I made a reservation three weeks to avoid issues with graduation weekend. Arrived at hotel. No booking took place despite me having paid three weeks earlier. On the phone I was told someone would reach out. There was a room that just became available. Explained I needed to get the room. Nothing happened. Then an impersonal insulting email stating I could get 50 percent refund or sit and wait for another room God knows where. The company was indifferent, insensitive and refused to admit their error. 50 percent. Come on.

Asıl sürpriz ise kalacağım ekstra günleri planlamak için 'yakındaki gezilecek yerler' özelliğini kullanmak oldu. Sentosa Adası'nda mükemmel bir fiyatta butik bir otel buldum. Uygulama harikaydı ve rezervasyon işleminde hiç sıkıntı yaşamadım, ayrıca ülkeye ilk giriş yaptığımda telefonum çekmediği için çevrimdışı özelliği ile rezervasyonlarıma ulaşabilmem de çok yardımcı oldu.
