I ordered 7 items. Received only 6. They are making it impossible to either send me money back, or send the item itself. They are keeping my money and saying I have to solve it with my bank. They said they are denying my claim because I only have ever ordered twice with them. My order history is not robust enough for them to accept my claim.

I got two pairs of dress pants for $80 ea and the side seam on one of the pockets ripped within a week causing my butt to be visible at work. The second pair faded within a month and no longer fits around my waist/torso area. They also don't offer returns if the product has been worn. The material is poor and it's frustrating when you spend your money looking for quality and you end up with the same stuff you get at Walmart.
Love Gap and there is not a store near us. Tried ordering on lone - what a $#*!ty experience. Only 1/2 order came in package and customer service was no help. Only option was waiting 3-5 business days for something I bought last week, and then reordering it and waiting to see if this time they actually sent it! Feels like I got stolen from. Don't use their on-line mail service because they are a mess. Customer service hung up before I was done. Ugh. What a nightmare of a company!

I was trying to find a green zip up hoodie, but it would show me stuff for toddlers, men, girls, baby gap stuff, and it wouldn't show me a green zip a hoodie. And I tried clicking new clothes, but it showed me a list that I couldn't interact with any of the clothing items or sizing areas, and overall it was very frustrating and I ended up not finding it at all. And my kid got upset.
I was always happy with Gap clothes and their shipping policy, but this time my experience was disappointing. I ordered ten items for my kids, and even chosen ' not urgent' option for the delivery to give them time to do my order properly. But instead of kid's pajama, I received somebody else's bra!

Visited the GAP outlet store in Salford and they put things on racks, say 40% off rack or 50% off rack. I found that with several items they did not deduct it or deducted a smaller amount. You should not have to check their honesty.
In past months I have order two pairs of pants and a sweater All were enormously oversized compared to pant I bought las year and package was delivered to wrong address.
