I really like the idea of this dress i bought, but the horizontal stripes were just too overwhelming on me. It would be prettier with fewer stripes at the bottom of the hem. Other than that, I loved it and the flowered pattern with the stripes is beautiful.

See it, love it, buy it. Don't like it? Have UPS pick it up or you drop it off, fast return, little to no waiting. It just doesn't get better than that. Besides I've never seen such a lovely selection.

Zappos is the best online company I have ever dealt with. I buy all my shoes, sneakers and boots here. It's the only place I find 2EE width shoes, the shipping is absolutely free and fast (2 days), and the customer service reps are always friendly and willing to help resolve any issue you might have. I couldn't be happier shopping at Zappos.com.

Lousy

They hold your money hostage if you do an exchange they won't refund your money back to your credit card but to a gift card of Zappos, therefore you are forced to have to keep buying from zappos even if and when they don't have the shoe you want. Lousy deal.

Best policies
March 23, 2020

I love shopping from Zappos when I can. The reps are always friendly. The shipping and returns are always free so its no risk shipping especially when shipping for shoes and clothes. Often the shipping is literally overnight which can't be best in most instances.

For those who remember Zappos before the Great Buyout, you may remember being able to see which items had been discounted most. That was one of the most fun things about the site, being able to automatically see which items had been discounted over all others. That option was removed.

Service is still the absolute best. <3

I am always happy when I shop at Zappos... free shipping and stellar customer service. I bought a pair of shoes that were a little tight... I called and I had a new pair of shoes before I could return the tight ones. Maria in customer service was super sweet and made it a personal experience. Keep it going Zappos.

I had an issue with the website and called up customer service they were AWESOME! And after wearing the boots for about a month there was a manufacturing defect with the sole of the shoe. I called up zappos and they were super helpful and even sent me a awesome coupon! :D yes i know that some of the prices are a bit higher but for the amount of care and help that they give there customers it is soooooo worth every penny

Before I left for Guatemala, I remember looking at Zappos.com a couple times for shoes, but never took the plunge to making a purchase. Now 5 years later, to my surprise, I return to the U.S. and Zappos is about as big as Amazon. Well I guess it's about time someone emphasized the value of customer service as much as Amazon does. I ordered recently a Jack Spade bag from Zappos - got my confirmation and my bag as promised. Couldn't be happier.

I love Zappos! I have been ordering from them for years, and they never fail to have excellent products, and excellent customer service. The BEST customer service around! The only problem I ever have is when they run out of the product I want. I highly recommend that you order from Zappos when you need shoes!

I've been shopping Zappos for years and recently other shoe sites as well; Nordstrom, Neiman Marcus, discount luxury sites etc. Consumers have had it with return problems (NM is using the same ineffective smart post returns they had 10 years ago!), customer service issues, stock mixups, incorrect charges etc. I speak for my peers as well when i say time is precious and if it means you pay 5-10% up front for flawless service and product, then DO IT! Your time is valuable. I love zappos - fast, efficient, flawless service. There is never a problem and if there is, THEY FIX IT.

I ordered some boots from this site. They were very affordable. The only issue was that they sent me the wrong boots. They were by the same company, the same material and color, but they were the wrong style. I didn't realize this until I actually wore them out.

In the end, it turned out that I really liked them anyways. I didn't want to risk sending them back for the other boots, and then find that the boots they sent me by mistake I liked better. Not that I could send them back now, since I already wore them.

I am still a happy customer, because it turned out that I really liked the boots they sent me, even if it was a mistake.

Great customer service

If you are trying to get the best prices out there, this site won't give that to you. However, if you want to receive your order QUICKLY, have free shipping and free returns, along with a great selection, this is the place to buy. I really like and appreciate the little video that shows you how the shoes look on omeone's foot. They have great reviews that actually give information as to I how the shoe fits. Their return policy is very generous and they are quick to refund. I wish more companies would pay attention to ZAPPO's customer service.

I ordered a pair of shoes a few months ago and upon receiving them, I thought they might be too big, but I was afraid that the next size down would be too small. I wore them around the house for awihle before putting them in my closet and forgetting about them. I found them recently and decided to return them and try the smaller size. Thanks to Zappos' fantastic 365 day return policy, I was able to return them without a problem, even though it had been several months. When I called customer service about the return, they were extremely helpful and nice... the epitome of how customer service should be. They paid the return postage for me to ship the bigger size back and covered the postage on the new ones. Even though I had bought the original shoes on sale and they were not any longer, they didn't charge me any more to send me the other pair. To top things off, I got my new pair in 2 days! I could not be more happy with the service and would recommend this company to anyone.

Very good selection, but overpriced compared to other online shoe stores. I think they build the cost of "free shipping" and "free returns" into the original cost of the product to make people think they are getting a deal, but really they aren't. I used to shop there a lot, but lately I find better prices through Amazon or the designer's website directly.

Zappos rocks!

I have been a Zappos customer for a long time and they never fail to amaze me. I bought a pair of Chuck Taylor gym shoes and wore them for about 3 weeks. The shoes are absolutely adorable but they kept rubbing my smallest toe in both shoes. I tried putting tape or a band aid on the inside of the shoe where the seams were sewn but the shoes kept irritating my toes. I returned the shoes back to Zappos to see if the manufacturer could repair the large seams inside of them. I wasn't looking for a return or money back (since I wore them) but was merely trying to get someone to possibly cut or repair the seams on the inside of the shoe. Zappos credited me for the purchase with no questions asked.
