I love Ulta! The only reason I took a star off is because there are some high end brands that they just don't carry. Things like Gucci for example. Their rewards/points system is awesome, perhaps better than Sephora's however they don't include samples/free promo items like Sephora either. Their customer service is definitely better than Sephora's and they're much easier to get in touch with. If you're looking for great makeup/haircare- general beauty supplies, I recommend Ulta. If however you're looking for more high end, you're best bet is they brands website or Sephora.

I had the privilege of trying one of Huxley's sleep masks recently and I'm totally in love! You cleanse, apply your regular skincare or just the sleep mask and when you rinse it off in the morning your face is so soft and smooth. It also makes wrinkles less obvious. Price point is good and returns are accepted!

Dermalogica has some of the best non Kbeauty skincare products I've used! They are on the higher end of the price point but definitely worth it! The products are generally clean, cruelty free, and made from many natural ingredients. Most importantly they are effective! I highly recommend them. They have the online store but can also be purchased through beauty stores such as Ulta or Sephora. I recommend online for better service.

I first downloaded the picky app around the start of the pandemic I believe. I have learned so much from other skincare enthusiasts as well as many experts. Picky does many, many giveaways of up and coming Korean skincare brands and products. I believe they have some type of online store as well. I have zero complaints whatsoever! The community is very helpful and it's easy to contact support and they're eager to work with you on any concerns or even suggestions to make it better. I can't imagine anyone giving a bad review here!

Stylevana is a great store to but many of the most popular Korean beauty brands. From good quality to high end luxury brands, Stylevana has it all in the skincare and makeup category. The also have many other benefits such as "Vana Rewards" where you can earn points toward future purchases. They have an affiliate program as well where you can of course earn commission based pay. And finally, an influencer program where you are given a rather large box or the next months popular brands and after doing an unboxing video, you can review each product and you're given a unique code that when used by others when purchasing products with not only provide them with a discount but pays the influencer a small commission as well. Jocelyn- the person on charge of the Influencer, is very kind, is very helpful, and ready to answer any questions. Excellent customer service.

I just wanted to clarify that it's their online customer service that needs help. In store they're pretty great. Returns are Abit of a pain as well as they have occasionally sent the wrong items and needed to be sent back. The whole process takes forever.

I had my first initial contact with this company when I won one of the multiple giveaways they do. Not only are the products fantastic (the black rice hyaluronic acid toner is BOMB) but the customer service is outstanding! They are very communicative, friendly, and timely in their responses. The shipping on the giveaway as well as subsequent orders was lightening fast! They also have worldwide shipping of their products via Amazon or Style Korean for example. Keep an eye out on Instagram for one of their giveaways too!

Octoly is a site that offers both Influencers and consumers alike the chance to try an abundance of products free of charge in exchange for an honest review. The influencer program is difficult to be approved for but as a minor influencer without access to the aforementioned program you can still get up to 2 free high end products but you have to be FAST! Their customer service leaves a bit to be desired but once they do get back to you they're pretty good at helping.

I recently won a giveaway contest on Instagram so I can confirm the products I received and tried were fabulous! Then I won best review of the month and they rewarded me with using my photos and a $25 gift card. Customer service is fantastic. So kind.

They have gotten so much better! The free products for beauty testers are decent brands and come with a free sample. Shipping is a bit show but so if everything else. Sorry I don't have phots currently

The one thing I appreciate about SheIn is the cost and trendy clothes. Some of their clothing can be a bit thin but for the prices, what do you want!? I only wish delivery was a bit quicker but understand why.

I won the TMRM of what I thought was just a leave-in conditioner but turned out to be 3 products for my damaged hair! I'm super impressed at the products and the speed of shipment! Great products!

Amazon can be a very good place to find literally anything but please don't believe the reviews everytime. There are hundreds of fake reviews on many, many products. The sellers hire people to then approach influencers or would be influencers and ask them to give a "5 star review" in exchange for the product and often a cash incentive. Now, I have gotten many good things from Amazon so you just really have to go with your gut. If it sounds to good to be true, it probably is!

While Sephora does have some of the best and newest beauty products and are great with samples, their customer service is horrendous! They have "beauty advisors" handle complaints many of them (online) are just customers with access to their computer systems. I can honestly say I have never had a good experience with cs! And to add insult to injury, the shipping is just as bad! They'll blame delays on natural disasters or Covid but it's been this way since I discovered them years ago.

This is the best store to get anything from clothing to skincare and makeup from Korea, Japan, Taiwan, and other Asia beauty. Very competitive prices, and you can earn points from doing honest reviews. In addition they have Influencer programs where you can choose a product each month at no cost (except shipping) and once approved you earn commission on any purchases made using your unique link/code. The only complaint (or would've been 5 stars) is shipping costs and time. For US expedited shipping it's $19! You'll receive your order in approximately 2 weeks or less. $9 regular shipping but takes at least 1 month. Used to be $5. So not sure I'll continue as an influencer for them.
