Items rarely come as they are advertised. I've received poor quality items, damaged and even broken items. And when you issue a complaint with the seller or directly with the site itself, you get no where! They don't care about customer satisfaction, all they care about is coving their own behinds and that of their sellers!

I bought two Kindle custudio covers, and when I received them, they didn't fit my Kindle. I wanted to return them, but my order could not be found. There was no way to get in touch with Customer Service, and I essentially lost 26 euros because I couldn't return the items.

The messenger is tricky to use, I have to keep separate notes of business or stores I need to keep in touch with. The pieces are not all high quality and when you order a large order and the product or pieces are not high quality, it will be nearly impossible to create a dispute with the store. It is doable if you have time and energy. All you have to do is snap photos of the piece and mark where it is bad. As a freelancer I use pixlr to prepare my photos for dispute. Success depends on making your snapshots obvious. Obvious for Anyone to See the Faults in the Piece/Product/Item.

Today, I got surprised that Aliexpress deactivated my account with no reason, and after 2 years with hundreds of orders and ranked as A4 on their site with 300+ positive feedback, they just deactivate my account.
After contacting the agent they apologize many times and answered me that she can't do anything, however, I showed her the mistake was done by Aliexpress, but nothing can be done, I uploaded screenshot for the case. And now I lost over 300$ for number of undelivered orders
I bought flowers seeds from 3 different sellers, they are either fake or did not sprout. I contacted the sellers but they gave me a lot BS answers. So i asked for my money back, of course they did not give the money back to me. So I stopped buying cheap seeds from them, they might be cheap but what good about it if they are fake and do not sprout?
Not gonna lie, i was completely shocked when my order arrived fast. It did about 2 weeks but they are coming from China and i was still shocked and happy. I ordered 5 robes for my wedding party and they look and feel very nice. Over all very satisfied and would order from here again.
I have a shipment and cannot track it because the website does not allow this. It is broken. I have tried it on my phone as well. I regret that I even ordered from you guys and will NEVER make this mistake again! I should have read the other reviews before ordering from this company.

I ordered a jersey on the sight and it seems safe. Well never received the jersey. I spoke to customer care and they gave me a routing number so i spoke with my local post office who is unable to track that number. So then they give me a 2nd tracking number. Right then that seem fishy because why would there be 2. The post office says they never delivered anything to my address on the day that it shows delivery. (Benefits of small towns.) Well Ali Express is siding with the seller and not helping at all. Told me i needed proof that i never received it. I guess since i never got it that would be proof. Then when i went to the sellers page everything he was selling was gone. Nothing all. How would all of his things disappear. Be safe and go else wear.
Aliexpress makes it impossible to get a warranty refund or replacement.
They keep making demands for proof even after photos of a defective item were sent to them, they want more. They have no sympathy for the customer, only to the sellers.
Item tracked from a US address, yet they want the return to go to China.
In this store you can find very good offers and discounts, your attention to the customer is excellent, very personalized and unique, it is a place where you can buy whatever you want, with the assurance that you will receive what you asked for without problems.

I had an overall horrible experience ordering from this site.
- Some items on my order never came, the items on the order disappeared from the online order and I never received any notifications that they decided to cancel the order!
- I received several damaged items, and only a couple vendors refunded damaged items.
- I don't recommend ordering any child clothing because the quality of fabric was poor.
- A few vendors charged me shipping that was not made known at the time of the order and they were in no way available to sort this out. I even complained to the better business bureau and apparently they are above that.
- Their online return system is a mascarade, and there is no phone contact possible.
I will never order from this site again, buyer beware, no accountability and no consistency. I feel robbed and the stress was definitely not wort it.
I purchased some items from Aliexpress and was told that it was free shipping, the item was 35 dollars, when i got it there was a 23 dollar charge, so i disputed it, it took over a month and then they declined it, saying it was duty. First of all duty is not 50 percent and the delivery company told me the charge was forwarded with the package. Then aliexpress told me they would give me a coupon equivalent to this amount. Well never got it and contacted them 5 times and keep getting the run around, shop elsewhere people.
I recommend AliExpress to everybody. I have been using it for more than 1 year and made more than 100 orders and I am very happy with it. If sometimes you do not get your order (but it happens very rare) or are not satisfied with it, AliExpress returns you money. I had no problem so far!

They are only as good as the sellers that list their goods through their Marketing site. You also must keep in mind that their standard are not the same as those here in the US. Here in the states we have regulations that prevent a company from selling products that use lead based paints, for example. Their government does not impose the same regulations so in this instance the buyer must use caution and know what they are buying and "buyer beware". If it's hair scrunchies you want and you don't have to concern yourself with lower grade or substandard materials, but want a cheaper price it may prove cost effective like shopping the dollar store or just shopping for a cheap knock off when you don't need to have the name brand. I have shopped Aliexpress 20+ times, but I don't shop them when it's designer quality that I demand from the product.
