I was able to book online and immediately got confirmation to my mail, customer support manager asked all my questions about breakfast at the hotel. Next day I contacted the hotel itself and faced no problems with the confirmation of the booking. I am very satisfied with the quality of service provided, thank you.
Zen hotels is really cool, they have a mobile app on Android and iPhone. I went for a conference in Paris, and Zen hotels are just overall golden. Payment is also very easy, you can pay with any of your cards.

I always have a hard time looking for hotels because there are so many things to take into consideration so I decided to try out zenhotels to see what I can find. It was really easy because the site was easy to navigate and I could find hotels easily according to my needs and the days I was staying. The hotels were the same as they were advertised and I had a pleasant experience!

It's a terrible business! They cancelled my booking 5 days before I was meant to go and informed me by email. The customer service number didn't work, when I managed to find another number online I could barley hear the person on the phone.
