Singapur'da bir haftalık bir iş konferansına katılmam gerekiyordu ve biraz da gezmek için ekstra bir hafta daha kalmaya karar verdim. Kalacağım ilk otel için uygulama üzerinden konferans merkezine yakın bir yerden rezervasyon yaptım. Asıl sürpriz ise kalacağım ekstra günleri planlamak için 'yakındaki gezilecek yerler' özelliğini kullanmak oldu. Sentosa Adası'nda mükemmel bir fiyatta butik bir otel buldum. Uygulama harikaydı ve rezervasyon işleminde hiç sıkıntı yaşamadım, ayrıca ülkeye ilk giriş yaptığımda telefonum çekmediği için çevrimdışı özelliği ile rezervasyonlarıma ulaşabilmem de çok yardımcı oldu. İş için çıktığım seyahatin unutulmaz bir Asya macerasına dönüşmesini bu platforma borçluyum.

I feel compelled to share my recent experience with Zen Hotels to warn others. I booked and paid for a hotel through their platform two weeks in advance. Everything seemed fine—until I arrived at the hotel, only to find out that there was no booking in my name and the hotel was completely full.

I immediately contacted Zen Hotels through emails, WhatsApp, and even phone calls, but they were completely unhelpful and kept lying to me. I ended up stranded on the street for 7 hours, trying to resolve the situation. Ultimately, I had to book another hotel on my own.

It's now been 9 days, and I'm still fighting to get my refund. Zen Hotels continues to give me the same evasive and dishonest answers.

I urge everyone to be extremely cautious when using Zen Hotels. Saving a few dollars isn't worth the risk of ending up without a room and being left in a terrible situation.

Stay safe and always prioritize reliability over cost!

Absolute Crooks

Went to visit my Dad dying of a brain tumor and my family double booked our stay. Within 20 mins I called to cancel my reservation and they refused. The hotel refunded the money but this company kept it. So not only did I get to watch my dad die I got robbed at the same time. I hope everyone in this company gets karma they deserve and to feel the same thing I've been put thru

Scam

Total scam keep clear.
I own and privately rent out my villa. Zen hotels have infected my business profile with awful photos linking to their website. Called and got nothing. Emailed loads of times and get no response. Read up on all the reviews before you use Zen hotels as they are terrible. You won't get anyone who speaks English on the phone either. Nightmare company to deal with. I am at a loss!

I just used Zenhotels to book a hotel in Paris for the first time. I'm really impressed with how user-friendly the platform is. I found a cozy place near the Eiffel Tower at a great price. Zen confirmed the booking quickly, and the hotel was ready for us upon arrival, which was a huge relief after a long flight. Do not book with this travel agency they are a fraudulent company and scammers. I booked a hotel stay in June and the hotel granted me a partial refund for inconveniences. The hotel informed me and provided receipts and evidence that ZenHotels / Expedia Groups received the refund from the hotel. It's been over 30 days and ZenHotels today is still REFUSING to refund me the money. Customer service and their managers are incompetent and won't give me a yes or no if they'll refund me or a timeframe of when I should receive the refund. It's been a month and they just give me the run around. Very poor services all around! The website is so laggy, the customer service is terrible, avoid this company at all costs!

I had JUST a horrible experience! NO communication. None responsive email. Russian phone number for "customer service". This is a Guaranteed fraud! Save your money - owned by Hotelbeds.com!

UPDATE: ONLY after 17 emails sent to your company and filing a dispute claim with my bank did you respond. Your credibility is zero and I once again HIGHLY suggest to people they look elsewhere for making travel plans.

Finally we did get our money back otherwise I would have given zero stars if that was possible.

I booked a room in Singapore and receive confirmation from zenhotels "double size bed with child bed", i contact the hotel to confirm my reservation and they inform me that the reservation is made for "queen size bed" only.

After that i contact with Zenhotels to resolve this issue and spend days without any update or progress.

They never contact me and give updates, i have to contact them daily to get updates which was "we have requested urgent update for you" without real action.

I strongly advise to avoid reservation from Zenhotels. Pay little more but deal with professional service provider to avoid sticking in a bad situation like me.

Prompt and efficient customer service support

We would like to thanks ZenHotels customer support for being to efficient in resolving some issues we had during our recent hotel stay. It surprised us that our booking didn't go through to the hotel, as we had booked last minute stay. However, we received booking confirmation via email earlier in the day. Perhaps this is something ZenHotels could look into improving. Nevertheless, 5 stars to the customer support team for being so helpful to quickly process the booking and diligently calling us back on booking confirmation. Thank you!

Great location for a city break
July 5, 2019

Although the appearance is not brilliant the warm welcome made much more of an impression and the large room on the 5th floor was a bonus. Large comfortable beds, minibar, safe and tea/coffee facilities all helped us have a relaxing break and being only 10 minutes from the old city meant we were never far from base. Good, varied breakfast with plenty of choices gave us a good start to the day and with underground parking we walked into Valencia safe in the knowledge that the car was looked after too. Highly recommend this hotel, especially if you get a good rate by avoiding Trivago, Booking.com, Hotels.com and Trip advisor.
