I like these glasses, however, the "Amber" color they are suppose to change to in the sun is not very dark! I wanted these for an upcoming Cancun vacation. Also, they really don't look amber. I've always been happy with my purchases; but I have had three corneal surgeries, and I think my PD is off now - again... I may need to send these back after my next eye doctor appointment for an exchange.

Once I got all my measurements, just picked my frames and received 2 great pairs of glasses.
Now I'm ordering more, because they are light weight, fit great and are so economical. I able to order some extras to have around in case my dog eats another pair! She has gotten 4 pair so far, Thank goodness for Zenni!
Would've done a five star review but the frames I ordered for my daughter are big. Thought since I was ordering a childs paid of glasses that the frames would fit around her ears better. They stick out about an each behind each ear.
I just bought my 3rd pair in about 3 years. The quality went down significantly. One bow/temple seems to have been attached crookedly. I reached out for customer service but they had no interest in resolving the problem, just processing a return. This means I wait, pay shipping again, and am not guaranteed I won't have the same problem.
Great prices. Okay frame selection, although they discontinue older styles, such as the one you're currently wearing and would like to replace; no such luck much of the time. Rx matching is excellent. Shipping times could be faster, but when it's a Chinese manufacturer, you're going to have to be patient. I wish the "try it on" feature was easier to use; I often have to poke around and click around 3 or 6 times before I get it to work.
This is our third time
Buying the same pair of glasses from Zenni. On this pair there was grey scuff marks that came up on each lens that cannot be removed. We do all the extra add ons for the glasses including name so it's always more expensive but always worth it. It looks like the reflective or sun blocking coating that has messed up on this pair. We've always used Zenni in the past and never had this issue. I gave 3 stars just because our past experience has been wonderful.

I first tried the Chat function. Answers wouldn't go through. Hit Return repeatedly. Finally figured out you can't use punctuation. A period at the end of a sentence prevented the chat from working. The Chat person never answered the original question so I then called. It just got worse. The woman was rude, gave confusing answers, and then got condescending when I told her to just cancel the order. After the frustrating Chat her she just made me angry. Now they are holding my refund for three days. I was happy with my first order, but it was my last. Won't use them again.

This outfit was a surprise! From the ad in an in flight magazine, I ordered a pair. Exactly what I needed. Allowed me to tweak my scrip to optimize my corrected vision. (Don't try this at home unless you're familiar with optics). What I learned: You can get a nice pair of spectacles without paying $400 just for frames! They do give you options, and a bit of shopping their site you can come up with a good product that looks good and is perfect optically. Thank you!
Using Zenni for the first time, I was pleased with how easy it was to use. I have bifocals and it took me awhile to get use to them, but it is going pretty well. I have only had no line bifocals for years and did not anticipate having regular bifocals again until they came in the mail, but gradually adjusting. The glasses are a little bigger on my face than I hoped but I didn't see a smaller size. Altogether I can read and see everything I need to which is what I needed in a pair of glasses at an extremely low price.

My lenses were blurry and they refused to provide a full refund even after I jumped through all their hoops to prove I didn't make a mistake with the ordering process. Will never be ordering glasses through them again, especially since Costco now has glasses just as cheap.

I placed an order and received my package with out any problems. Very happy with my selection and they fit perfectly. This was my second order within a month. For some reason the first pair did not have the auto tint for the sun but I still wear them anyway. Have told numerous people about Zenni glasses and several have already gotten new glasses. I started buying glasses from Zenni after I retired from the Army 12 years ago and have been absolutely satisfied. They shipped to the various APO addresses that I stayed at and had no issues sending out a new set of glasses when one of my pairs came in with the wrong script. The lenses hold up under severe impact and the frames do the job their designed to do and look good doing it. I buy very inexpensive frames and have had several people ask me where I get my glasses. I always tell them that Zenni is the place to go!
Great experience purchasing my first pair of glasses on line. Needed help though, since I'm not versed in all the technical stuff. Loved the detailed steps in the process and option to return/exchange glasses if there are fit issues
I am so very happy with my glasses. The frames are lightweight yet strong and durable. I also got the tint coating that gets dark out side and gets lighter indoors and transition glasses have come a long way cause even though they are dark as you leave a sunny outdoors and enter a inside room; "you can still see!" Scratch resistance and anti-glare provided me with a pair of amazing prescription sunglasses!
The prices are amazing, quality of the frames is great and they arrive in just a couple weeks. We love zenni and have bought our last 6+ pairs from them. Great for little kids too because they go though many pairs of glasses and going through your eye doctor gets pricey!
The prices are very affordable, there are plenty of frames to choose from, and the form to enter your prescription is very easy to use.
That being said, I did accidentally enter my prescription incorrectly, but Louise from customer service helped me figure out where I went wrong and how to return the incorrect ones for store credit so I could order the correct ones.
Everything is done in a reasonably timely manner with continuing updates.
I will definitely use Zenni again.
I was so excited to order from them. After two unsatisfactory purchases, I can tell you that the quality isn't there and return policy has lots of conditions that will catch you off guard. Their delivery takes forever. There are much better companies out there for glasses. Instead of focusing on customer service, their customer service reps are quick to point to their "policies" as a way out of dealing with their customers' individual concerns. Look elsewhere and spare yourself the grief.
