I ordered 2 pairs of normal glasses and 1 pair of sunglasses. I'm so in love with them and love having variety for a cheap price, while not having to sacrifice quality. I will definitely be purchasing from Zenni in the future!
Very happy with my glasses. They are very stylish. Fit like a glove. They do their job better than other glasses I've had for less than a 1/4 of the price. Get your prescription. Get your own PD, it's easy. Go with Zenni.
Shoddy work not worth the cheap price. We ordered two pairs of glasses with an identical prescription. We received two pairs of glasses with slightly different prescriptions.
When worn, one pair would result in slightly blurred vision, dizziness, etc so we took them to an independent retailer and sure enough the axis on both lenses was off slightly (on the messed up pair).
We contacted customer support and sent the glasses back. After a month or so they came back to us (after we had to ask them what is going on) and said the glasses were fine. We asked about the difference in prescription and they said they would test them again.
Finally got back to us that the glasses were within an acceptable margin of error.
They have an acceptable "margin of error" when producing glasses to match a prescription.
In other words, what you order is not necessarily what you get - but that is just fine. You'll "get used to them."
I was in need of glasses so I went online to search for them and came across Zenni. They had a wide variety at a reasonable price and it only took them a few days to have everything done and delivered to me.
Love it. Quality of frame and prescription lens is excellent. I will purchase again.
The site is very easy to navigate. Try on feature helped a lot. The prescription details can be complex if you don't understand the terminology. The description flag helped a lot but its best to have your eyes checked so that your optician or optometrist can give you the details.
After making sure to get my updated RX and my PD, I was able to use the measurements from a previous pair of glasses to find the right size. The glasses I got fit well and look nice, especially for around $55 total! I'll keep coming back to Zenni and recommend them to anyone I speak with...especially as they notice my nice new specs.
I ordered complimentary replacement nose pads and received so much more than I expected! 2 sets of nose pads, threads for my rimless glasses, and a screwdriver. So helpful! This is better service than I've ever gotten at an eyeglass store. The customer service rep on the phone was also very polite and helpful.
I've been ordering from zenni for the past 3 years and have never had problems until now. I ordered in early February and the order was lost. I was told to wait both times I called (at 4 and 6 weeks out) and finally after 2 months, I called a demanded a refund. I was told to wait for an email while a final decision was made. You lost my order. Just refund my money. If you really wanted to make it right, you would have just sent me another pair of glasses after it was ascertained that you lost the first order (tracking had it at a pick up facility in California for over 4 weeks. It was lost, just fix it.). If they had acted at all concerned and attempted to fix the issue, rather than just tell me to wait, I'd still be a customer. As it stands now, not only will I never order with them again, I'm contacting my lawyer if they don't refund me in 48 hours.

It was good to see that on March 10,2022, we refunded the $4.95 Standard shipping fee to the credit card you used to pay for the order. However, since you requested a refund of what you spent on the eyeglasses, $36.81, as we advised in our response to your Trustpilot review, we will ask our lab to issue this refund to your credit card and email you to confirm that the refund has been issued with a transaction number. You should receive this email from our lab later tonight or tomorrow, and we hope that this refund will resolve this matter to your satisfaction. We also hope that you eventually receive the eyeglasses from this order.
The eyeglasses are several weeks late and when I call customer service I am on hold pretty much forever with no human ever coming to the line. No response to emails. I'm going to have to contact my bank because I never received the item and Zenni clearly has no interest in resolving it.

I used to purchase 1 pair of so-so frames/lenses once a year. I never "loved" how I looked in those glasses. I avoided wearing them, in fact; taking them off/on all day. Now, I have purchased 2 pairs of gorgeous frames/lenses, and added tints and other extras, twice this year from Zenni. I love them! I feel like they "express" me and they do. I plan to get another pair soon! I never thought I could have an "eyeglass wardrobe". Overall, I love that I can get a couture look - for such a low cost!
After spending over $400 for a "custom" frame and lenses that actually caused my sight to get worse over time. After about a year, I took the same prescription (good for two years) and ordered from Zenni. The difference, like night and day. I have two pair from Zenni. One is a spare. Even the frames (on sale for $6.95!) were better than the "custom" one.
I'll let the optometrist check my eyesight and write a prescription, but will NEVER let them sell me glasses EVER again. What a rip joint. THANK YOU ZENNI! I see better than ever now.

Experience was great from easy order to quick delivery. Cost was phenomenally low so my expectations were not high, but happy to report I was wrong! The glasses were perfect! I've worn glasses for several years now, but these are by far my favorite pair. At a fraction of the cost.
The online experience, shipping speed, price and final product is amazing! These glasses are perfect, I literally saved hundreds of dollars and I plan to order again and again until I have a different frame for every mood!
Zenni was super fast and easy to navigate and the number of choices are endless. The prices are wonderful and I cannot wait to shop here again. However one of my glasses did come slightly damaged which was disappointing. They have magnetic sunglasses and I guess the magnet was very strong because it ripped off the magnet on the actual glasses! Other than that I love this company.
First time with the blue blocker and it makes a significant difference when behind the computer all day. Glasses fit well and have had no issues. Even better that I got them during a sale on the blue blocker lenses, will likely get another pair when the sale comes around again.

Glasses I wanted was not in stock as soon as they came available I was notified. I ordered glasses and received them fairly quickly didn't take long at all. Love the glasses... I will order from Zenni again.

I felt very skeptical ordering glasses online as I had never done it before. But I'm so glad I did! I will never get my glasses from my optometrist again. I got myself and my son a pair of glasses each for less than $30 and we get compliments on them all the time. Great lenses for a really great price Would probably give the total experience 4.5 stars if I could. Frames were not exactly what I'd hoped for, but I am pleased. I would definitely recommend, and will most likely get a another pair in the future.
I am a many year customer and can not say enough good things about this company. I have a tricky prescription with a high amount of astigmatism and the prescription is always right on and it doesn't cost me $800 like a dozen optical shop.

I contacted customer service via online chat and explained my reason for return and I was told I would receive 100% credit that could be applied to my reorder. Progressive lenses contain three viewing areas: distance-, intermediate-, and near-vision - the distance vision area is near the top of the lens, the near vision area is at the bottom, and the intermediate vision area is in the middle. The clear viewing area is located in the central "corridor" of the lenses, so there can be a noticeable but expected blur when looking toward the edges of the lenses.
