I travelled for a business meeting and I visited Florence booked the hotel through ZENHOTELS, it was superb and wonderful. What I liked most about ZENHOTELS was the price and quality ratio. I recommend paying through the website rather than paying at the hotels if you want travel properly. I really want to say a BIG THANK YOU to ZENHOTEL.
