Absolutely the worst. Save yourself a whole lot of frustration and choose another booking company. They did not refund any money to me even though the hotel canceled the reservation and the cost refunded to them. Thieves!

I've booked a hotel room with Zenhotels.com in Hurghada, Egypt, through the Trivago.com website and paid fully. I received the booking confirmation, and everything looks normal.
Next day:
I've tried to contact the hotel with the booking confirmation. However, The hotel confirmed that they didn't receive my booking or even received any booking from Zenhotels.com.
I tried to contact customer support with live chat, and they said we are going to check with the hotels.
Since then, I keep following up with Zenhotels.com 4-5 times per day via online chat support and phone calls. But they keep saying, " One of our collages is working on your problem."
The problem didn't get solved, and I didn't get my money back.

In trying to make a reservation, I found that I had to change it. Zenhotels did not respond for a month and proceeded to not return my money even though I had to personally change/repay the dates with the hotel (due to the lack of response from Zenhotels). I will not be using this service again and would not recommend it to others due to their inflexibility.

Was charged initially for a higher price at the time of booking and then again charged a lesser amount a few days after my booking. I called the hotel and they have no history of my stay. Very weird. Very sketchy. Not worth the supposedly "cheaper" prices. Use booking.com or any of the other more legitimate sites.

I've booked with ZenHotels only once when me and my girlfriend decided to go to Greece. Everything went smoothly and fast. The website is very comfortable to use, nothing is redundant. I received my confirmation almost the same minute I finished the booking and the hotel stuff didn't even require it upon arrival. They found my name in the list and let us check-in before the prescribed time. The room was clean and cosy, so we enjoyed our time both in the hotel and at the beach. All in all, It was a good experience.
Found their email in my promotion box. Since I always clean and check my mail box and was at that time looking for a nice accommodation in Dusseldorf, I opened their newsletter and saw quite a tempting offer: 50% off! Yes, I loved their website and yes, the prices were really good. Can't say anything special about booking - just an ordinary plain procedure. The problem came at check in. We arrived at the hotel early in the morning and receptionist couldn't find our booking for 15 min. Not a big deal, but we were extremely tired after a night flight. So, since the girl couldn't solve the problem we just called zen support. Their agent answered quickly, listened to our issue and contacted receptionist straight after my call. The problem was solved in 7 mins after I phoned them. Good job!
We have booked rooms 3 months ago and we have got our confirmation, after reaching to the hotel they say that someone has canceled our booking, so they have asked us to call zen hotels. Zen hotel customer has never responded nor made a refund for our booking. Horrible experience and it's a night mare for us. We could only find room after 3 hours of waiting on road and we have paid in double.

We reserved a room for 3 nights at La Quinta in colorado springs, and they took the money out of our bank account and when we got to the hotel they had given a bogus card number and now my 16 year old son and I r on the streets for the next 3 days! Cant get ahold of customer support and when i instant messaged them, i explained the problem and "vladimir" simply replied thank you have a great day" and then ended the chat.

There were some problems when I tried this service for the first time, but they are working on their mistakes. The last time I booked with them everything went smoothly. Although more filters could be added, so the reservation process could be much more manageable. In general, I'd give them 4 out of 5 cause there is no perfect service and Zenhotel in no exception.
Clearly one of the best booking services. Always great prices and outstanding support team. If you have any problem you can call or text via their app (which is much better than the website XD) or you can call them with your phone. And even more important is that they operate really fast. They usually come up with the solution within 20-30mins.

The user interface for Zenhotels.com is sleek and very smooth to navigate. We contacted the hotel to confirm if a room has been booked and we got an affirmative reply. I also had a few questions and the customer care representative was very polite and professional in handling my query. Zenhotels.com is definitely first-class.
This was my first time using Zenhotels. Despite low prices I still hesitated before booking since I didnt know anything about the company. I was afraid it was fraud, oppositely, my booking process was flawless. I easily found the hotel I needed, chose the room that went with 30% sale and got my voucher immediately. Plus received an SMS reminding me the check in date and name of the hotel. I was a little disappointed because the room was a bit smaller in fact than it was on photos. Anyway, would use again.
I've been using this service for two years already. Most of the time it operates just fine but sometimes there are disappointing mistakes like once I've been waiting for my invoice for like 1,5 weeks. The other time when I came to the hotel and foumd out that they've never heard of me! I called zenhotels support and they've found me a room in 10 minutes but the fact that I had to call support in the first place kind of disappointed me. Nevertheless, these we only 2 out of 12 reservations I made there.
I'd really advice to try out this service. And a reminder: if something, anything goes wrong, just call their support.

Zenhotels took my money and never sent it to the hotel. I arrived at the hotel late after a 12 hour drive and not only did they not have my reservation but they had no rooms. Very nice thing to happen to a lady in another country. I tried repeatedly to deal with their customer service to pay for the only hotel in town with a room at double the amount I had paid with them. They promised me over and over again that the funds would be with by bank between 3 and 31 days. They never did anything but I have tons of emails that they did. Stay away from them!

I had a booking with Zenhotels.com but my plans have changed so I called these guys asking to change the dates in my booking. Nobody spoke Hindi! I sent them a letter in eng. And fortunately they gave me a quick answer and solved my problem. Not bad.
It's a terrible business! They cancelled my booking 5 days before I was meant to go and informed me by email. The customer service number didn't work, when I managed to find another number online I could barley hear the person on the phone. I was trying to find out why they cancelled my booking, but she hung up as I was mid sentence
Zenhotels is user friendly website with highly responsive customer support. I was able to book online and immediately got confirmation to my mail, customer support manager asked all my questions about breakfast at the hotel. Next day I contacted the hotel itself and faced no problems with the confirmation of the booking. I am very satisfied with the quality of service provided, thank you.
Along with my friends we decided to plan a trip to New York. We booked a hotel via this platform. I decided to call the hotel to make sure everything was alright. BUT they said they didn't have a reservation to my name. So I called zen's customer service and they told me they would deal with it. This all happened two days ago, we're supposed to leave in 2 days and they still don't have an answer or alternative for us... THEY CHARGED ME 530 euros, so we basically might not leave, but also lose our plane tickets, the money we spent for activities there and not even refund me because they are f***ING incompetent

I already had some experience with this service and it 100% suits me. I even find the app better than the website. Every time when I travel somewhere I look at this app and find options which suit me. And always find one!
They also have very nice support team. I made a non-refundable reservation but wasn't able to do the trip. I called zenhotels and asked if it's possible do get a refund, support specialist told that she'll do the best and they've managed to do this!
