Best value of money compared to other websites (when on sale, at least). Becareful for money conversion as it is in USD. I was not aware of the conversion and contacted them via email which they replied only a few minutes after for explanation. Processing time took them about 3 days, on the third day they finally provided me with a tracking number. Items are delivered after 6 days they were ordered. I dont do online shopping often so when i read the reviews about terrible customer service and all the issues of customs and international shipping, i freaked out but decided to wait. Im so glad i did.

When contacted to return product, was told it was and "ornament" not intended as a wood-splitter. After several email exchanges, it was clear they would not take the product back threatening a punishing cost for shipping back. Would not recommend dealing with this company.

Tip for consumers:
They are ornamental - not meant for actually splitting wood. They do not honor their return policy. If they did, the return shipping costs may be more than the cost of the ornament.

I need to pay $45.32 on a $200 order for customs clearance in Canada. I have ordered from Wishtrend multiple times before and I was never ever charged for custom clearance fees.
They have changed their international shipping policy recently, and all the orders' duty fees will be paid by customers.
Be aware that you will have to include an extra 25% in price when you order from Wishtrend as part of the customs clearance fee, which will be charged to you later.

I asked for a return label for some clothing that didn't fit,,,
everyday... I get three or four emails from them / physically harassment / saying "we resolved it "
Can't resolve it,,, until I physically get the return label! And they're so pushy...

I ordered from them. They didn't show in the bill the delivery charges I have to pay when I was confirming order. Then they sent me bill on email showing they deducted 17 USD for delivery. Then they didn't pay for delivery. Now DHL is asking me to do pay 27 CAD. Why? So much amount for delivery?

I take advantage of their free shipping products and have never had a problem with shipping, payment, expiration dates, and product quality. I really enjoy their popular Vitamin C serum which qualifies for free shipping. It ships from Korea to California in less than two weeks and comes in well-protected packaging and samples. One thing I noticed is when I researched dozens of products on their site, I found that many are not highly rated or positively reviewed on other websites or blogs, contrary to the reviews on their own website. I've had friends try out their different skin care products with dismal results. It is a bit frustrating because they claim they search high and low for the best products and make videos exalting how amazing their products are, but I would be skeptical and do some research and search reviews from other sites before purchasing.

I had somewhat a good experience the first time I purchased their products. It did take about a month or so to get to me with little tracking detailed information. I didn't really mind that it took a month to get to me so I decided to order a second time because I like their products. However, let me tell you, they had the worst customer service ever! They only care about making money, they don't care about their customers at all. They claimed that they processed the order so fast that within just a few minutes of placing the order, you can no longer cancel your order if you make a mistake on your purchase. When contacted with customer service, they said "customer is our top priority" they lied. I sent them a cancellation request a few minutes after I placed the order and they said they will send my request to HQ and will update me regarding my order but they never did. It's been a week since I placed the order and contacted them but I have yet to hear back from them. My order status still shows as "processing" and yet, no one contacted me regarding my order request. If processing time really is that fast like they claimed to be, wouldn't it be shipped by now? That's what their customer service representative told me. They don't care about their customers. Periodt.

The reason why I am giving this review a two-star is because of this bundle they were selling it was a really good deal. However, without the discount, their items are quite pricy and in the end I was unable to successfully purchase and I'm quite frustrated with that. I tried buying this skincare set from one of my favorite YouTubers but wishtrend's website is not great and there were many problems during the purchasing process.

One annoying thing I wanted to note here is that I was literally logged into my account but went to click on my past orders, I was brought to another page where I needed to log in again, so I "did". What I mean by that is they said something like "there is no account associated with this email" WHAT!? I tried resetting my password and waited for the email to come into my inbox. I got NOTHING which made NO SENSE because I got an email saying my order succeeded the night before.

I know this is a little confusing review but long story short, I've decided I won't be trying to purchase from this site again and I hope I'll get my 100% refund back.

Ps I'm now seeing so many people talk about the bad customer service wishtrend has so yeah no thanks bye

Where to start. First of all I brought a set using an affiliate. I brought the first time, which was fine. But I wanted to stock up, so brought another. You have to select option 1 or 2, as there were two different sets of skincare. I opted for option 2, but was sent option 1. I didn't know until it was too late, there was technical issue as I had checked 3 times before actually moving to payment process, and each page I made sure to keep checking. It was option 2 throughout. So to be sent option 1, I was annoyed and confused.

I let them know, I was informed they would talk to HR (after a few nagging emails on my side) and should expect a late response. I waited 2 weeks before reaching out again, and was informed the HR team said they can't do anything about it. But they gave me an apology discount, as well as a (late) suggestion that they could switch out some items in my purchase when I receive them, as some items from the set were the same as the other set. But since they had taken 2 weeks to reply, and I was nearing the end the the affiliate expiry date, I had already brought the correct set.

After receiving the wrong and right set, I try to send the incorrect set back. But I have problems with the delivery and it's missing because of the post office or courier. Baring in mind the set itself was around £57, and the return fee was around £17, I lost so much money for a product that was sent BECAUSE OF A TECHNICAL ISSUE. I reach out to the post-office to ask for a claim, was informed I wouldn't be able to receive full refund as their claim only covers roughly £20 and lost item, and £20 for the delivery cost. But as it is skincare, this may affect the amount the post office is willing to cover for this loss. I reach out to Wishtrend but they tell me they can't do anything to help because they didn't receive the product.

The lack of support throughout this was appalling, and the most they did to help was give me a measly discount. They offered to swap out some items 'to make the delivery cost cheaper' but they offer extremely late, and offered after I had to chase them up after not hearing from them for 2weeks. Seriously. Just one ridiculous thing after another. I wouldn't even give them one star if I had the option.

Tip for consumers:
Check the confirmation emails. Even if you think you selected right, the website could be dodgy and selects the wrong item regardless of what you chose.

I loved wishtrend
I loved wishtrend, but after my second purchase i will NEVER order from this site again. I waited for 2 months for my order, after i complained they send me a tracking number which i followed. When i got my package i discovered i got only ONE set of my 8 items i ordered. After complaining AGAIN they told me there is a second package with different tracking number! ( why i didnt get two tracking numbers on the first place) that come 10 days later. On top of this they changed the addres name with the billing name. The customer service support is some robot and the communication is extremely nerving. So i really have enough of wishtrend.

They take way too long to ship your order. I placed a complaint and they blamed it on my local postal service when in reality they are the ones who took almost 2 months to ship it. There are better websites out there that ship products from Korea and take much less time to ship it. Their website is also awful, very slow and not user friendly.
Will never purchase from them again.

Recently I have very very bad experience purchasing skin care product on Wishtrend website. The company charge my credit card double. In order to request my money back, I had to send email to them so many times.
The whole process takes few weeks. Back and forth none stop sending email to them.
I will not buying anything again on their website.

They have gotten so much better! The free products for beauty testers are decent brands and come with a free sample. Shipping is a bit show but so if everything else. Sorry I don't have phots currently

I've reached out a handful of times to their customer service team and I get the same response everytime. "check with your postal service, call them and see". We are reaching into 6 weeks and my tracking details have not even been updated since it's "left Korea". SERIOUSLY? GET IT TOGETHER, GUYS.

I pkaced an order almost 2 montbs ago. I paid so much mobey as i am in canada and had to pay ib USD. They sent me email that order has been shipped but they dont have any respibsibility if i havent recieved product and that i should check with local post office. I need my mobey back. Biggest scam ever. Never ever order.

When making a purchase, it was automatically canceled due to a system glitch removing my shipping address, therefore making the order not able to be filled. I emailed them and they quickly responded and fixed the issue by sending my address to the fulfillment center, where the order can be processed. Processing took about 3-4 days and shipping is said to only take 4 days, which I think is a fast amount of time. Overall, great experience because of customer service!

Tip for consumers:
Black Friday sales almost half the prices of sets! I got a 100+ value skincare set for only 65! Great deal because I was already willing to pay 100+ for the set, so when it was on sale i was able to get other sets for the price i was already willing to pay!

Good prices for Korean skincare and free shipping over $69 and $5 or 5% off. First time I ordered was great. I wanted to make a change and was able to do that really easily. Customer service replied quickly and it was no hassle. I used standard shipping everything came from South Korea in 6 days and I was able to track it easily. Everything was tightly wrapped in bubble wrap and I received 3 free samples. Second order I placed was almost one hundred dollars. I could not track it after it supposed left South Korea. I contacted customer service I kept getting automated messages saying that since it wasn't their workday (weekends) it would take longer to respond. When they finally responded they said that items couldn't be tracked until they arrived in the US and that it would take 15-20 days for the items to arrive. After a week and half I asked again how come I still couldn't track my order because I assume it should have arrived in the States by now. Again I received an automated message. The package arrived a couple of days later, but when I track it on the site it says my package is still in transit and there were no samples this time. There site promotes that all orders get free samples and I read from other commenters on their YouTube channel that they didn't receive any samples either. I'm just really disappointment in the customer service and how it changed from my first order to my second.

I am a first time buyer at WishTrend~

I bought a box bundle deal advertised by one of my favorite Youtubers. I didn't receive the package for 2 weeks, so I emailed customer service about it and they got back to me the next day. They shipped out my order the same day, they responded to my email-my package came 2 days later.

Everything was intact, nothing was missing. Wishtrend included more freebie samples! I'm not sure why there are so many bad reviews. But surely their customer service has changed for the better.

Their products aren't really sold on other websites that I am familiar with, and they often have sales, discounts or box bundles. So, it's best to buy when there's a sale since the products are $$$.

Buy in bulk to get free and fast shipping, Buy products when there's a sale or a box bundle deal

I ordered from them last Black Friday Sale. The package arrived in the Philippines as expected but it was put on hold by customs. For clearance purposes, I was asked to submit proof of payment and FDA approval. I submitted the proof of payment and asked to waive the FDA Approval.

The invoice declared by wishtrend was only 15usd while the proof of payment that I submitted was 200usd+. As you can see it's far from reality. I asked wishtrend about it and they offered to give me an invoice with 15usd (Which is unethical). I pushed through with the current proof of payment (200usd+) and was then issued to pay for the charges. I asked wishtrend if they can shoulder some of the charges but they hesitated.

I was willing to pay for the taxes but DHL Phi was kind enough to offer that they will ask wishtrend to pay for the charges because it's only just since the misdeclaration of invoice was the cause of the package being hold by customs.

As for their reply, I was contacted by DHl Phi a while ago and they said that they were not willing to pay for the charges and wishtrend informed them to destroy the package instead. Why did they opt to do it without informing me? As if I didn't pay for the package? Are they expecting that I will simply abide and pay for the charges to be able to get it? What kind of service is that? Instead of compensating for the hassle they've caused, they chose to let 211usd be put to waste and hesitated to pay for 60usd+ charges.

At first, I thought of paying for the charges just for this hassle thing to be finished. But I realized that they would get away with it thinking that what they did was okay. I want them to realize that it's not.

Since they already decided to destroy the package, I would not be able to get the package. Hence, I would file a transaction dispute for it.

I'm really disappointed with their service. It's sad that their products are okay, but the quality of their service is TERRIBLE.

I placed an order last May and it came to me on June. After I placed on my order, it got dispatch just after 3 days, (is that quick? Lol). I live in Italy and it tooks like 1 month and 4 days or something, however I dont blame them. Had skin care problem with some product because I was allergic, customer service was great. Even though their site doesnt offer a wide range of products but still very reasonable and good quality. However I think some products is kind of expensive but heyyy it's good quality: v. I would buy again, however not alot because where I live might not be the best place for buying small.

(I feel like most of your problem is about the shipping, I mean it mostly depends on where you live, some place is more humid and hot which can make some stuff becomes bad and de-effective. So much hate for something that is not really their fault)

The company is shady! Beware of ordering the products especially those come in bundle. They sent expired, non functional products and never cared to solve the problem. Stay away at all cost!
