So, for the most part I love Zulily. I love the products they sell, the uniqueness of the clothing they offer, the prices for purchasing. Shipping is awesome. Sometimes when the sizing chart is wrong, and the item doesn't fit, it is not cost effective to return the item, so I am stuck with what to do with something that doesn't fit. I do wish they would go back to how they used to give a broader description of the items from right within the email, and also give back the ability to add something to favorites without having to click on the item to go into the description page to add to favorites, because sometimes after you do that, it does not take you back to the same spot on the previous page causing a lot more time scrolling to find where you left off.
I love everything I have got, only a few things were disappointing but overall it's great.
So nice to go home to a package waiting for me...

I am a very loyal Zulily customer and tell people about Zulily all the time, as I have for years. I can honestly say the customer service is stellar. I had one negative (by negative I mean she was not friendly, helpful or polite and tried to get off the phone quickly) customer service experience in over 8 years. The other 100+ phone calls (that is pure guessing on my part) I have made with questions, etc... Have been handled with pure professionalism and kindness, going above and beyond.
My one criticism has always stayed the same: shipping gets expensive! For someone who loves the site and wants to go on daily, the idea of finding something I love makes me a little ill if I have to pay shipping again for one thing when I just paid shipping yesterday. I would love a plan like Amazon Prime with a one time payment for shipping. C'est la vie.

I love zuilly for shoes and other items but their clothes never fit. I always go by the size charts and they are either huge or too small never the correct size. But for shoes and other things they are great.

Have a vary diversified products but usually the size is wrong and most of the clothing is made of cheap materials. I have donated soooooo many items. Too much of hassle to return and you lose even more with return shipping.

Several things. Shipping takes a LONG time at times - 4 to 6 weeks. The other problem I've had as of late is the inconsistency of sizing. I've not changed size in a year and I tend to stick with the same manufacturer, however the last few times I've ordered something, it didn't fit - too small. Too small ranging from a snug to WAAAAY too small. I recently bought several tops that were completely missized. My mother is 4 dress sizes smaller than me and it was too tight on her! It's depressing. I'm in the middle of a move right now, I have some things I need to return and after I pay my card down some, I think I'll try things that aren't clothes. Hope you can get the size issue addressed. There are some beautiful clothes here, but I'm very wary of purchasing any more.

I've been buying for a few years now, I had a few issues in the beginning as the company works a bit different than most, but because I can't find more beautiful styles anywhere else I learned how to shop for my body size and learned the materials for sizing, every single day I could find something I can't live without and if you could see my 2 closets you would understand, I am a walking billboard for Zulily and have had hundreds of people ask me where I got whatever it is I'm wearing that day, right down to the shoes.

I have never waited a long time and the quality has always been as shown. There are so many rip-off sites out there and I suspect some hire people to post phony negative reviews on the 'good' sites. I do not recommend searching for cheaper products - you'll end up on a bogus, cheap site. I now research every site name and sift through comments - its exhausting but has saved me from spending money on sites that were not good.

Think of Zulily like Marshalls or TJMaxx. That's what Zulily is, in online form. I just bought a hoodie from them, and researched the brand before I bought it. The particular hoodie was being discontinued, so they were selling it very cheaply. I bought it, and it is the real deal, originally $89. So research the brand. And don't expect your purchase quickly. They wait until they have enough orders to bulk purchase (another reason why their prices are low), before they buy. So it'll be a few weeks before you get it.
