It caused me and my family so much frustration. Without knowing that they are a SCAM SITE, I booked two different rooms then cancelled them due to ZenHotels bad reputation. I booked another two rooms and cancelled because when I called the hotel they said they don't have any records for the reservations. Note that both claimed to have "free cancellation". Yet I still did not get back my money for the 4 ROOMS! I regret ever considering ZenHotels.
