hi have read some bad reviews. is this a safe booking.

Hi. It is not safe to book through Zen Hotels. The staff in the contact centre are not helpful. I now have to enter into a legal dispute with the website because they have stolen my money.

Niet boeken met zen hotels echte oplichters zijn het,
Ze boeken de verkeerde kamer voor je en daar sta je dan met 4 persoon in een kamer van 2.
Service center geeft je een barslechte service.
