Literally every store I bought from messed up my order. They would not give me a refund. I would get an email saying my order was stuck in customs, then minutes later an email saying my order was out for delivery in Springfield Gardens, NY. My address is on my account, and I sent it to each seller since I was ordering items for my wedding. I spent a large amount of money on dresses etc and am just screwed out of the money. Customer service is a joke.
They don't send you what you think you are purchasing! As seen in the picture I posted... I thought I purchased an Air Hogs gravity car for my grandson for Christmas. Instead I got a piece of crap! The box was majorly damaged and the car, nor box match what I paid for. Nowhere on the box does it say it was made by Air Hogs. Why did I fall for this? Ridiculous!
I have been reading all the negative reviews... wow what a shame, I have ordered twice from AliExpress, and I have to say that in all honesty I did not have any trouble at all. I ordered a lighted makeup mirror, and a 32 PC makeup brush set at different times. I received both my purchases within 21/25 days. Packaged decently, and nothing broken or missing. I came across AliExpress quite by accident, and gave it a try glad I did, got what I wanted and all in tack.

After investigation i get evidence aliexpress post not true product and refund money to buyer, only 1 problem when you refund KNOW aliexpress get commission for refund bank fees also.

When the tracking info says in transit and the minimum amount of time has passed to request a refund for a non-delivered item, they refund no problem. (Since they're shipping overseas, the real solution would be to extend the deadline to confirm receipt to a more reasonable timeframe.) On the other hand, if you wait to see if you get the item until just before the maximum amount of time before it auto-confirms has passed, and the tracking info updates to delivered but you never received it, since you can't prove you DON'T have the item, they won't listen when you dispute it due to, and I quote, "insufficient proof." Even though I confirm receipt every time I receive an item I ordered before the minimum time limit, even though I'm a repeat customer, they don't care I spent money on something I never got.
Ordered an expensive android device ( around $100). HUGE mistake. The device did not work properly. They agreed to a refund if I shipped it back to them. Spent around $40 shipping the product back and never recieved a refund. I then contacted aliexpress about their seller ripping me off and after MANY weeks Aliexpress messaged me back saying that they "Resolved the issue by warning the seller of their behavior". They did not refund me. In the end I lost $140. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this unethical website.
I was flat out cheated by an Aliexpress vendor and being in the US they had no reason to protect me from the dirtbag who sold me damaged goods. This company can't even stand in the shadow of eBay. Aliexpress did nothing to protect me from the sleazy vendor. Aliexpress knew it would be too expensive to pay shipping back to China. No ethics. I will denigrate Aliexpress every chance I get.
They really cheating shopping online company, i bought 42 pcs some items and i just got 2 of them now more than 10 days i tray to get my order and i chat many time with help center no one care! The sellers are permitted to add time to your shipping time as they please. So their 60 day guarantee is a lie. The sellers are also permitted to advertise faster shipping for an increased cost but do not have to honour it. You can't contact Ali express to argue anything without using the auto system and it just sends you in a constant loop of telling you to wait 10 days. And 10 more days. And then 10 more days. So basically sellers can steal your money and there is nothing you can do.
I have been purchasing jewelry and other items from AliExpress, for about 3 months now, so far my experience has been positive, the items that were not shipped were refunded. I have found good people to buy from and others I would not buy from again, as in in other companies. I buy 1 of a kind in small amounts to get the feel of what the seller and their merchandise is. I can say I have been at least 98% happy with what I have received. Patience in waiting for orders for a month or so has become something I live with.
The product feedback mechanism on Aliexpress is a fake. There is a rule that you have to provide feedback within 30 days and activated by seller. If you open dispute with the seller, and if there is back and forth, escalation, that process will drag on. Before the deal is "complete", you won't be able to submit your feedback and thus lose your opportunity to provide honest feedback. This happened to us. Buyers beware.
DO NOT USE: A Lot of the time you will need to follow up on items that do not arrive and the service is terrible. Always use the same lines when talking to you and will not assist you in any way with fraudulent sellers. So far 1/3 of.the items that ordered did not show up, and good luck getting refund.

I was nervous because there are so many bad ratings, but the store I ordered from had good feedback so I went ahead and ordered. The product was just what I expected and I got it within about 10 days of ordering. I was very pleased with the transaction. Make sure to look at the ratings of the store you are ordering from.
Don't be fooled by the so called 'buyer protection" on the site because it does not protect the buyer at all. Never received the item I ordered and I don't get the money back only because I could not provide evidence. This is totally the worst online shopping experience I ever had.
I ordered of there and it was great quality. I think people need to get of there high horse and stop righting bad reviews because clearly there are people getting there orders and happy with it. You get what you pay for at the end of the day if you feel you have been mugged off then go back to ebay.
Almost all electrical items bought, or not worked or have stopped working after a short time. Sellers attract the correspondence, degrading and belittling. The team gives the result of the debate, very unprofessional and unfair. The team should help buyers have no power against sellers
I bought a lamp on Nov 2015, and I never received it. I open a dispute in the appropriate time, and have to wait for more than one month for the answer. And they did not refund my money. Waste of time and money. Never, ever use aliexpress to buy anything again.
IF you get your product, it is counterfeit, when you ask for refund, they want YOU to PROVE the items sent are fraudulent. Sellers either don't respond or give you some vague reply. I spent over $500 and got 15 fake items and no response from other sellers, no refunds, I am VERY angry! Don't bother with this sight. AliExpress is of no help to the buyer who is defrauded.
