First and foremost, Zulily customer service is outstanding. Any problems that I have ever had with anything has always been addressed and resolved in a very timely manner. There is such a variety of companies and merchandise available. As with anything, you have to be careful when ordering clothing or shoes for proper sizing information. I really enjoy shopping on Zulily and have for many years now.

I have bought many things from zulily & have found that I have received my orders timely & in pristine shape. If my order cannot be fulfilled I am notified timely & my refund comes quickly with a full explanation. Customer service is outstanding..
1. Interface should be more user friendly
2. More refinements by category i. E. price, size, color, etc. I like to be able to see prices from low to high, etc. It seems like you had that at one time.
3. Imported good's size charts are not reliable for USA customers. Generally, always too small.
4. Believe customer when products are damaged, ill fitting, sized incorrectly and allow for free prepaid returns and refunds in manner paid, NOT STORE CREDIT.
5. Devise some way to ship fast. We wait 10 or more days for items to be shipped to you only for you to ship to us. It's ridiculous. You allow BOXED to drop ship.
6. Package items better with bubble wrap or whatever is necessary for item to arrive in good condition. I ordered some bras for my granddaughter and the underwire was warped because it was sent in a thin plastic bag.
7. There's more to life than TUNICS. Good grief.
8. If you have to change strategy from new products daily, then do so. Since brick and mortar stores are closing, you need to up your game. Same old brands are redundant.
9. I've shopped your site since the beginning when you were selling children's items and maternity items. You've evolved which is good but just not good enough to be sustainable imo. I on your site daily and do not purchase nearly what I used to buy due to reasons I have listed above. Your company used to be unique and had it's own little niche. Now, it seems as though you are trying to run up against the big boys (although you've been bought out years ago). You can't: Not on price, availability, delivery.
10. You need some young bright smart people who are hipped to the ecommerce to shake things up by doing their homework on what is your target market and sell to them. But slow shipping, inferior products, refusal for consumers to get a refund just store credit, having to pay to return the inferior products in some cases, lack of better vendors does not sit well with me and I am a somewhat loyal customer, will not keep you in business and remain profitable.
11. Since I'm a plus size woman, check out the brands on COEDITION'S site. I'm sick of your current brands except for a few.
12. Wish you would find better uniform brands than French Toast and? Polo. This year I shopped at Jcpenney online. If you can get with a good brand with good prices with fast shipping and free returns, parents/grandparents may shop on the site. School supplies are another matter. Your prices are ridiculously high.

I have bought clothing, a purse jewelry and several other things from Zulily. I was happy with some things and others I was not. Some of the clothing was thin and cheap or didn't fit well so I returned it. It stinks that you can't get a full refund on returned merchandise.
Zulily offers a lot of products and I am able to find what I need at a great price. I love that I can find my shoes on Zulily at half the price of the shoe store and I am able to send my adult kids random gifts for their homes at a fabulous price with great quality.
I love Zulily and all the unique products they have for my home, clothing, shoes, beauty products and more. They are my first go to when looking for something cute and unique to wear or my home.

For me, my opinion of Zulily depends on what I'm shopping for. I no longer buy clothing from this site, UNLESS I know the manufacturer/maker of the garment. I absolutely will not buy "no name" clothing because in my experience those items are of inferior quality & not worth the money. I've also noticed that the prices are rising & I don't really consider Zulily to be a "bargain" or outlet store at all anymore. I'm hoping, without much hope, that Zulily's quality will go up & their prices down.

Zulily is the site I use to purchase just about everything! People ask me all the time where I get my outfits and the answer is always Zulily! I also get lots of things for my grandchildren, from toys, playhouses, clothes to stocking stuffers.
The only complaint I have is that some of the clothes coming from China are not well made.
I love Zulily except for when I purchase something then I am told two weeks later that it is not available. Some times I was was waiting for a birthday gift then find out after purchasing the item that it can't be shipped
My only criticism is not showing the back of some clothing that has unique details. And on some items not accurate. It's all in the details.
When you buy you do not know where things are coming from. No more China clothing! Clothing should be marked accordingly. My last couple orders were from China... took over a month to receive, one was way to big a 3x when I ordered a lg. And the other one was damaged and I have to pay shipping to return. I am done. Years ago this company use to be very good but not any more. Very, Very dissatisfied

If one exercises patience, you will find some incredible deals on Zulily. I buy all my linens from here and have been able to redo all the linens in 3 bedrooms for less than $300. That includes the comforter/quilt sets, sheets, pillows, mattress toppers, blankets and curtains. I even have back-up comforter/quilt sets for each room too so I can swap out while cleaning. A necessity with indoor pets that love to share your bed. The key is patience. I never buy the first time I see something I want unless it's a one day only sale item because it will usually be cheaper in another sale later on. You also must be prepared to wait to actually get the item because they rarely ship out quickly and when they finally do ship, it's at least another week to get it. I have found that it usually takes 4-6 weeks to receive anything from them which seems unreal in the age of 2-day delivery. It would be a great site if they shipped as soon as the sale ended instead of waiting several weeks. So if you need something by a certain date it would not be wise to shop from here.

Answer: I have never ordered shoes from them but I agree that they likely vary according to brand. Contrary to other comments (that I am very suspicious of...) I have never waited a long time and the quality has always been as shown. There are so many rip-off sites out there and I suspect some hire people to post phony negative reviews on the 'good' sites. I do not recommend searching for cheaper products - you'll end up on a bogus, cheap site. I now research every site name and sift through comments - its exhausting but has saved me from spending money on sites that were not good.

The sizes are never right (a small may fit someone that wears a large or it may be too small for an infant) and the quality sucks (the fabric on a dress I bought is so thin you can see through 4 layers). Think of Zulily like Marshalls or TJMaxx. That's what Zulily is, in online form. I just bought a hoodie from them, and researched the brand before I bought it. The particular hoodie was being discontinued, so they were selling it very cheaply. I bought it, and it is the real deal, originally $89. So research the brand. And don't expect your purchase quickly. They wait until they have enough orders to bulk purchase (another reason why their prices are low), before they buy. So it'll be a few weeks before you get it.
