I like that the site is actually mobile responsive so doing everything from my phone was kind of cool. I requested a quote for several hotels and they promptly sent me the quote in less than 4 hours. I received a mail from them confirming that there were rooms available in 2 of the hotels and asking for confirmation to go ahead with the booking. I obliged. Sure, I get a mail from the hotel I finally chose confirming that I have a room booked in my name. Very professional of them standards I would want from other sites too.
Incredible, I really love zenhotels booking services. This is the best website of booking hotel, they have a cheap and affordable price and it is very easy to book a hotel from their website without any complains. And everything at the hotel I booked was excellent and suitable. We I have a small issue when booking, I contact their customer support and they help me solve the problem and everything went smoothly. Highly recommended.

I used ZenHotels for the first time to find a hotel in New York for a board business meeting. My colleague from NY suggested this site for me. I booked a room at just 700 meters form the business head offices! The room rate was fabulous and this is the best rate I got after I checked other booking sites. For me is very important to get a great price and the commodity when I travel for work. I will use them in the future for sure.
I booked a Red Lion Hotel through them. I got turned away at checkin. They couldn't find me an alternative place to stay for the night. They are truly horrible. I had a small child with me and it was not a very good start to enjoy Disneyland.
Update:
I received a refund for difference in finding alternative accommodations for the night. Even though it was less than ideal the night I needed a room, they did rectify the matter later which showed that they do care. I will give them another chance in the future, and will give them another star for making this right.

After a suggestion from a friend, ny husband and I used Zen hotels to book a getaway before we had our baby. We were pleasantly surprised as everything was hassle free. The website was extremely easy to navigate and the hotel was just as described. We are soo excited to pick another getaway to book through Zen for our family vacation
I Went on a business trip to Milan, stayed at Four Seasons Hotel Milano. Seriously, was deeply surprised with good prices and convenient website navigation. It took me just a couple of minutes to find the hotel, make a booking and receive a confirmation.
This was my first time using Zenhotels. Despite low prices I still hesitated before booking since I didnt know anything about the company. I was afraid it was fraud, oppositely, my booking process was flawless. I easily found the hotel I needed, chose the room that went with 30% sale and got my voucher immediately. Plus received an SMS reminding me the check in date and name of the hotel. I was a little disappointed because the room was a bit smaller in fact than it was on photos. Anyway, would use again.
I used Zenhotels.com for a second time and they did not disappoint. The friendly staff answered all my questions regarding the hotel we had in mind and actually made a suggestion that was better suited to our needs than what we initially wanted. The site is super easy to use for me (someone who is tech illiterate) There are still minor details to improve on (such as possibly having more options of hotels) however I will definitely use this site again for my future getaways.
At first I thought ZenHotels was a fake website because none of my friends knew it, but then I read a dozen of positive reviews plus I saw a really good price for the hotel I wanted to stay at so much.
I booked the hotel and on arrival I discovered that the room I booked was already occupied. When I contacted ZenHotels the customer service representative said that on behalf of the company she would compensate me with one of their luxurious suites as I was with my husband and we had booked one of the rooms with the lower rates. That is how the staff at ZenHotels work; they try to alleviate all travel stress under their purview. However, I must say that the error occurred at front desk and the manager on duty that evening gave us room service free of charge for our entire stay.

Every year I head to Lillehammer (Norway), a perfect ski resort. I usually spend my winter holidays there with my family. Once, my wife stumbled upon a great hotel Lillehammer Hotel at Zenhotels.com. We had some minor issues upon our arrival (the hotel required us to pay for our room; however, it had already been paid with my wifes credit card), as soon as we called ZenHotels customer support, everything was sorted out and we were successfully checked in. I consider it was hotels fault, so I am quite satisfied with my first Zenhotels experience.
