I have been getting glasses from Zenni for at least 5 years. I have about 7 pairs. Mostly OK. However, now Zenni has narrowed the frame width on many models, including the ones that I want to reorder, and kept the same model number. So now, the glasses that I want to replace are way too narrow and won't fit. So be sure to check the measurements, especially the frame width, when ordering or re-ordering. This is bad business and very misleading and I suspect many customers will be very upset when their glasses don't fit.
I purchased sunglasses through Zenni and the cheap case they came in had a lining that melted and emitted something toxic that left a film on the glasses and ruined them. Zenni wouldn't refund and didn't care about the issue because it was past the 14 days. But the glasses were only a couple of months old. I do not recommend you purchase from Zenni.
Love my new glasses! I've purchased several pairs of glasses from Zenni and they are always great! The one time I had an issue, they made it easy for me to do a return and they gave me my credit back quick too! Great customer service!

I ordered my glasses on line. Was not sure what to expect. So many other companies have phony TV ads where they quote 2 pair for $69 dollars so I took a chance as glasses at these phony TV ads generally run about $300 or more for glasses
So ordered from Zenni. Giving my prescription on line after visiting a Walmart eye doctor to have eyes checked and get Rx for glasses. Within a short delivery time my glasses arrived. They were and are great. For a price of around $90 dollars I got a very good quality, stylish prescription pair of glasses. I am going back again to get a couple more pairs when eyes are checked again for new prescription in the future. Zenni will be my place for glasses from here on out
First time I've had a little disappointment with a Zenni product. I sprung for the anti-fog since that's a constant battle at work and even just minutes after using the wipe they'll fog up during temp change or during a masked procedure just the same as any other lenses I've ever had

The process is very simple and frankly, user friendly. If something goes wrong with the order process, you can always talk to someone but I haven't had to do that unless something was arrive upon receiving my glasses. Only 1 time I had an issue and they resolved it very quickly.

The glasses over all were fine, however the end of the frames on one side came off when I had a floaty attached and it was removed, it exposed a bare wire at the end which was a poking hazard.
Also, because they taper to a point the floaty kept slipping off and ended up falling in the ocean when I leaned over when we were moving and I lost my glasses! Frame not recommended if you use a floaty, but likely just fine if you do not slide anything tubular over the ends for floatation.

Was satisfied with my order. I was nervous about ordering online and the glasses not fitting to my face but they did. Having that feature where you snap a photo of yourself to "try it on" was helpful as well. The price was great I will be ordering more
The saying "You get what you pay for," seems to be applicable with Zenni.
The frames were flimsy and not the least expensive at $25.95. The price actually ended up being $131.00. While less expensive, the lens quality and accuracy, along with the cheap frames, made the purchase worthless. I found out the hard way that they will not refund the purchase price. The return policy is vague and tucked away on their website. They offer a Zenni credit, not a refund. I would rather pay more for quality glasses, than go through this company. If you want to save money, I would suggest a local discount company rather than Zenni. Many offer relatively inexpensive glasses and provide better quality and services.

These glasses are a bit small for my face. I'm wishing I would have got them as sunglasses instead of every day wear. The nose piece hovers over my nose instead of sitting on it unless I force it but this may be due to the slope of my nose bridge. Also, the width of my face must be wider than the glasses so I feel like I'm stretching them out when I wear them. I'm hoping overtime they do stretch to sit comfortably on my face. I haven't been wearing them much though because of how they don't fit properly.
I was going to give 2 stars but they arrived quickly so I gave a star for that.

I haven't bought a new pair of glasses in over 10 years! Needless to say, I NEED a new pair. I found a great pair on Zenni that I wanted to try, but I was also looking at other websites for glasses. When it came down to it, I chose the other company because they offered free returns within 14 days. I have a very small face for an adult, and I'm too nervous to buy a pair of glasses online without trying them on first. Zenni would only offer a 50% return within 30 days. So, ultimately, I chose not to go with them.
Please due your research, these glasses are the lowest quality and their refund policy is a joke. They pretend to send it to their lab to check the lenses (even though I took it the glasses to my optometrist) and the prescription was wrong as they manufactured them. Then the only thing they offer you is either a store credit (so you can keep buying the crappy made glasses), or 50% of your money, which means they made 50% profit and you have nothing in exchange. SCAMMERS! - Got to EyeBuyDirect and save yourself the fake reviews and raves online.

If your a first time buyer for glasses online be sure to do your research and ask questions. I had several issues with the first pair at Zenni and their answer/response was buy a smaller pair. Nothing more. They don't ensure satisfaction with their products and when you state your concern they say "i'm sorry to hear that" and restate their policies.

Our previous order arrived broken. My son had no glasses as he broke his older pair. We contacted Zenni and immediately ordered a new pair. I needed new glasses ASAP. The company was great. I would have loved a refund to use for the emergency pair I ordered, but they did give me a credit. I sent the broken pair back with a prepaid label. I will need to use the credit on future orders. I'm happy with their response.
This is my third order and I am just as pleased as I ever was. You get great value and style for the modest prices. I have insurance, but the local optician offers poor choices of frames when the glasses are paid for through insurance. Zenni's offers variety,quality, and style to everyone...and with modest prices!
I ordered these glass for my daughter because she scratched the lens on her new one that she only had for about a week. She is only 5 years old and this is her first time having to wear prescription glasses. But these glasses fit nice they look a little big but we are adjusting to them.

Progressive lenses contain three viewing areas: distance-, intermediate-, and near-vision - the distance vision area is near the top of the lens, the near vision area is at the bottom, and the intermediate vision area is in the middle. The clear viewing area is located in the central "corridor" of the lenses, so there can be a noticeable but expected blur when looking toward the edges of the lenses. Due to this design, and because there are slight differences between progressive lenses across brands, someone new to wearing progressive lenses may initially experience some difficulty adjusting to them; likewise, someone who is already accustomed to wearing one brand of progressive lenses may have some difficulty adjusting if they switch to a different brand, and they will find that it it will take some time to become accustomed to the new lenses.
