The hotel refunded the money but this company kept it. So not only did I get to watch my dad die I got robbed at the same time. I own and privately rent out my villa. Zen hotels have infected my business profile with awful photos linking to their website. Called and got nothing. Emailed loads of times and get no response. Read up on all the reviews before you use Zen hotels as they are terrible. You won't get anyone who speaks English on the phone either. Nightmare company to deal with. I am at a loss!

Do not book with this travel agency they are a fraudulent company and scammers. I booked a hotel stay in June and the hotel granted me a partial refund for inconveniences. The hotel informed me and provided receipts and evidence that ZenHotels / Expedia Groups received the refund from the hotel. It's been over 30 days and ZenHotels today is still REFUSING to refund me the money. Customer service and their managers are incompetent and won't give me a yes or no if they'll refund me or a timeframe of when I should receive the refund. It's been a month and they just give me the run around. Very poor services all around! The website is so laggy, the customer service is terrible, avoid this company at all costs!

UPDATE: ONLY after 17 emails sent to your company and filing a dispute claim with my bank did you respond. Your credibility is zero and I once again HIGHLY suggest to people they look elsewhere for making travel plans.

Finally we did get our money back otherwise I would have given zero stars if that was possible.
I booked a room in Singapore and receive confirmation from zenhotels "double size bed with child bed", i contact the hotel to confirm my reservation and they inform me that the reservation is made for "queen size bed" only.
After that i contact with Zenhotels to resolve this issue and spend days without any update or progress.
They never contact me and give updates, i have to contact them daily to get updates which was "we have requested urgent update for you" without real action.
I strongly advise to avoid reservation from Zenhotels. Pay little more but deal with professional service provider to avoid sticking in a bad situation like me.

It surprised us that our booking didn't go through to the hotel, as we had booked last minute stay. However, we received booking confirmation via email earlier in the day. Perhaps this is something ZenHotels could look into improving. The great thing that has zenhotels is definitely one of the best support teams that helped me to pick a hotel nearly every time. 7 bookings and everything perfect!
Great booking site. They have a very convenient app that makes it really easy to book a hotel while you are already abroad.
In addition, an excellent support team that helped me solve a problem caused by the hotel's mistake.
Although the appearance is not brilliant the warm welcome made much more of an impression and the large room on the 5th floor was a bonus. Large comfortable beds, minibar, safe and tea/coffee facilities all helped us have a relaxing break and being only 10 minutes from the old city meant we were never far from base. Good, varied breakfast with plenty of choices gave us a good start to the day and with underground parking we walked into Valencia safe in the knowledge that the car was looked after too. Highly recommend this hotel, especially if you get a good rate by avoiding Trivago, Booking.com, Hotels.com and Trip advisor.
