They keep making demands for proof even after photos of a defective item were sent to them, they want more. They have no sympathy for the customer, only to the sellers.
Item tracked from a US address, yet they want the return to go to China.
Tip for consumers: I don't know how you would make sure you don't get ripped off, since Aliexpress seems to only back the sellers.
