My 4 year old was prescribed glasses for the first time ever. The pair we ordered from the eye doctor were adorable but not very durable. Within 2 weeks he had mangled them beyond repair so we ordered these from Zenni and he loves them just as much as we do!
While I do find that cheaper frames break a bit easier, I also have to say... for the price, these frames are excellent quality. My daughter and son are both special needs kids and neither has broken their frames. The children's flexible glasses are amazing.
We had to get glasses for my 3 year old, so of course I didn't want to spend a TON of money, but I didn't want to go too cheap either. We found some cute frames that are pretty durable and fit our needs! Loving them so far.
I bought prescription safety glasses that brought after using them less than a dozen times. Zenni refused to repair, replace or refund bc it was past their 30 day warranty. The side, ear peice of the frame should not have just snapped. Cheap product.
We love the glasses so much for my daughter that my husband wants one for him too! It takes a bit of time to get them, but the qauality is really supreme and better than any other optical I have encountered.
This is my 3rd or 4th time ordering from Zenni, all of the glasses I've ordered have been great quality! The price isn't much better than going somewhere else, processing / shipping is reasonable, large selection and customization options. Overall, would recommend.
I have been ordering from Zenni for years and feel that the quality of this last pair is substandard. It looks and feels cheap. I can't keep them clean. They are already scratched up. Next to my coworker's glasses she got at the optometrist's office, these look terrible.
The website was error free. We loved that you could upload your picture and "try on" any frame before purchases. It was simple to add details (scratch coating, tint, personalize, etc). Ended up spending about $50 on all the bells and whistles, and like these 100% more than the ones I paid $200 at Target. Next week Im taking my daughter to have her eyes checked but we will not be purchasing product, only exam then ordering on Zenni!

This is the fourth or fifth pair of glasses I've ordered. Had to return because Dr. wrote order for distance, but I need them for reading. Wasn't aware and just submitted what Dr. gave me. Will reorder
My glasses are amazing, I can see again! The Blokz lenses are a HUGE help while I'm working staring at two computer screens all day. They definitely cut the blue light down drastically, it's so much easier on the eyes. You've made a client for life <3
Zenni made buying eyewear kinda fun.
I was able to visualize the looks I wanted, choose all the features I needed and take a chance on sending the order out in the great online unknown without trying on a single frame, all without sweating the investment because the prices are so reasonable!
And the best part!? Getting the glasses in the mail a few weeks later and finding them to be better than I had anticipated. Cool!
Just ordered Three pair of glasses from Zenni, 2 pair the exact frame but different colors. The green pair has very defected noes piece wires and I sent pictures. They offered to send me new frames which is fine. But it will cost me $10. To have the lenses switched. I am a senior and have been using Zenni for years, I asked for the $10 to pay for the switch. They declined. I am widowed, on a fixed income and all I asked was for them to make the mistake right. Darn the wires for nose pieces were not seated in the plastic frame. I sent pictures of the brown pair also, so they could see the problem. I am sad, very sad that they will not stand by there product and not have $$ out of pocket for their mistake.

Great frames. Look awesome, super light, fit great without being too tight! Love the gradient tint lenses! I wish there were more options to include BLOKZ with different shades/tints. But I love all 6 pairs of my zenni prescription glasses!
2 months later! Had to return the 1st pair, couldnt see TV or read in bed unless I put gasses at very end of nose. 2nd Pair. Cant see "distance" (bifocals). Even went back to my Eye Dr. and had RX checked. I give up. Just wont use again! NOT WORTH IT...
When I picked up my new glasses from my optician, it took the technician 15 minutes of adjusting so that they would fit level on my face. When examining them at home later, it was obvious that the arms on the sides of the glasses were not the same length. I was also getting headaches because the bifocal lens was not the right strength. And I had to wrap a piece of cloth around then short arm by my ear because it was hurting. I have grabbed reading glasses off of a store rack that fit better. My new Zenni glasses worked great right from the start. No adjustments needed!

We order prescription glasses from Zennioptical for our whole family at least once a year. Unbeatable prices. Great selection. 2 weeks delivery from overseas. Would cost us a fortune to buy these at any local glasses retail store (especially for extra strong lenses and some extra coating, etc.) especially when you don't have extended health coverage. We also like that you can actually see how the frames match your face by uploading a pic of yourself and try each single one on, just like you try frames on in a physical store.
I recently had cataract surgery where the natural lens is replaced with a manufactured lens. This of course necessitates a new eyeglass prescription. Having paid several hundred dollars previously for progressive lenses I decided to try Zenni. Not only did I find great frames but I also got photo chromatic progressive lenses all for just over $100! Less than most frames cost at typical optical stores. My new glasses fit and look great, and the progressive lense is very nice with a wide field of vision that doesn't create bothersome distortions as some of my previous more expensive lenses have done. I'll definitely come back to Zenni the next time I need to purchase new glasses.
I've had my new pair of glasses for roughly 2 weeks now and they have not only been a total steal for the money, but the ladies love them! I will be ordering more pairs from Zenni for sure in the future. Why spend $100+ at the store when youcan pick from their huge selection for way cheaper?
I would not recommend using Zenni Optical unless you are satisfied with glasses that will have problems and are mediocre at best. I spent $125 on glasses I can not use. Multi-focal, but I don't have a prescription on the top, jusing. These glasses must be worn halfway down my nose to work, they make me feel disoriented and the ground appears much farther away then it actually is, I've been wearing multifocal glasses for years. These are by far the worst pair I have ever had. Won't order from them again.

I contacted customer service via online chat and explained my reason for return and I was told I would receive 100% credit that could be applied to my reorder. I followed the return instructions given and kept track via USPS and the transaction went smoothly without any glitches.

Answer: I had the same experience. Very disappointing. When I called about the problem they questioned the accuracy of my prescription. I was able to return them for a Zenni credit, less shipping costs. Waiting to see if the second pair is better...
