Arrived way faster than I expected! I have never ordered glasses online before so I'm glad my first experience was with Zenni. I would've had to pay $200+ dollars at my eye Dr. to get glasses through them. One of the assistants told me I might have better luck getting them cheaper online. I looked at a few different websites but thought this one looked the best.
I had nothing but the issue with ordering my glasses that I needed an emergency replacement of. First, they took my payment but never process the order. Didn't find out until 3 days later. Then I had to reorder them and paid for express delivery. I didn't message about the status because the tracking never show anything. Found out on the 24 that it was at the fulfillment center in California wait for ting for FedX then tonight three more days later they told me got to the fulfillment center on the 26. They keep saying in 24hr I will have a tracking bit it been over 72 and nothing but the same lie.

Had to return glasses for wrong prescription. My fault but they were so not understanding and didn't want to replace the glass until I sent the old ones back and they said they would credit my account within 3 business days of sending them back the glasses. On day 3 I did not received my credit and when I called they said it would another 2 days. To which I responded I can't see I need the correct prescription asap and you promised 3 days for the credit. The customer service agent said he couldn't help me. I ask for a refund so I could go somewhere else as I should of done in the first place. I actually don't think they have a great selection of glass the were only about 20 for me to choose from and they all mostly looked the same. I'll never order glasses from Zenni optical. They are not true to their word they have no compassion or care for customers. Their customer service agents are instructed to pacify customers with false promises to cover up their self interested policies
Ordering was straight forward. I received my glasses sooner than I expected and they are great! I am so pleased to no longer have to tip my head all the way back in order to see the computer screen. Grateful for the price. I would not be able to have glasses without your company. I like the look. My daughter helped me pick them out. Thank you so much!
Dennis optical is by far my favorite place to shop for glasses. As long as you're not looking for a pair of glasses that have a designer name stamped on the side, it doesn't get any better than this! Though Zenni optical does have tons of styles that resemble designer styles there isn't a brand name stamped on the side. I have ordered two pairs of glasses now from this website and I'm happy to say that I always receive my glasses in a timely manner, usually within the week. The pricing is absolutely amazing... You can't beat 30 to $40 for a pair of glasses when walking into a local glasses store will run you anywhere between 100 and 400 dollars. Their shipment status is always updated and always on time! I highly recommend this website for anyone that wears glasses.

Somehow my prescription got put in reverse opposite. I don't recall doing that. It seems odd that I would have done that, but I can't be certain. Jennifer from Zenni quickly found a solution and I look forward to receiving the correct glasses. I loved the frames!

Zenni has changed everything! I cried so hard when I found out I had to wear glasses all the time and will get worse and worse. But now I love wearing glasses. I have bought so many it's crazy. I love being able to afford colored ones, or funky pattern I'd never have tried if paying $100 plus for them. I use my distance script which is worst problem and get pairs for $15-20 and can change daily. I don't add my bifocal because that's only a problem when reading and I have my other glasses for that. It's changed my attitude so much. I bought two pairs from another company that's similar and they are ok but I love love live Zenni.
I wanted to replace my old glasses before leaving the country (didn't fit well and looked awful), but didn't realize how long the shipping was until I'd already placed my order. The Zenni team was quick and friendly through the whole process! I ended up getting my glasses with a few days to spare :) they look and feel great, and I'm super glad I upgraded the lenses to be smudge resistant!
I've bought several pairs of glasses from Zenni, all well done with one exception (return process was easy). I love the many choices, the ability to up load a picture of me and see how the frames will look, the ease of ordering. The site has clear instructions about how to enter one's prescription, even my complicated progressive prescription. And the price! Love Zenni!
I ordered frames in January and by June my frames started to yellow. At first it was subtle, but as time went on it became more and more obvious and they became yellower. In August I contacted them and was told that they could do nothing since it wasn't within the 30 day warranty. I argued that the integrity and traits of the frames should last for at least a year! They offered me a 15% discount. I am very disappointed. This is my third pair of frames that I have ordered here and I will no longer order any more. I have attached a photo which doesn't really allow for what they look like in a real setting, but they are more yellow than lavender at this point.

Nevertheless, we want to confirm that you may order another frame 2027817 with nonprescription lenses, and when you receive these nonprescription eyeglasses, you may remove the nonprescription lenses from the rims of the new frame and install the prescription lenses from the frame that has yellowed.

My glasses were not delivered and when I reached out to customer service and requested a refund for the product I was told they are custom and can't be resold. It's not a prescription, they were just blue light glasses. I do not wish to support a company which cannot provide simple customer service. USPS claims there was a hold on the product and would be returned to Zennioptical. Meaning they received the product back yet they won't refund me? Completely unacceptable I would give negative stars if I could since they stole from me. I paid a lot of money to be treated so badly, very disappointing…

I've attempted to purchase glasses in variety of store types. Since I wear progressive eyewear, it has been a hit or miss experience -mostly miss. I love the glasses I purchased from Zenni! I needed an emergency pair of glasses after my frames broke and my optometrist said it'd be at least a month before the replacement frames came in. I bought these from Zenni that same day and had them in less than five days. I love their weight, feel, and look, and I think I will have a hard time deciding which will be my main pair once I've got the other frames back.
I have been a Zenni customer for over a decade and I encourage all my friends who wear glasses to order with them as well. I love the frame choices, the website is very easy to use, and my glasses are right every single time. They almost always arrive sooner than I expect, which is great.

I have had to return twice due to prescription errors however Zenni has been great to accept my returns. The frame choices are great. The only thing to be careful of is the tying on glasses. It depends on your camera, lighting and how you pose but for the most part, pretty great.
What I love about zenni is it has all your information stored so throughout the years I've lost my glasses it's been so quick and easy to replace. I love these frames too for the price and the blue light blockers make it easier to do online work or even game. I recommend!
I am quite pleased with what I received. I really like that I can 'try' on frames to see what will likely look good - so far I've been very happy! And, since Zenni offers such good prices I fill multiple prescriptions from the optometrist so I have glasses for music, weaving and reading.
The eyeglasses came in a relatively quick timeframe. I loved the information that is shared on how to check PD and also the way to do a virtual try on. The only thing I dislike are the actual glasses - the magnetic sunglasses portion is so flimsy it feels like the ones the optometrist provides when you have your eyes dilated (the plastic sheet that you would slide between your eyes and glasses). Super thin and not substantial at all.

Progressive lenses contain three viewing areas: distance-, intermediate-, and near-vision - the distance vision area is near the top of the lens, the near vision area is at the bottom, and the intermediate vision area is in the middle. The clear viewing area is located in the central "corridor" of the lenses, so there can be a noticeable but expected blur when looking toward the edges of the lenses. Due to this design, and because there are slight differences between progressive lenses across brands, someone new to wearing progressive lenses may initially experience some difficulty adjusting to them; likewise, someone who is already accustomed to wearing one brand of progressive lenses may have some difficulty adjusting if they switch to a different brand, and they will find that it it will take some time to become accustomed to the new lenses. Answer: I had the same experience. Very disappointing. When I called about the problem they questioned the accuracy of my prescription. I was able to return them for a Zenni credit, less shipping costs. Waiting to see if the second pair is better...
