Do not order from Zaful

Ordered 4 items on August 14th and 3 items arrived. They were all awful. Gave them to charity shop. Waited for the other item. It never arrived. Emailed them loads of times to find out where it was. They kept sending automated email which basically fobbed me off everytime. When it got to 50! Days after ordering they still wanted me to wait another 3 weeks. I have had a refund today after 66 days. What as absolute con. NEVER NEVER buy from this site. Quality is very poor and that's IF it arrives.

SCAMMERS

DON'T BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE, THEY ARE SCAMMERS. WE ARE STILL WAITING FOR OUR ORDER. THEY BLOCKED ME ON THEIR FACEBOOK PAGE AS I WAS POSTING ON ALL THEIR FEEDS WARNING OTHERS DUE TO SCAM. Ok, so I was ready to get cheap garments as the prices are cheap, but having to wait 6 weeks and then receive an item that was of a different fabric and faulty I really was not impressed with. Their solution was giving it to another person or selling it to someone else or for me to pay to send it back to them in which case I am still out of pocket for a garment that is faulty which I hardly think is my fault.
Deleted my account and will not be purchasing from them again.

I ordered a dress on 10th September 2015. It is now 15th October and I have still not received my dress. After contacting Zaful via email, I received a very abrupt reply stating that deliveries take time - What? I will never buy from them again!

NEVER GOT MY ORDER
October 14, 2015

Hello!, I made an order to Zaful last 6 of August, and NEVER recieve it, I contacted them and they told me to ask in my post office, I did and the parcel WAS NOT there, I contacted them again and they told me to wait until the 7of October, my dead line of 2 months, I did, and the parcel NEVER arrived, and since the 7 of October I am trying to contact Zaful with no success, they NEVER answer to my mails or messages, this is a RIP OFF company I won't order from Them again and I will NOT recommend it to anyone!

I'm an avid online shopping and neverrrr have I been as disappointed with a site than what I am with Zaful. I placed quite a large order (13 items from memory) on the 29th of September... 11 business days ago, it was said I would receive my order that I paid extra for quick delivery for in 3-7 business days. Yes I know, it's only a week late but the fact that they're always offline, I've never received an invoice (after requesting one multiple times) and the fact that next to no one has anything good to say about this site leaves me feeling very un-hopeful that I will actually receive this before the months end. I paid for insurance, does this mean I can cancel my order seeing as I didn't receive it in the time specified?!

Counterfeit items

I bought a dress at ASOS.com months ago. Today I by chance took a look at this online site and have seen the exact pictures of the dress I bought at ASOS. They stole the pictures at ASOS and placed them at their website for selling. Beware!

Worst experience ever... I'm almost up to my 20th email. I had no idea this company was based out of China. They certainly don't market it that way or let you know unless you really go looking for it. Sizing in China is so different from the United States and not being transparent about even this fact is only one of the many things that is wrong with this company. It's been over a month and slowly but surely I'm receiving my items. The quality of course is not very good. There are no tags in the close to even show what materials they are made of. I still have a handful of items to be delivered and the communication back-and-forth is still showing that they don't even know what is correctly outstanding. I even attached a spreadsheet to the last communication and they still got it wrong. I so regret ordering any of this.

I only received 2 of the 9 items I purchase from Zaful over 5 weeks ago. I'm doubtful the items will ever be delivered.
When following up on the order and asking for a refund, the support site never works.

It's not worthwhile, do not purchase anything from this site!

I posted a poor review a few days ago (see "are they shipping or walking my order from China?") because I've been waiting 6 weeks for a dress that I ordered from Zaful.com and it still hasn't arrived. The next day, I received a pleasant email from customer service indicating a complete refund to my paypal account and that if the dress arrived, I could just consider it a gift from them.
I appreciate the refund

I don't know why people are not happy with this company. I have placed about 4 orders and this is how it works:
You get discounts from points you can accumulate by sending pics or adding a review so it is easy and saves you a few dollars on your next order, I wish other companies would do that. They ship DHL Express for free so on all my orders I have always received one part of it one week later. The balance takes about 3 weeks and is still shipped DHL express so you get them about 3 days after getting the email for shipping info (in Quebec Canada).
I have had problems with 2 garments: on one the size was smaller from the website by about 3 cm so I sent a pic with a tape and got a full refund in points and could keep the dress! For another one, what I received was totally different from the picture and I got a full refund on my Paypal account and I could keep the shirt also. I made a couple of friends happy!
They reply within 24 hours (except on WE) when you open a ticket.
All the clothes I received were as pictured and I am totally satisfied. For the price, I am at ease to wait 3 weeks! I have ordered tops and dresses with embroidery and it is very well done. Beware of the sizing which may be different for each piece of clothes and size up. Length (bottom hem and sleeves) were also slightly shorter. The only thing I don't like is that you do not know for sure what you will receive first. I already ordered and received my XMass dress!

Half of my order was great. Cheaply made, sure, but what do you expect for a $10 dress? Cotton items are a-okay. The others, which were all made with some sort of bizarre polyester blend, are ill fitting and uncomfortable. The sizing on the website is absolutely not true. If you ask for a refund for incorrect sizing, they make YOU pay the shipping to return the items. In most cases, the shipping cost is as high as or higher than the cost of the items. Poor customer service. Do not recommend unless you are willing the bite the bullet and keep only half of what you buy.

I ordered 5 dresses on Sept. 1st. They shipped them out on Sept. 2nd. It took about 2 weeks to arrive. It is from China, so understandable... BUT...

The quality was cheap and thin. One wasn't even like the one the model was wearing in the photo. It was a similar style, not really, but like I said CHEAP and $#*!TY quality. That is SNEAKY and FALSE advertising! I did like a few dresses tho, but again... not the quality I expected from the pictures they advertise.
BUT THEN...

I WAS MISSING A DRESS! I contacted them and they replied that they had sent it seperately and it was shipped out on the 4th and to expect it in 10-25 days... WTF?!? Why would they do that? Are they stupid?! Trying to save on some shipping cost or something? And they didnt even inform me that they did this till I asked where the F is my dress?

I would like to mention I paid for tracking and insurance for these orders...
The tracking service they sent in the confirmations emails didnt even work... I received the working ones only after I asked about my orders...

ANYWAYS its been 25 days and I am still going where the $#*! is my dress? And they respond... it may take 45-60 DAYS...
$#*!!

WARNING: DO NOT BUY FROM ZAFUL.COM

SUMMARY: Cheap rip off clothing store from China = terrible shipping times, lack of helpful customer service, and $#*!ty quality.

UPDATE!
It is now Nov. 8th. It has been 2 MONTHS! I still have no dress, no contact, and no money back. Again... $#*!ty site, $#*!ty quality, and most of all the $#*!tiest service!

Zaful Buyer beware
September 30, 2015

Just like to put out a warning for anyone sucked in as I was by beautiful photos of what look like quality garments... let me tell you they are not. I fell for the great photos popping up on screen and put through an order for 3 items 2 arrived and they were not true to quoted sizes, cheap material and poorly made. When I contacted them to find out where the third item was they told me that it was in a separate package and that I should wait a couple more weeks, so I did and nothing... I contact them again and they say "package delivered perhaps look around your house or ask your neighbours"? What kind of idiot do they think I am... beware if it sounds too good to be true it usually is. Just another of the cheap quality bad service online scams from china rubbish. Save your money and buy Australian or at least from our shops...

Just a quick update, I knew within a day I have been ripped off, so I instigated a PayPal Claim straight away, thus getting my money back within 5 days. I ordered items for my daughters birthday and at no stage did they state out of stock, it was until a day later I emailed them asking could they dispatch the dresses earlier due to her birthday when they replied 24 hours later, they told me Sorry no Stock, you can exchange, but could not tell me what was in stock to exchange. It wasn't until I sent email after email to them stating I was lodging a Paypal dispute that they responded and trying to get through on the phones. So buyers beware, at least paying via PayPal you have buyer protection. Never again will I be so silly to order things without reviewing a company First.!

Never again

I had only half the items delivered. The 1/2 I received exemplified shoddy workmanship (snags, frayed hems, collar not finished, open not sewn seams). I filed a complaint on their online system & was told I had to pay to return the items. I asked about the missing items in my order & they claim they were back-ordered. I asked to cancel the back-ordered merchandise & to be paid back- they ignored me & cancelled my complaint. I filed a complaint with Paypal & they keep leaving responses that have nothing to do with a resolution (Paypal responds within a 30 day timetable-but I'm fed up). I do not want Z points. I want my cash back. They have no right to deny cash back if they cannot fill an order in a timely manner. Rude responses & run-around-Don't BUY! Now I'm filing a fraud case.

This site disgusts me to no end. They take designs from small businesses and pirate them as cheap knockoffs. Even worse is most of the photos on their site are stolen as well. Don't buy from them unless you are okay with supporting the theft of intellectual property.
