Will not able to the order because of deadline that I will be out of town. During the order placement I left a note for Original Penguin to deliver ASAP but Original Penguin did not respect my request. I am disappointed that your business Original Penguin picked the cheapest delivery option for FedEx SmartPost Economy. The shipping option created packed by Original Penguin action shows means you do not value my time and Original Penguin does not value me as a customer. FedEx supposed to deliver it to me today but it diverted to another town Davenport FL and stuck more days in Florida due to cheapest delivery economy option that Original Penguin made. I called FedEx and they said delay the delivery cheapest option by Original Penguin so I request to re-route the package back to Original Penguin warehouse in Miami FL because I will be out of town for vacation over a month. Impossible to contact customer service by phone that operated by Perris Ellis corporation in Florida and customer service real live person is not available online and never resolved it anyway. Original Penguin customer service sucks! There is only robotic customer service operating. I disrespect Original Penguin how they treat customers.

Never received refund for returned item. I received a golf jacket that I purchased from them. The item was low quality and poor fitting. I used their enclosed FedEx return label to return the item and never received a refund. They claimed they never received the return. Buyer beware.

I just couldn't believe how badly they screwed up my online order. My fiancé loves Penguin clothing, so for our anniversary I ordered an outfit that he could wear when we go to Florida in April. Well, one of the four items isn't coming at all, and I'm still waiting on another. Penguin doesn't have an online exchange policy, so when they sent the completely wrong order (and I mean completely wrong. I ordered a Fleece Hoodie in M and they sent a colorful Polo in L, even though the Pack Sheet said they sent the Hoodie), I had to return the wrong order and then start a completely new order to get the Fleece Hoodie. Our anniversary was earlier this week. What a pain. My fiancé may love Penguin but I will never order online again. And on top of it all, the customer service was less than helpful. I had to send an email twice before I got a response. 0 stars from this couple.
