it would cost more to ship them back to China than what they cost, I asked for a partial refund without having to ship them back. The merchant refused. When I opened a dispute with Aliexpress, they backed the seller, no refund unless I ship them back. See, that's where they get you. Unless the item is very expensive and weighs almost nothing, they know that no buyer is going to pay the huge shipping costs to return defective items back to the seller, therefore by de facto, the Aliexpress buyer protection program is nothing more than a scam.

Terrible
June 24, 2015

I found this website recently and was very happy. I have placed. 6 orders and so far I have received 3. Something has been wrong with all of them. It is just about impossible to contact both the seller and Aliexpress. I spent well over an hour today trying to get in touch with them with no luck. I am done with them.

Bad service

Aliexpress, USED TO BE a good online platform to buy cheap products and even sometimes to got surprised by the quality of some of them. The problem NOW is that they do not have a chat service if you need to contact them (is a robot, with automatic answers, so at the end you do not have any help at all) not to mention that if you pay extra to have a tracking number of your online purchases. You should forget it. This will not happen... they send it as a standard shipping but they charge you as if "would have a tracking number"... purchases, are send sometimes a month later... and if you complain they really do not care. The answer is to be patience:-). And they do NOT refund the money any more. I still waiting for a product that I ordered two months ago. When it supposedly must arrive in 24 days max.

I have ordered a dress and it has been 8 days now and nothing from the seller. Every time I try to get a status on my dress all they keep on say is " we will try our best ". I have also asked bingru hau how do I go about getting a refund and still nothing... The supplier did not even have the common decency to email me to advice me that my dress would be shipped late there is no communication I am so frustrated. The sad part is that I sent an email asking if I could get the dress by a certain time and there response was yes as soon as I payed it would be shipped... I need to know how to go about getting a refund

This company sucks! The product they sent me has not worked since the day I got it! The website is confusing and getting anyone to contact you about the product is difficult. When they do contact you they ask that you do a youtube video and send them the link. After complying with that request I still have no resolution to the problem.

Avoid, Cheat low class chinese sellers with aliexpress hand in glove with fraudsters

Stick to ebay, atleast your money is safe.

Bought a phone and paid for dhl express, they did not ship the phone for 21 days, raised a dispute but the cheats provided a fake tracking number. Item posted after 27 days and got a used phone. Dispute raised but aliexpress sided with seller.

Ordered a Vcopter from Aliexpress and paid for. Contacted Aliexpress when I did not get a invoice or order number. Aliexpress could not find a order, payment, or any information for my order but the money was sent to them and traced by Pay Pal. Aliexpress is a fraudulent and false advertising web site in China. It has been three weeks and I am still waiting!

On Jan 14, ordered a camera from aliexpress, I asked the vendor for 2.8mm lends with the camera I purchased, and charge the additional cost for the 2.8mm lens vendor tells me to cancel order and reorder again, so I cancelled order before it was process, I did not get my refund and did not get the camera I wanted to purchase sent email to aliexpress no response, chat with vendor no response, Im surprise on the customer service down grade as a result of this on going bad experience the customer service was great last year but this year it went down hill, so I will not buy again from this site until service improves and my money is refunded, my advice is when ordering products from china you can expect bad experiences now and then. There are risks when ordering from these sites so don't spend more than you can afford to lose.

The place to buy anything very cheap, but be careful and read reviews as the quality of products can be poor so I recommend checking photos of previous buyers carefully as well as reading a description of items very attentively.

GARBAGE, STAY AWAY!

I bought a pair of boot from "Sherry Century Classic item boutique"
"Ankle boots heels shoes woman Isabel Marant " and according to the picture the looked awesome, they were supposed to be high-quality leather boots. When they arrive, I thought it was a joke, they were made of plastic and I had seen similar boots for five dollars somewhere. When I opened a dispute case they told me to keep the boots because the return shipping is very expensive and that they will give me a discount on my next purchase. I was never going to order from them again so I sent them back. It's over three months now and they keep claiming that they never got the boots. Please don't order anything from them!

Aliexpress always take side of the seller. No matter what. There are many scams sellers on the Aliexpress. They are ready to cheat you of your money by any possible means. I will never do any business through the Aliexpress.

Aliexpress staff changed one of my orders status to "frozen" because of seller strange activity but suddenly status changed to "finished". Seller disappeared and aliexpress took my money. By the way "open dispute" system is just big loophole for cheaters!
