So far it's been easy and great prices. I haven't received my order yet (just ordered today). I'm hopeful that it will continue to go smoothly.
Somehow my prescription got put in reverse opposite. I don't recall doing that. It seems odd that I would have done that, but I can't be certain. Jennifer from Zenni quickly found a solution and I look forward to receiving the correct glasses. I loved the frames!

We are thrilled to learn that you love the frame you selected; however, we are sorry that your prescription was entered incorrectly. Our records indicate that the prescription written by your doctor called for negative spherical and cylindrical values, but unfortunately, they were entered on the order as positive values. We are happy that one of our representatives found the error and explained what it was, thereby reducing the chances of the same error being repeated on subsequent orders. We are glad to see in our database records that our representative explained that you take advantage of our return policy, which allows for you to return the glasses for store credit, then you may use the credit to reorder the glasses correctly. We look forward to issuing the credit once the glasses are returned and we trust that you will be pleased with your glasses once you reorder and receive the new glasses with the correct prescription.
