This is the second pair I ordered. Returned the first pair that didn't fit well. This pair has the adjustable nose pads. That became really important with progressive lenses since they need to fit just right. Keep in mind the bridge measurement provided is not the measurement of the opening, rather it is the distance between the lenses. Thick frames will have a much smaller space for your nose then the same measurement with thin frames.
So far really like this pair. Time will tell how well they hold up.
Recommend not wasting the few dollars on the clip ons. Go elsewhere, spend a little more and get better ones..
I ordered a pair of progressive lenses from them. My optometrist checked them and told me they didn't have the right prescription for distance. Instead of the -0.50 I entered when I ordered them, they had 0. They were a waste of money. This is Zenni's response...
"We checked and found that you ordered Mid-Range Progressive which features narrower near-range vision with greater mid-range vision for comfort and visual clarity within 14 feet. Designed for those who need enhanced up-close vision with the ability to see the entire room more clearly. Cannot be used for far.
Our lab technicians need to calculate the lens parameters for you based on your regular prescription during manufacturing Mid-Range Progressive or Near-Range Progressive. So the prescription on your glasses # ******* is different from what you entered."
This company is a joke!
Six months ago I ordered a pair of multi focal prescription glasses form Zenni Optical based on a recommendation from EyeGlasses-Online.info. I selected an inexpensive metal frame for $9.95 and the most expensive lenses (1.67 Digital Free Form Progressive). Lenses of 1.65 or more were recommended by my optician for my particular eyeglasses prescription. In addition, I ordered the standard anti-reflective coating for $4.95 and an extra pair of back up frames (no lenses, same model) for half price. Total cost $93.54 with coupon, a fraction of the cost I would have paid in Thailand. I received my glasses in 3 weeks. The frames were sturdy and lenses worked fine. I have been using my glasses every day since receiving them without complaint. I would recommend Zenni Optical to a friend looking for an inexpensive pair of glasses
I got my glasses and felt something wasn't right but assumed it was due to bad quality.
I went to an optometrist to check my eyesight and glasses. He confirmed my prescription but said the glasses have the wrong one (-2.00 instead of -2.25, and cylinder on both eyes! Which I don't have).
They refused to refund and blamed me for not contacting them within 30 days, as I could've known this was the issue by myself.
Stay away from them if you value your eyesight and money.
This was my first experience with Zenni based on word of mouth reviews. I used the "try on" feature to figure out how the frames would look on my face. Once received, the frames were much smaller than I expected. I'll wear them as reading glasses, but they're not my preferred pair of eyeglasses.
Had to return glasses cause did not fit good. Found out you only get back 50 percent return or 100 percent in house account. Most other companies return all money back with no questions asked. Live and learn.

I was and remain happily surprised at the quality, cost and speed of purchasing prescription eyewear through Zenni Optical. I've replaced my three pairs of glasses, computer glasses, distance glasses and distance sunglasses. The new frames are uniformly lightweight, well made and attractive and they fit perfectly! Had a couple problems arise with my order (one was my fault and the other was shipping related - item never arrived). I can't say enough good things about Zenni's customer service. They resolved everything, with a kind, friendly attitude at that. They knocked it out of the park! On top of that, they offer quality, stylish glasses at affordable prices.
What can I say? Another pair of fabulous frames, fantastic lenses, great tints & mirror finish adding up to a wonderful pair of glasses!
I buy at least one new pair each year and Zeno never lets me down. Even returns are pain free, if you have to have one.
Glasses are very affordable and quality is OK.
BUT: You do NOT get any customer service and the 30 days warranty is a joke!
Our clip-on sunglasses lost both screws and literally fell apart after only 10 uses and about 5 months after purchase. The customer service did not offer a courtesy replacement but a 10% discount on $3.95 plus extra shipping of $10 plus up to 10 weeks waiting time! Honestly? That's what you get from Zenni.

This is my second pair of glasses from this site and I love them all the same. Same quality for hundreds of dollars cheaper than big optical companies. These frames are super cute, they fit well. Like all glasses they're a bit snug and then loosen over a couple weeks.
I've been using zenni for years. Ok, frame quality, some times pretty good!
The lens in the last few years have been fairly thin for a -5.00 correction with optically smooth surface.
Out of over 10 pair from them only one pair did I have any complaints with.
That being said. The very reasonable price of zenni products makes that easy to over look.

I bought frames and lenses in June. One of the lenses was slightly too small putting stress on the frame when cleaning. The frame snapped. Zenni replaced the frame since it happened within 30 days. The replacement frame snapped on the opposite side after 60 days. Zenni says there is nothing they can do, not even offer a discount.
This has been my third order and each time the glasses just were not right. Either too big or too small. No worries though, I will keep them for driving. In the future I will go to an actual store where I can try them on.

My son could not see out of the glasses on the sides it had a weird curve he said. I used prescription from dr office with pd. Return policy seemed like it was created to have people avoid so thats what I did. I just ate the money and will never order online again. Just go in to a real dr office and get glasses.

I was a bit nervous because OB the low price but the frames are high quality. My 7 year old looks amazing and I'm not worried about the frames as he plays and we tumbles around. I'm very happy with this purchase.
Ordering was completely easy to navigate thru. Though they need to give more options for Large or Wide Widths frames. Ordered 2 pairs. Both Wide Widths but one fits very tight on face. The other fits fine except for hurts behind right ear tip too tight.
I have used Zenni for years now. I love the hassle free, no pressure option of purchasing glasses. There are so many options and designs. The pair I recently purchased, I have bought 3 times due to unfortunate incidents. I'll try a new design next pair
I have been a zenni customer for several years. This last time my glasses arrived bent and crooked (to the point that the lens was touching one side of my lashes). Since they are plastic (clear) frames I contacted customer service. They sent me "how to" bend them back in place. So they told me to heat up the lens and try to bend back in place. Didn't work. Contacted them the next day and they tell me they can send me a new frame and I would have to switch out the lens. Why not just send me a new order and I send back the old one? Or I could only get 50% refunded. First off, I purchased these expecting them to come in good working order not bent. Why do I have to mess around with the lenses? And why can I only get 1/2 my money back? I didn't bend them? They lost a customer for sure. If they keep treating their customers the way that they do they wont be in business for much longer.
Such an easy process. Website works properly! I love that you can take a pic and try on glasses using your picture. Simple and easy to add prescription for purchase. My order arrived in a week although it said 1-2 weeks. Received a follow up email to confirm that I received my order which led me here. Amazing company, amazing process, my son loves his glasses. Progressive lenses contain three viewing areas: distance-, intermediate-, and near-vision - the distance vision area is near the top of the lens, the near vision area is at the bottom, and the intermediate vision area is in the middle. The clear viewing area is located in the central "corridor" of the lenses, so there can be a noticeable but expected blur when looking toward the edges of the lenses. Due to this design, and because there are slight differences between progressive lenses across brands, someone new to wearing progressive lenses may initially experience some difficulty adjusting to them; likewise, someone who is already accustomed to wearing one brand of progressive lenses may have some difficulty adjusting if they switch to a different brand, and they will find that it it will take some time to become accustomed to the new lenses. Zenni Optical offers 3 progressive design options: Standard, which is an all-purpose lens designed for full-range distance vision of 20 feet or more, the Mid-range option, which has a distance range of approximately 14 feet and the Near-range option, which has a range of about 3 feet. When placing an order for progressive lenses, it is necessary to enter the prescription just as it was given to you by your doctor. However, by selecting either the Mid-range or Near range options, the distance prescription changes. Your distance prescription of -0.50 allows your lenses to be corrected so that you have visual clarity at 20 feet or more, and when Mid-range lenses are selected, as they were on your order, the prescription is altered (the power of the lens becomes weaker) to compensate for only 14 feet of clarity and the lenses will not be suitable for viewing things any farther away. We hope this information is provides some clarity. Nevertheless, as advised in our email communication earlier today, we are happy to remake the glasses for you as Standard progressive lenses which will give you the full distance range you desire.
