While i tried to place my third order I could not make a payment because they required to upload pictures of my passport and bank statement before. Why should i share my personal info with them? My first two orders were ok.
I have completed over a dozen transactions to the US have only had one hiccup with US Customs. However, the vendor did keep in touch and made good on the order. I cannot say all vendors will be as responsive but mine was. Chinew Technology Co LTD.
This place has things from cosplaying, to jewelry, to kitchen ware! It has really low prices and usually money back guarantees if the item you receive is unsatisfactory! May take a month to arrive but v totally worth it for the prices!
Bought a motorcycle jacket with 5 protective pads. Received jacket and it was damaged and missing 2 of the 5 pads... I contacted seller and they assured me id get a discount and the 2 pads in mail... I did receive more pads but the $#*!ers sent the wrong ones... opened a dispute and this piece of $#*! site has decline my request of a refund... They are saying i damaged the jacket and dont care I am missing pads... Total bull$#*!... I now have a damaged jacket with missing pads... totally wasted my money... These crooks should be shut down... hope they all rot in hell
I purchased 6 items but only 4 were delivered. The 2 missing items were showing as delivered on the account so I contacted the seller to let them know that I did not receive them. They denied my claim because they wanted me to go to the post office and get proof that I did not receive the package and send them the document. A reputable company would have given a replacement or a refund and taken it up themselves to contact the shipping company to look into it. I will never order from this company again because you simply loose your money if something goes wrong with the delivery.
My order number was ************** which was placed back in March of this year. My delivery date was supposed to be first week of May. On 4/1/22 I received an email stating my order had been shipped. My order never arrived and I made several attempts to contact selller (GKTools) and AliExpress but all were unsuccessful. I asked for a refund at the end of May. The chat bot told me my refund would come in 2-20 days. It is almost July and I have received nothing. I am clearly being give the runaround.
Update - I will admit when I am wrong. I received the refund within a day or so of when I asked for it. I never received any communication that my refund has completed and I overlooked it on my credit card because it happened much quicker that I was told it would take place. I am disappointed that I never received the product but a refund was QUICKLY given. I will buy things from AliExpress again.
Processing time before shipping is too long (sometimes 10 days. You can open dispute after 60 days. Dispute process will take another 15 days and you must wait next 20 days. If you looking for quick and safe shopping Ebay is better option

After a month i received 5 items,, some very low quality not look good like picture they show
2 items they cancel after a month but i can not cancel after few minute order.

In over 2000 transactions I have only had 2 bad sellers. All the rest have been good and always ready to help with any problems and your selection of product to make sure you get the right thing for you. Products are of a good standard with some a very very good standard. Prices are good too. I have no hesitation recommending Ali Express to anyone. I placed an order from China nearly 2 weeks ago and it still hasn't left China. I understand that an order from China may take some time for delivery, but if it doesn't leave China it will never get here. I have ordered from China on eBay and have been astounded at how fast it arrived. I don't expect fast service, but this is way less than reasonable.
This site is a legit scam. The stuff they send is crap. Also, if you want to return or if they made a mistake, you have to pay for shipping which most of the time is the same or more than the items cost! I bought a pair of shoes, I am a size 7.5-8 and I went up to a 9 to be safe, and the 9 was STILL small! AliExpress sides with the seller even though his shoe size chart was incorrect in correspondent to the shoes he sent me. Biggest scam.
Customer service is poor, no customer protection. Received 20% of the ordered. Money is not refund. Break the forgiveness of the buyer since the official office moved to England. I buy the goods 5 years on this site, but now I am disappointed.
Horrible company. I purchased an external hard drive from Shop*******401. After formatting it, I dumped a few files onto it, then it died. I did not want to return as I had just dumped some personal files onto it so the seller agreed to send out a replacement. 4 months later and it still hasn't arrived. Seller keeps saying he will check on it but that has been going on for 2 months now. I contacted AllieExpress to step in. They will not refund my money unless I provide a picture of the broken product which I threw away when it died. They stole my money and will NEVER see another purchase from me. If you want a reliable Chinese company with customer-friendly return policies, use Temu. Also, avoid DHGate, they are even worse than AllieExpress.
I have now been 'negotiating' for 5 months after ordering a product from Topzero **************) and eventually got supplied with a completely different item, (and completely worthless!). The company supplying the goods make all sorts of stupid remarks such as wrong product number, being on holiday (they have lots of holidays!) and 'puzzle' emojis. Aliexpress agents via their web page, whom I have contacted many times, just keep apologising and suggesting I message the supplier - as I have many times but useless of course! I will never use Aliexpress again as they are as useless as Topzero. On the other hand I have ordered a product through Amazon, clarified a couple of questions with immediate response, and was then sent the correct product within a couple of weeks. They will have my business from now on.
Ordered a man's ring and lighted wall clock. Received wall clock promptly and very nice. Men's ring never received. No tracking number or shipping confirmation. Seller clearly a scam. Notified Alipay twice and no response. So if you like 50/50 odds; order away.

I bought a Bluetooth speaker and the battery would not charge. I disputed the item because it didn't work as intended. I sent the seller a video of the defective speaker, they offered to give me half of my money back if I left 4 stars, for a product that only works when plugged in. I told the seller that there was no way I could leave 4 stars for a product that did not work as advertised. Aliexpress took over the dispute and promptly gave the seller full purchase price. I'm left with a usb cord, because I threw the speaker away. I'm very displeased with the quality of items and aliexpress customer service. I have bought several items from aliexpress in the past. Be wary of electronic items. I believe I have bought my last item here.
