I have ordered just once yet. But I totally love this shop. It is not just quite cheap but the products also have a very good and nice quality and I can find clothes which ones aren't in the shops in my country. I first ordered a few pairs of earrings, a choker and a cap. When these things were arrived I fell in love with them (and with Zaful) so I just chose some more things from the website which ones I want to order.

I made a purchase from Noracora, based on these reviews. Unfortunately, I found that the items did not match the colors or designs pictured or their website description. Now I face an extraordinary return cost or lost of the overall purchase. Very disappointed. I will not be buying from Noracora again.

They say if you order over a certain $ amount that shipping is free, but that means your packages will be bigger and will collect "tax charges". Youll end up paying fedex or DHL $50 dollars in shipping. Its a $#*!ing scam. Ya the bathing suits are cute but not cute enough for that kind of money. So mad rn.
Also, 1 of my packages never showed up and zaful arent doing jack sh! T to refund me.

Very disappointed in this site. Ordered 6 bathing suits 1 month ago just received 4 and contacted Zaful because they said I received all of them once talking to a rep they said my 2 other bathing suites haven't been shipped yet and one was now on back order. Very pissed off since I wasted my money and time and they aren't even giving me a full refund for the 2 other bathing suites. And only 1 of the bathing suites I ordered actually came in with how it was shown on the website. These are not true to size what so ever.

Zaful do not make it easy to return your items. Instead of downloading a free returns label like most companies you have to contact them about a return and wait for a response. They give you multiple return/exchange options but none are the standard option that you want to have just to return some items. If you choose to return the items you have to return them to a Spanish I believe distribution centre and initially you have to pay the postage yourself and wait for them to return this cost. They will only however return a postage cost of up to 30% the price of the order, I've never shipped anything to Spain, I can't imagine it would work out very easily or that Zaful would be prompt and easy to get this refund from. This is why I, as I'm sure many others have just taken then option of a partial refund which I was only offered as store credit, I then had to keep the items which I did not want as I did not like them due to their sizing but also the website did not reflect the material or the clothes effectively. I did a second order with them using the store credit and they gave me a different list of options for returns as the first time. So their so called returns policy isn't really a returns policy because they just pick and choose whatever options they feel like offering. I was not impressed with this system, it needs serious improvement because the amount of waste clothing as people can't return it. It should be highlighted to a customer before they order so they're fully aware of their lack of smooth return. Finally, you should not have to contact Zaful in order to return the items they should have a better system that is more automatic like most other companies with smooth returns.

I ordered an outfit from Zaful a while ago. It came within the expected time in the correct size, but it is not what was in the picture. I bought the Starry Metallic Thread Glitter Two Piece Dress Set in large. The picture on the site shows a mock neck crop top and a bodycon skirt. What I received was an extremely short crop top, so short that I cannot raise my arms at all or my bra will show underneath, with a crew neck, and a skirt with no shape at all. The clothes are terrible quality. I wore the outfit one time and the star designs are already peeling. I can fit the clothes on my body, but it is not a flattering outfit and absolutely not good enough quality for $20. I didn't return it because I did not realize how poorly it fit until I went out in it. Additionally, the one review with a photo shows the outfit as advertised. I will not be ordering from them again.

Tip for consumers:
This is a fast fashion site and it shows in the quality and appearance of the clothes. I do not recommend shopping here at all. You will not get what you pay for.

I ordered from this site in particular because it advertised allowing for returns, even for bathing suits. I have a teenager who wasn't sure about her size, but we did our best ordering. Half of the items fit perfectly, the other half did not. When I started on the return process it was a dead end. This is what I got as a response after providing the item numbers that I needed to return.

Well, I appreciate the regards, but nobody has time to do that. And they know it. I took a closer look at the receipt where it reads that they do not take swimsuits back. Don't ever order anything from this site unless you know it will fit - and if you have time to wait for it - it ships from Hong Kong.

I ordered a few one piece swimsuits from this website and for the most part they did not fit spectacularly. They would fit my booty but be loose on my stomach. Often times you just want to remove any padding all together because it is lumpy or can be seen through the swimsuit. It is really cheap though so its to be expected. However it did take much longer to ship than predicted.

I ordered a bikini for about $15 and waited a month to receive an extremely low quality swim suit. It was barely sewn together and looked like it could break at any moment. The border of the swim suit was supposed to be a scallop pattern and it didn't look anything like the picture. Due to the amount of time it took to get it, I didn't bother to even return it. However, I have friends who have ordered from this site and had better luck. I guess its mostly a hit or miss.

I just received my Zaful order and 2 out of the 4 shirts I received, 2 were torn at the seams and 1 was far too big and the last one was completely see through. As for the shorts in my order, they were longer than expected and the one pair is missing a belt hoop. Very disappointed for the money I spent especially being a student who wants fashionable clothing for low prices... I also want them in tact when I receive them.

On the app, you can enter these giveaways, in which they clearly state in the description "We will select 3 winners and send them their favorite outfit". I was actually a selected winner, but instead of sending me an outfit, they sent a 10$ gift card, which cannot be used AT ALL. When you go to check out, it will only allow you to select one payment method (AKA either the gift card or your credit card), not both. This behavior is really sketchy on their part. I will say that the clothes I received were of decent quality, however, there are better shops to buy from. Would not recommend it.

I bought two dresses from Zaful that I found on Pinterest. Delivery was a little slow since it came from China. Ordered on May 26, delivered on June 8. The dresses were cheap (less than $20) and the quality seems decent for the price. However, the dresses are little short (and I am only 5'4") and the color was different than advertised. Also online the dress had a piece of fabric with a button to secure the rolled sleeve, but the dress I received did not have this. Still cute enough for the price.

Tip for consumers:
Don't expect the clothes to look exactly like they do online.

Placed a order 6 weeks ago only to check to see online that my order was still "processing"- and my payment had already been accepted. I sent Zaful a message on Facebook and was informed that all of my items were not in stock and that I should wait 5-15 more business days before they could ship my order. That was enough for a first experience for me. I read enough bad reviews I knew this was going to get complicated. However, I will give them two stars because it was easy to cancel my order (As it wasn't shipped yet) and I received a full refund the next day on my credit card. I wont try ordering from them again though. Shipping time is one thing, but taking my money and taking over 6 weeks to process a order is ridiculous (it says 7-10 days to process online).

Zaful sells some really awesome bathing suits. However, most of the time the sizes are completely off. They tend to run REALLY small. Not the best quality but you're getting what you pay for. The shipping process takes 2+ weeks, I've waiting a month for an item before. Always check reviews of item to see how the size runs. I recommend Zaful if you can look past the long shipping wait, the quality and size struggle.

We placed an order mid-November for bikinis for a trip next week and still have no valid tracking other than "Information Received (This is not an acknowledgment of the physical receipt of the stated Registered Article)" and "Dispatched to Overseas". These were updated Dec 1 and Dec 5 and it is now the end of Dec 14. So it looks like you shouldn't order anything unless you leave over a month for delivery which doesn't help me.

As you will see they have dedicated 3-4 days so far on all platforms to contact each one of you with a automated message(s). I received an offer of $50 ZAFUL bucks to spend IF I REMOVE MY REVIEW FROM SITEJABBER.:/
Nice gesture, but way too many have been neglected by them. I remember writing for months, calling. Please don't let a couple days worth of good business protocol sway 100%, lets see continued efforts, not bribery. Maybe human emails and calls.

I ordered 6-7 items and they came in two separate packages. The first package arrived and everything was fine however the second package which included the remaining 5 of my items has not yet arrived even that i order it over 3 weeks ago and when i go to check when its coming it doesn't say the date. In the website it said it was only going to take a week.

Generally, this bikini is average bikini that you can buy anywhere. Design is great, but material quality is bad. Top is a bit small, and I have small ****s so for me that is XS actually instead of S size. Very low quality of the bikini, chinese material but definitely overpriced. I wouldn't recommed buying this bikini. Wavy part on top of bottoms and top are very thin and they do not stay like they were supposed to, but they tend to overlap.

I ordered 3 items on the 2nd December for Christmas, all with 2 to 5 days shipping. I received one item about a day late but no information on the other items. Only when I contacted customer service was I told the other items were on back order. 4 times I contacted customer support, finally got the 2nd item at the end of December and on the 7th January I am still waiting for the 3rd item. Zaful should have better planning on their available dates to allow customer to order with real expectations of receiving the item and following a delay we should not have to continually chase Zaful for shipping dates after the orders are already late. Very poor.

First off, I ordered from Zaful on 2/7/2018. When ordering their website states 6-8 business days for delivery, which seemed fine. I ordered seasonal clothes. It was on 2/27 when I then put in a Paypal claim for not receiving my items. They responded by saying Fedex wasn't always up to time with their tracking. I pointed out that that was false and I could visibly see online that neither their Fedex or local post had received my package, 20 days later! They responded again saying that it was holiday from 2/14-2/20... but they had 15 days outside of that span to ship my package! Now as I review, others are saying they were told "February 1-12 is spring festival in New Year celebrations, that may caused some delay." So which is it. Finally they shipped on 3/2 and im still awaiting my clothing. I asked for a refund before they even brought my package to the post office, and if the clothes come in not as described i will be escalating the issue.

Despite the many many awful reviews Zaful has received, I figured I'd try my luck at purchasing a couple of items. They charged me right away, but it's been nearly a month and my order still says it's processing. The website says ordered should be processed within 3-10 days. I thought giving myself two months to order clothes for a vacation would be plenty of time, but who knows if it will even arrive, there is no way to find out. So far, I'm not a very satisfied customer. Now I'm cringing just waiting to see the quality.

My bikini I ordered had size issues. The bottoms are close to being non wearable but I have worn them when it is just me at the pool versus being round people. They are way too small and don't have any stretch to them to begin with. The top was too big but is wearable.
The 1 piece American flag suit I got is so small that i looks like it was made fro someone a foot shorter than me. While I was able to get the suit on, it didn't even reach my chest but at the same time could not completely cover my lower half either because I was trying to pull it up high enough. I followed all size charts, but still ended up disappointed.
It also took almost 4 weeks to receive my whole order.
Customer Service seems to struggle with English

Bad quality, long delivery times, $#*! service. I did not even receive half my order, and nothing will be done about it. Never again these online crappy unknown websites...

Return are near impossible which you'll have to do cause sizes are incorrect over priced for quality

Ordered a bikini from Zaful, it arrived after 2weeks, which isn't bad timing considering some people had to wait for over a month. However, they got my order wrong and I have had to ask them for a refund which they haven't given and its been another 2 weeks.

Seriously, this website is not worth the trouble. Order from some where with better customer service.

Wait more than 1 month and still not receive full items. Quality and match the product discription is 50:50. Some is good, some is not. Great customer service. But can not recommend it. The site also delete or not shown the lower than 3 stars review about their product. I have around 5 reviews like it and none of them can be seen in the review site.

* ZAFUL attempted to help this customer through the Sitejabber Resolution Center, but the customer did not respond
