Scam! Please NEVER order from here!
What a terrible experience! I ordered two dresses, and what I received looked nothing like the photos on their website. The dress is even two different colors, the fabric is cheap, and the fit is completely off. It's like it came from a completely different factory than what they advertise! This is pure deception! When I contacted customer service, I only got standard responses and excuses. First, they offered me £19 (when I paid more than double!), then suddenly £58—without offering to return anything. So they know perfectly well the product is faulty! I contacted customer service myself, and they admitted the dresses don't match. It's because I can't add photos during this review, otherwise I definitely would have. The dress sells for 107 euros each, but it's not even worth 10 euros. But if you ask for a full refund, you suddenly have to send everything back to China and pay for shipping yourself. And then they even deduct 15%! That's absolutely ridiculous. And when you ask for a supervisor or someone to actually look into your complaint, they simply say it's "not possible." Unbelievable! One star is still too much for this company. It's simply a scam. They send you a completely different product and take zero responsibility. People, please DO NOT order from here! Learn from my mistake. You're throwing your money away and only getting frustration in return. I hope no one falls into this trap again!

I returned my item because it looked nothing like the product in the photos. The quality and design were completely different from what was advertised. I followed every step of the return process exactly as instructed and provided full documentation, including tracking info and photos. The parcel has already been marked as delivered to the courier's parcel facility, yet Zapaka continues to claim it hasn't reached their warehouse. What happens after the parcel leaves my hands is not my responsibility. I fulfilled all requirements for a refund, and now they're just stalling. It's unreasonable and shows a lack of professionalism. This experience has been extremely frustrating. If you're thinking of ordering from this site, be prepared to deal with poor product accuracy and a refund process that puts all the burden on the customer.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! They did not disclose a 7 to 15 day processing time. I paid $38 for expedited shipping for my daughter's ring dance, and based on the website, the expedited shipping would take 3-5 business days. When the order had not shipped 3 days later, I reached out to inquire. I was told they would only refund 50% of my order. The item had not been "processed" yet or shipped. Their website does not disclose the processing time plus shipping time or else I would not have ordered the dress. Also important to note, the dress was bought as is, without any alterations or customization.

Please don't order from this company. I ordered two formal dresses from them that took three weeks to come, and the package was delivered when I was away on a business trip. When I got back, I tried the dresses on and found out that they were too big and not very flattering. So that same day, I went online to their website and started a live chat. With customer service, to initiate a return, I was told that their return policy was seven days and that my package had been seven days from delivery of the package. Well, I was nine days from delivery of the package, and I had been away, so I knew that I was going to fit into that seven-day window. She said she could not. This is their policy. It's to be fair to all their customers. So I asked that a higher-up look at this, and I could speak with them. She said that she would send the ticket up, and I would receive an email. So two days later, I received an email basically stating what the first representative told me, that the return policy was seven days, no exceptions, just they had to be fair to their customers, and they offered me a $20 coupon for my next purchase. I am not that stupid that I am ever going to order from this company again, and that $20 was insulting. I am now stuck with two formal dresses, a balance of $300. Do not order from this company. They have awful customer service. They don't try to make any amends. They're not very flexible, and the quality of these dresses is so subpar that it's awful. Do not waste your money. Do not waste your time. Stay away from this company.

I ordered a mens blazer using the dimensions on their size guide but the blazer that arrived was much smaller. Customer support was not helpful, no exchange, only offering a 10% refund, or a credit note to use with them if blazer returned at my expense.

Dress quality is not as their photos are described on their website. They're very cheap. The fabric is shiny and the lining feels like felt. It takes forever to ship, even with expedited shipping. They claim to have a return policy and when I initiated the return they offered me 10% off for the purchase of the dress. This is not what their return policy indicates. Straight trash!

I deeply regret ever purchasing from this company. I ordered a dress from them a few months ago, but it was poor quality and not as described, so I promptly returned it. Fast forward three months, and I'm still waiting for my refund.

I've sent over 100 emails to their customer service, and every single response has been the same generic line: "I've escalated this issue." Yet, nothing ever happens beyond that. No confirmation, no timeline, no accountability. It's become clear they're just stalling and avoiding refunding my money.

At this point, I feel completely scammed. Avoid this company at all costs! They'll take your money, and when it comes to refunds, you'll be left chasing them in circles. Worst online shopping experience ever.

I bought the dress £133 and paid another £30 to return it, down the drain. I will my bank to dispute it, I worked really hard to earn that money I am not gonna let a few scammers take. Absolutely disgusting and disappointing.

Ordered a 3 piece suit for a wedding and when I recieved this it was way too small and they tried to tell me it's the correct size, the offered me 10% refund of purchase price which was $199 with postage and I could keep the goods which are absolutely useless to me... I'm disgusted with the customer service I recieved... I would never recommend anyone buying from this website... return address is China so how is this Australian made? Very dodgy

Be careful when ordering here. The sizes are incorrect on the site and their return policy is a lie. If you follow their return policy I t heir website, they will avoid having you send it back. Overpriced dresses at low quality standards and materials.

The dress looks nothing like the one on website, different cut and small on size, im usually size 18 and I ordered 20 just in case but what I got it's size 14-16
I don't even try to sent it back as I know I'll never get a refund like to many people lost their money, I should have read the reviews before I buy, shame on this scam website

A while ago I ordered 3
Dresses here, I paid €139 and on top of that I paid extra for fast delivery. But the dresses still arrived to late. The event where I wanted to wear one of them to had already passed. And the quality of the dresses is sooo bad, it looks nothing like the pictures. I contacted the client service to make a return but according to them I was already to late. Now they won't answer any of my calls or e-mails. I'm really pissed!

I ordered two dresses for my daughter, both in size 4. Unfortunately, one dress didn't fit, so I promptly emailed Zapaka within 72 hours to arrange a return. However, I received no response. After emailing them again and providing extensive proof of my previous emails along with pictures of the dress and its packaging, they finally replied, offering only a 10% refund. When I questioned their decision and requested an explanation, they increased the refund to 20%, still without clarifying why they were deviating from their stated return policy. To add to the frustration, despite my numerous emails throughout the day, they responded as if it were our first contact. This experience has left me deeply dissatisfied, and I have decided never to order from this company again.

Furthermore, the dress we decided to keep broke within an hour of my daughter wearing it, highlighting its poor quality. In contrast, when I returned two dresses to WINDSOR, another company, I received a full refund promptly. WINDSOR DRESSES upheld their return policy without issue. I strongly advise others to avoid Zapaka and instead opt for companies that honor their return policies, saving both money and time.

DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS COMPANY! They are totally unresponsive to emails. Judging by all the other similar negative feedback, it's probably the reason this company has disabled the comments on their Instagram.

I bought a dress that was the wrong fit and I sent a total of 4 emails requesting a return. Heard nothing. Left a negative review and received a response from the company to contact them (surprise surprise).
Did just that, contacted them again, and surprise again, no response. Seriously?
Zapaka, you need to do better or don't run a business at all. Order number ZAPAKAAU******* in case you decide to follow through but I doubt it.

I'm very disappointed with ZAPAKA they are a big layer, and the only they are looking is to take the money from your account and don't care how long will take to be delivery your order. I can write a lot of words but I don't think they care about it. Shame.

When the dress arrived it was completely the wrong color and they will not make it right or take my return without me paying to return it and placing a new order. How do I know I will get a refund or get the proper dress the next order? AND will it then arrive in time? First pic is dress I received vs. second pic is dress I ordered.

This company deserves a ZERO star rating. Their customer service number is bogus and you will NEVER speak to a human person regarding your order. My dress took almost 3 months to arrive and when it did arrive, the quality and fit were horrible. Even though I requested to cancel my order before receiving the dress, they still shipped it and are refusing to issue a refund. PLEASE...take these reviews seriously and DO NOT buy from this company!

Order dress and it was delivered 4/10. I had 10 days to notify them. So i did but they said the dress was delivered on April 5th which was a lie. However, I also order a new size immediately because i needed it for a Prom. The dress came late and again not the correct size. Now they are telling me to go to the seamstress to get it sized. That the delivery was in time and the will not refund the money. Do not order from this company. They are not legit. Poor Service.

I returned a dress which was too small, the company said they will give me a refund on the email they sent me. I posted a dress recorded delivery so i have proof they have it. I have not received a refund and the customer service will not reply to my emails at all. Will never use this company again which is a shame as i never had a problem in the past.

I ordered my dress afraid of it not arriving in time, however it only took a week for it to arrive from very far away. They offered me support by letting me track my order and replied quickly to my email. The dress its self is beautiful, lovely quality and fits me perfectly, so so happy cannot wait for my prom!
