I've had these sunglasses since 2013! Ive had the lenses replaced one time but never needed to have any other repairs on them. They're polarized and very well made! Customer service is a bit meh as they tend to be snobby but they're just sales people. The products are good.

First of all, the site won't let my purchase go through. Then the customer service people never know what's wrong. They are some liars. Never have answers for anything. Damn I'm trying to buy a gift and it's hell for their website to cooperate

I bought a Versace watch, after first use the band broke off, I sent in for repairs and it has been 6 months and I still have not gotten my watch back. This is ridiculous. I called Versace and they do not help at all, they keep saying we are sorry. I have been without my expensive watch that I paid for, for the past 6 months and who knows when I will get it back
Not recommend their website for online shopping, it is written takes 3-4 working days for delivery, I bought a birthday gift and now the delivery company expected to deliver in 10 days. I contactec them very poor customer service. Not happy
This company is now named every where you go. They have made cut names with their quality products.

I ordered two pair of mens Versace sunglasses. They were delivered and signed for by another vendor and Versace has not responded to my more than half a dozen attempts to reach them by phone, email. My.credit card will not reverse the charges. I'm out just over $800.00!

I ordered an item. I returned it. They process the refund 3 weeks after it reaches the facility. Then I get refunded the amount of the product. Not the tax I paid. I never experience this from any other company. How do you not look at the amount paid and refund the total amount?
I got my package 3 days after I purchased the product. When I opened it, everything was there except the sunglasses. I E-mailed Versace multiple times (they never, or rarely E-mail back). I also called them multiple times, I had to send pictures of the package etc. After this I heard nothing from them so I called again and I was told that it would take a maximum of 14 business days. 17 business days later, I still hadn't heard anything so I called again and they said UPS called me and I didn't answer (they only called 1 time and it was a random Indonesian number which called via WhatsApp, which caught me by surprise). Now, more than one month later, I still haven't got my sunglasses and I have to contact UPS, who don't pick up. Very, very poor service from a brand I didn't expect it from :(

I don't even want to give them 1 star. They canceled my order and NEVER told me. When I reached out to them, they were incredibly rude. Never again. This was a birthday present that I never received and 3 weeks later, they say it was canceled but will not tell me why. I am so disappointed. I would never use the online one EVER

The website is very clean and very easy to browse. I've ran into no issues while shopping and my order went through fine. They also ship and deliver very fast and require signature confirmation so your item doesn't get lost or stolen. However:
1. You can't return online purchases to the store. You'd have to ship the items back. That's not too bad since the returns are free.
2. Their policy page doesn't explain that returning items to a store isn't possible. I know most people would think "well if it doesn't say it, then it doesn't work", but it's always better to be sure.
3. Their store locator contains outdated stores and numbers. I've tried to call two locations nearby me and both don't exist anymore.
Overall, I felt like they could've explained things better on the website. They provide a sizing chart for all items but then state that the items fit in standard Italian size at the same time. I have no idea how to reference that. I ended up buying a top that's my usual USA size they listed but it was too big. That's why I had to make the return. Unfortunately, I have to mail it back. Make sure you keep the box and original packaging in-case your item doesn't work out. I almost threw out the shipping box thinking I could return it in-store.
I bought a perfume(Versace Eros) from Edgas for R1690,i must say that i am so disappointed because the perfume doesn't last,it only last for an hour...imagine me thinking that because its a Versace fragrance it means its quality...i was fooling my self...I want my money back,im so pissed and disappointed..

I ordered bag from online. Ordered placed and paid. After the next day they emailed me that the order is canceled without giving me any reason. One more thing that if you sold out the item you shouldn't be post and selling it. I will never order again from Versace. This is my first time order on line from Versace and very poor customer service and very poor their website system.
My package was taken back too there shipping location at their request for almost a month now I have been told I will get my almost 800 dollar refund still has not shown up on my credit card. DO NOT BUY ONLINE THEY ARE FRAUDS!

Ordered a Christmas gift... at Versace.com... they took the money out of my acct... and then day later canceled my order... but haven't refunded the money... I have to wait 3 business days... because they don't accept a cash app... visa card... I find that strange since they already took the money out of my acct.
Don't Buy Versace shoes they are bad quality they sent wrong size shoes was already worn and damaged shoe is starch maid with cheap material and smell awful.

Luxurious clothes, but at the same time, if you want to get a bit closer to the modern fashion standards, then you must possess at least one thing from the Versace collection. They have set the trend in the previous century and still got it.
Indeed, the price is quite expensive, but this price is explained by the brand and materials they use to produce quality clothes. Wanna look stylish and stick out from the crowd, here you go!
Versace customer service reps are beyond rude! They sent part of my order canceled the other half and kept telling me policy. Never taking responsibility that the canceled half my order.

I recently bought LA MEDUSA MEDIUM HANDBAG as a Christmas gift for my mom at the Manhasset, NY ******* Versace location. Firstly, we were not greeted at all by any of the sales rep (and the store was completely empty) until I finally asked to see a few purses. They never once offered us water like all the other stores that I've ever shopped in. YSL, Gucci, and Chanel even offered champagne! And I really believe it's because we're Asians in casual clothing. And when I asked for a bottle of water because we have been browsing for 30 mins now, she said no because of Covid! I was dumbfounded because here we are, touching almost every single bag in the store without sanitizing. When we finally chose to buy the black Medusa handbag for $2,750K (with tax) she just asked for my credit card and then went to the back of the store for 15 mins. Came back out with the bag and the gift receipt. NEVER once did she explained to us the return policy. I even joked that hey my mom might come back tomorrow to return it if she doesn't like it, and all the sales associates laughed. Fast forward, my mom didn't like the style and color. Went to the store a couple days later to get a refund, and they denied us! The sales associate Lutuh even had the audacity to say, "oh that's too bad the previous sales rep didn't tell you about our return policy!" When we inquired why the return policy is completely different online, she said "it's because we're two separate entities" (like what?), and get this, they don't have the equipment to process a refund at the store. How the hell did they charged my credit card the first time, and can't refund it back to my credit card? Lastly, and this is what boils my blood the most, she said they can give me a store credit only to be used for in-store purchase and not online! I have never in my life experience this level of poor customer services, and will never subscribe to this brand again. LV, Gucci have always catered to their customers and offered refunds. This is just absolutely unacceptable.

BEWARE OF VERSACE! They sell WORN, DAMAGED items and they pass them to their clients as NEW! I bought 5 high end dresses from the Versace online store/website, I tried to return them and I was denied because the dresses were "damaged". The dresses came from their stores in Las Vegas, Beverly Hills and New York (not brand new from their warehouse) where they were tried on, probably returned after other people wore them. The sales associates that mailed them to me didn't bother to inspect them before they left the store, but they made sure they "inspected" them when they received them from me, at their warehouse, so they could reject them and blame me for something I didn't do. I can't be responsible for any damage that occurred before the items reached me!
I didn't inspect the dresses when I received them because I didn't think Versace would sell and send me something that is worn! And I returned the items within 24 hours since I received them. I accidentally ordered a dress twice in the same size, so I couldn't have even tried both dresses in the same size!
They wouldn't give me details about the damage, they didn't respond to my emails and they sent the dresses back to me. When I received and looked at them, I still can't see the "damage" on 3 of the dresses. The other 2 dresses have very minor stitching issues that are consistent with normal wear and tear of items that are tried on in a store. It is very disappointing that a company with the international reputation they claim to have will sell you items that are already worn, torn and damaged and try to blame you, the customer that buys them online.
This is unacceptable for a company of this caliber!
DON'T SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH THEM, don't support a company whose policy is to sell worn items and pass them to their customers as brand new.
I bought a long sleeve shirt that had buttons going all the way down the right sleeve. What I received was a long sleeve shirt that had NO buttons on it anywhere. When I called their customer service to let them know a mistake was made they ended up putting me on hold so I could speak to a supervisor. No one ever came back on the line and I was then disconnected! This happened seven times! I then get a email from them telling me to return the shirt and I better do it quickly because they have a 30 day return policy that they stick to. It didn't matter that I have been trying to get this resolved for 2 weeks and have been disconnected every time I call. DON'T EVER BUY FROM VERSACE ONLINE! You will have nothing but grief! And they are still showing the shirt, with buttons down the sleeve online! This is a total misrepresentation of their product. To just send something else without contacting me to see if that was okay wasn't right and then give me a hard time about it! RUDE!
