I got lured into this site by having to give them my email before being able to look at what they had. Every low priced item was either out of stock, or had sizes no one wears. I tried to find something in my size, but the only items in my size were expensive ones. I believe that one of the phony sale items actually exist.
I have taken a chance and ordered several times and each order took 2 months to receive. If you need quickly, forget it. Some of the clothing was adorable and some was cheaply made. Unless I can get a good deal on good quality clothing, which is hard to find on Zulily, I won't order again. I'll wait till department stores have sales and I won't have to worry about shipping cost and lengthy delivery time.
I ordered dress for my daughter and niece. Finishing of dress is so bad. They used glue to stick bow on frocks which is visible from sides. Stitching threads are out.
Don't go by picture, in picture it looks nice but quality and finish is not good.
I bought three tops, two were the same. The two that wrre the same bled in the washer and onto other items. The decorative threads on the tops came unraveled. The other top I had to alter because it was too tight at the top and could not return it. The decorative threads also unraveled and the bottom hem came undone in several places.
I really liked the tops and got several comments, but it's not worth my money to try and purchase any other item. I'm sorry.
I'm not sure why Everyone is blaming Zulily for the poor quality/fit of some items. Like us, I'm assuming all they get is a photo and a write up about the products. Given the number of suppliers they deal with, there is no way they could thoroughly review every single item.
Anytime I've had an issue with either the quality or an error with the order (e.g. The item I received I was not as depicted in the photo), I've simply taken photos of the item in question, attached them to an email to Zulily explaining the issue, and they have immediately refunded me the full purchase price, added a credit to my account, and have told me to either keep the product or donate/discard it.
My only issue with Zulily is that you are unable to return items that you just don't like once you've seen them in person and/or tried them on. Nothing really "wrong" with them, just not quite what you were expecting.
I have ordered from Zulily several times. I will advize, only buy from actual stores that are being sold on Zulily that you can back check. There are a few stores that I buy from that are on Zulily every couple of months at cheaper prices. I have never had anything not fit or be of poor quality, however, it takes three weeks or more to get your items. I order some items almost two weeks ago and they still haven't even shipped. That is probably the only downfall, I have had anyway. Just know that when you are looking for quality clothing for cheap prices, it is not always going to be as you expect. Yes, I often find good deals but when I am paying $10 for a dress that would normally be $40-$50 at a boutique, I know that it may not be as good of quality or exactly what I want. But if I do come up short, I only spent $10.
I have emailed Zulily several times about an order I received. The 3 items are a very small fit for a plus size. I want to return these but no one EVER gets back to you. I have now had these useless items of clothing for a couple of months. I would like my money back and to return these items. The customer service is very poor.

When I called to do the return, I found out that the items aren't returnable, but that they would do an "exception" and send me a store credit. Really? I have ordered about 50 items and rarely do I have an issue... it seems a lot of the negative reviews I have seen were re: items too small... I only had one issue when I ordered a dress that was too small... customer service was extremely pleasant, and gave me a refund, and I donated the item to charity and then re-ordered the same item in a larger size. I am tall and thin and most of the small sizes fit me. I hate shopping in stores and at the malls... I am very happy with Zulily and receive many compliments from friends and strangers about the outfits I wear. Too bad I don't own stock with Zulily as I have referred many people to Zulily! I fell in love with a beautiful dress on Zulily. It looked wonderful in the picture so I ordered it. This was my first time on Zulily. I received it actually earlier than the anticipated date. The dress did not look anything like the picture and therefore did not meet my expectations for the reason I ordered it. The picture make the dress look, full, with a lot of body. The dress I got was a limp bit of material, I don't even think the dress in the picture was the actual dress they sent me. I will not waste my money again.
I ordered 4 times from zulily. I can say I am very please with all, the products and the service. I ordered well known brands so I did not have any problems with the sizes or the quality of the product. I ordered 4 pair of shoes and many baby clothes. Delivery took 2 weeks to Australia. I am pleased with that as here delivery takes longer usually. People are too lazy to check what they are buying so if ourse they are disappointed. I had some bad experiences shopping on other websites but it was mainly my fault as I did not check the items properly.

I've bought nearly 20 items a from zigzag arm chair cover to lovely clothes.
I ordered some outfits as I am going away and really liked the styles online.
I was careful to check the sizes and chose ones that would give me lots of room so that I could make them smaller, if needed. Well, my sewing machine will stay where it is as these clothes are far too small for me. I cannot tell you what a disappointment it was to lift them out of the box to see, just by holding them up, they are not true to the size they are supposed to be. I would say they are 2 sizes too small.
I have never ordered clothes online before and this company has taught me never to do it again. Any company that stands behind its product would allow me to exchange this box of clothes for a bigger size but not this one. Now I just feel foolish for having been so gullible. I should have saved my money for clothes that are true to size. It was an expensive lesson and one I will not soon forget.

Called Zulily to day and got full refund for the one and applied that to another order. The top I got I can keep and will donate to homeless shelter. What store in your area offers you that?

So I have been shopping from this site for the last three years and have placed over 20 orders. I have only had two issues with orders and have had great customer service so far. Some of the clothing items were less than expected and i have chosen to stick with brand name products when purchasing form this site. I check the Zulilly price with other online option such as Amazon to see if I am indeed really getting a good deal. I have learned to expect the delivery to be slow.

Every time I say I'm done ordering from there I see something that "might finally be good" but nope the quality is horrible, and you can't return. Also, shipping costs are way too high!
You can go to marchalls and find the exact same things for a lot cheaper. Also, jane daily deals is my new go to. I have NEVER had a problem with quality and they ship to you within a week!

Finally received my order after 4 weeks of waiting. Two swim suits were exactly what I had expected, fit well and I'm happy. Two tops are completely mis-sized and unwearable also of very poor quality. Another top seems about twice the size it should be, but maybe I can alter it. A dress is also oversized and will need to be altered. A pair of Clark's sandals were as advertised, fit perfectly and I'm pleased. All in all, I don't think it is worth the wait or the guess on sizes when nothing is returnable. I would call mis-sized clothing "defective" but apparently that is not a sufficient reason for Zulily. To "make it right"

I have never waited a long time and the quality has always been as shown. There are so many rip-off sites out there and I suspect some hire people to post phony negative reviews on the 'good' sites. I do not recommend searching for cheaper products - you'll end up on a bogus, cheap site. I now research every site name and sift through comments - its exhausting but has saved me from spending money on sites that were not good.

The sizes are never right (a small may fit someone that wears a large or it may be too small for an infant) and the quality sucks (the fabric on a dress I bought is so thin you can see through 4 layers). Answer: Let me just put this out there. The people who bought things from Zulily (and are unhappy with their purchases), probably didn't research the brand before they bought it. Think of Zulily like Marshalls or TJMaxx. That's what Zulily is, in online form. I just bought a hoodie from them, and researched the brand before I bought it. The particular hoodie was being discontinued, so they were selling it very cheaply. I bought it, and it is the real deal, originally $89. So research the brand. And don't expect your purchase quickly. They wait until they have enough orders to bulk purchase (another reason why their prices are low), before they buy. So it'll be a few weeks before you get it.
