I already had some experience with this service and it 100% suits me. I even find the app better than the website. Every time when I travel somewhere I look at this app and find options which suit me. And always find one!
They also have very nice support team. I made a non-refundable reservation but wasn't able to do the trip. I called zenhotels and asked if it's possible do get a refund, support specialist told that she'll do the best and they've managed to do this!
ZenHotels has been my go-to booking platform ever since my first day of booking with them. I had an issue with picking out the best room for me as I was having some guests over and things got a little bit confusing. I placed a call through to them and with the help of their customer agent, Tom, I was able to book an amazing hotel that wowed not just me, but my guests too.
Booked a stay at Motel 6 in Sweetwater, TN through zenhotels online. Turns out it was not a Motel 6, but had been changed to OYO. The pictures that were posted were not representative of the actual place we stayed. Crawling with roaches, meth heads laying around, even had a guy playing rap at the front door with a 5th of whiskey and empty corona bottles laying around him. The room didn't have a/c, phone did not work, the door had been broken into previously, and the water ran in the bathtub nonstop. We called the company and tried to cancel the reservation and they said they would open a ticket on my behalf and would get back to me. It's been 3 days with no return phone call. Zenhotels and OYO are not to be trusted!
Ok. The start-up was founded by two Russians and is headquartered in Limassol Cyprus.
Could that be so the long arm of the law can't reach them?
That's it.
You can complain forever but you can't reach them and you can't sue either.

After a suggestion from a friend, ny husband and I used Zen hotels to book a getaway before we had our baby. We were pleasantly surprised as everything was hassle free. The website was extremely easy to navigate and the hotel was just as described. We are soo excited to pick another getaway to book through Zen for our family vacation
It caused me and my family so much frustration. Without knowing that they are a SCAM SITE, I booked two different rooms then cancelled them due to ZenHotels bad reputation. I booked another two rooms and cancelled because when I called the hotel they said they don't have any records for the reservations. Note that both claimed to have "free cancellation". Yet I still did not get back my money for the 4 ROOMS! I regret ever considering ZenHotels.

I was looking for a hotel/condo in cancun for a vacation coming up soon, I found this place, i reserved and not even 30 min later i found out that my other half had already booked another hotel that same morning, so I tried cancelling on the website, btw i paid 0.00. This was to be paid upon arrival. I called CS the guy told me I couldn't without a penalty, excuse you? I paid nothing! Then he "submitted a cancellation request, I never received any emails. Called again today and same thing. Guy told me i can't cancel and be given a refund. I PAID NOTHING HELLO! Anyway, i asked for an email to confirm a cancellation request I got it, now I received email that i can cancel but there is a penalty and not just that i have to submit a waiver to request cancellation! Incompetent employees and the worst website to reserve vacations! I deleted my cc and my profile. NEVER AGAIN I WILL STICK TO BOOKING.COM OR EXPEDIA!

We booked a room with Zen hotels 2 weeks prior to our scheduled vacation. The website was very informative and easy to use and we booked our rooms in a jiffy. Everything went smoothly, the rooms were perfect and the staff was very helpful. There was once a small problem in the ventilation in our room, but the hotel addressed it instantly! Very satisfied with the customer service and will definitely be staying with them again.
The hotels turned out to be disgusting, which is not ZH's fault. I canceled after just 1 night with both ZH and the hotel. The hotel apologized and said they refunded the balance back to ZH. ZH however has stalled stalled stalled and it is now a week later. Times up! 1 star. By the way their customer service line is in Cyprus, seems like a fly-by-night operation.

My trip was canceled because of a natural disaster, causing all flights to be cancelled for the entire weekend. I supplied them with requested proof and no refund. I have been in circles with customer support for almost 2 months. I simply requested my money back, and they are now telling me they "can't get in touch with the hotel". If they were a legitimate company they would simply and quickly refund me, instead they are giving me the runaround.

When I booked at zenhotels.com and I had an issue along the way, When I called zenhotels.com help center about my booking their customer representative was so polite and eager to take me through the process, Zenhotels.com completely wins me over, their service is superb
I booked a hotel with them, and they want you to fill out your credit card info first before they confirm that theres rooms. I think they can, and should confirm if the room is available BEFORE they take your credit card details, or even name. I will never use them again

I booked a hotel and accidentally cancel the reservation, then I call them to restore the booking and they said:
"In answer to your request, please note that we are not able to restore the booking."

Zen Hostel is the best for every traveler.It's so easy to book. I was able to find a hotel for a cheaper price than anywhere. I did all my bookings online, it was swift, easy and their website is easy to navigate. I definitely use them again.

I made a reservation through Zenhotels.com in Moreno Hotel Buenos Aires a week ago. I called the hotel at once. They told no booking for my name. I called Zenhotels and spoke with one from customer support service. It was explained to me that I need to call in several hours and hotel would confirm my booking. I called the hotel 1 day later and they confirmed my booking. They could find it only but my name, but not booking number. That was a problem! Nevertheless, now my booking confirmed and I am happy.
We had to wait for the shuttle quite a while. The check in was good and professional and the room offered everything we needed for the 1 night. Cleanliness was alright, just the floor in the bathroom could have been done better. The breakfast was good in comparison to other places we stayed at during the pandemic. The hotel has a very nice pool area. We didn't use it but it looked very inviting.
