First Pair of Glasses

The order process was fairly easy although I did not find the website real intuitive. I did have to email Customer Service for site use clarification. Was kept informed about order process and delivery. Received glasses with a plastic case that didn't clasp shut and a little laser that did not work, changed the battery, still didn't work. I trashed both items. The glasses and prescription are great, I wear them everyday and am thinking of ordering another pair. I would strongly recommend.

I'm happy with the whole process as well as the result. I looked up my history purchases to find my frames, customized the new lenses for my needs, and they shipped to my home in a reasonable time at an unbeatable price. I had a couple hiccups navigating the Mobil customization, but everything else considered, that's nothing to gripe over.

Easy Glasses

Tried to get glasses from a walk-in express store but they were too busy to help us and ended up walking out after a 1/2 hour wait. Won't go back. Remembered zenni from a few years back so I went online. I got to see what the frames look like on me. The frame price was so reasonable. Now for the lenses, I could afford the best. I went with transition lenses with all coatings. The glasses took about a week to arrive. I took them out of the box and WOW! They looked better than online. I put them on and WOW again. They fit perfectly with no adjustment. I can see clearly for a long ways away. I will be getting another pair for work. When my wife noticed, she said she loved them and now she wants a pair. Thanks Zenni.

I ordered my glasses kind of last minute and got them within 2 weeks in time for my friends wedding! The prescription is perfect (and mine is a little wonky since I have a big astigmatism!)and the glasses fit well. The only thing I don't care for is that the lenses don't clean off as well as my other glasses did from my eye doctor. Not sure why. And I paid for non glare but I don't really see a difference. Otherwise, I highly recommend this company!

Very cute and functional

I love these frames! They look great on my face and the large lenses are nice and comfortable. The color is great too! I chose the orange/green tortoiseshell. It's a bit wilder than i thought it would be, but it looks awesome! I got these with the blue light blocking technology for work, and it seems to be helping me wind down better at night!

I love my glasses! What an AMAZING PRICE to pay for a pair of glasses with my prescription and blue light. Definitely will buy another again! I unfortunately did buy the incorrect size of frame but they still work and help me. Great company, great product. You will not be disappointed.

ZERO service optician

I had to replace a temple; they made me buy and entire frame with blank glass in it. Once I got the temple off, I couldn't get it back on because the holes don't line up. You can't even get a small wire through there!
Frames are engineered to be non-repairable.

Consequently, we apologize for any dissatisfaction you experienced due to this matter, as well as for the experience you had when you ordered a new frame 4443021.

We are sorry to read that you tried to replace the temple arm on the frame from which it broke with one of the temple arms from the new frame you purchased with nonprescription lenses.

We are also sorry if we did not advise that rather than replacing the temple arm, the lenses should have been removed from the frame with the missing temple arm and inserted in the rims of the replacement frame after removing the nonprescription lenses from the frame.

If you still have the broken frame and the replacement frame, you may return these items to us, along with the prescription lenses, and we will be happy to repair the eyeglasses for you.

If there is an issue with the temple arm on the replacement frame, we will install the lenses in a new frame 4443021 and return these repaired eyeglasses to you.

If you would like to pursue this return-for-repair option, we invite you to telephone Zenni Customer Service, at 1-800-211-2105, and when you provide your order numbers, o5018018558, o5047063076, and o5199617195, the customer service representative will email you instructions to return the broken and replacement frames 4443021 and the prescription and nonprescription lenses, and we will also email you a prepaid mailing label to use for return postage.

Glasses arrived quickly and as expected.

Ordered three pair of glasses. All good and happy with them. Only down side was this was a rather large order and of course right after my order was placed, luck would have it, sale kicked in. Still very pleased with product and will continue to order from Zenni. Able to order the frames and lenses we need and want without hassle of insurance issues.

Cute glasses and fast delivery!

We were able to find cute glasses at a fraction of the cost for my kiddo. Once the order was placed we received the glasses way quicker than I had expected to! They come with nice plastic cases that other online brands don't always give, which was a plus as we needed a hard case for school.

Sunglasses and glasses

I was little disappointed with my order. The glasses are too big for my face and slide down frequently. The sunglasses seem cheaply done (although they were not) and i bought the upgraded version. However, the blue blocker addition to my glasses have made a HUGE difference in my workplace time. My eyes don't hurt so badly!

Glasses are so expensive it's ridiculous. I felt I was getting a great deal when I got a pair of glasses for $99 at Warby Parker. My wife informed me that, yes, it's a bargain compared to the mall, but there are better options. She turned me on to Zenni, where I just bought 3 pairs of glasses for a total of $60 and they are all amazing. 5/5 will buy again!

Dont break your frame, they are gonna stick you for the full price of lenses to replace. No flexibility. I'll never buy from again. Edit: After I called them, they did sell me frames but they had to put clear lenses in them for some reason... It didnt cost extra, but I had to pop them out. I've changed the review, I now have my old rx lenses in my new frames. Thanks, Zenni.

Cat eye frames

Everything went smoothly, the lenses corrected my vision very well. I was disappointed in my reader glasses frames (cat eye shape. The colors of red and yellow are VERY subtle, much less color obvious than in the online representation. No complaints other than that.

Just what I needed

As a broke college student I dont have a whole lot to throw at expensive glasses. With a pair that was three years out of date I knew I had to update them. Zenni was great, affordable, and exactly what I needed. I love my glasses, they are not a very sturdy pair but I knew that would be the case based on the material so I was not surprised or disappointed. Overall I'm extremely satisfied.

I have a progressive prescription and wanted sunglasses. My optician was gong to charge me over $400. It was at this point I thought I'd try Zenni because I heard good things about the company. To my happy surprise my Zenni sunglasses with a progressive lens cost me only $139! They were perfect! I loved them so much I bought a second pair of regular glasses and was extremely happy with those. The service was excellent and the shipping was fast. I will definitely being using Zenni in the future!
