Ordered some swimwear from Zaful and all was fine, looked like what it did online. It came a little later than expected and fit a little bit snug as Chinese sizes are much smaller. Lucky I'm small so I could get away with wearing it. All was great or so I thought until I wore it to my work Xmas party (I work at Adventure World). The microsecond I hit the water suddenly the whole swimwear expanded and I literally nearly fell out of it! Luckily I was wearing shorts or my workmates would've copped an eyeful. At first I thought the zip came undone, but nope, it just got huge and I had to hold myself in for the rest of the night. IT'S $#*!ING SWIMWEAR, WHAT $#*!ING SWIMWEAR CAN'T GET WET? Now they're offering me only a part refund which is a measly amount of AU$ or part of a refund with Zaful credits. Why in the $#*! would I want credits when I don't want they're $#*!ty products? How bout a big $#*! you and a middle finger? That's what I say to your refund. NEVER BUY FROM THEM, RUN A $#*!ING MILE AND NEVER LOOK BACK!
Ordered from this company very recently and have ordered 3 times on different occasions and have had a pleasant experience every single time will be ordering more in the future! Sizes are true to size and you can't go wrong :)
I recently purchased an item from zaful, my package got lost and it was resent and arrived quickly and boy was i happy when the item arrived. The clothing is of high quality at a valuable price. Zaful always has great deals. I soon purchased another item and cant wait for it to arrive.

Ordered 2 dresses at the end of September and I still don't have them. Have contacted them 3 times through their "ticket" system. Most recent response from them offered to resend my order if I paid another $14 postage or I could get a store credit. I chose to accept neither - I'm NOT paying any more money to these crooks and I will NEVER deal with them again so they can stick their store credit.

I ordered 2 dresses from this site. It took almost a month to receive them... one was two sizes smaller than what I ordered. This site is a joke. I wouldn't even THINK about sending them back. God only knows how long that process would take! I'll NEVER in life order from them again!

I spent $74 and got a dress, 2 top and skirt sets, 2 pairs of sunglasses and a ring and body jewelry chain. The two tops are too small but I don't want to bother returning them. I just know now to order larger. The clothes are for tiny people. I'm 5'2,115 lbs and size xl would fit:-). I didn't bother reading reviews on sites like this until after I ordered, so I was really worried, but maybe I got lucky, I don't know. I am really happy with the things I got. I may have paid $10 extra for postage but I don't remember... I do know $74 is how much the total for the clothing jewelry and sunglasses was. If you opt for the free shipping it may take a few months so I probably did pay about $10 postage because I got my things in a few weeks. If they offered insurance for a few bucks I would've got that too. I've never spoken or emailed anybody there so this is my own opinion, lol. I'm pretty happy. Just remember the clothes are tiny and knockoffs of most of the photos and you'll be ok:-)

I love them. Second time ordering from them. So far, the quality of clothes are good. Unlike Sammydress & Nastydress, Zaful seems more professional. Their site has way more reviews & the quality of clothing isn't bad! Will be ordering a third time.
I ordered a holiday dress from there on 11/25 and have yet to receive it. There is no way to get a hold of customer service. I have emailed to their "customer service" address and called a bogus fake number. I am kicking myself for being caught up in the ads on Facebook. I can't believe the reviews I am reading and so wished I would have researched before ordering a package that has yet to come!

I ordered Color Block Keyhole Neckline 3/4 Sleeve Dress (Black) on 10/26 and I just received it last week and I LOVE IT! It looks exactly like the model on the site I ordered from. It is true to size, I would recommend going the next size up for perfect fit and room at the top. I will be ordering from this website again. I wish i could upload on this site with me in the dress.:)
The only Con... Didn't like the long delivery. However, anytime I reached out to customer service via email regarding the status or any updates, they always responded within 24hrs.
I am a happy satisfied customer and have referred ZaFul to ALL my co-workers, some of my family and most friends (that shop online).
Do not order anything from them. I ordered $150 of products and only got $15. It has been 3 months and I don't have the rest of my products. There is no one you can talk to when you call them.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with, actually criminal. They doubled the amount of all of the things I ordered online and would not refund my money! THEIR PRODUCTS ARE THE WORST TYPE OF CLOTHING TRASH-- cheap awful material, wrong sizes, holes, unsewn seams, mismatched and extremely poorly sewn pieces, I just cannot believe these cheats are getting away with it! This is the biggest product scam that I have ever encountered, save for something I bought that was not actually sent to me. The items are all utterly useless. They should be investigated by the better business bureau.

As stated in my email confirmation, it says my items will be dispatched within 3-5 days. Well, I paid extra on shipping for a reason. Now, I am not even interested in the items anymore (yes, my order was time sensitive). So I am telling you to cancel my order and shipment, and refund my money back into my bank account. If not responded within 24 hours, I will escalate this to my bank on Monday. I will report this business to my bank as I can see you guys don't take your customer's business seriously. I'm starting to think you guys are frauds because you guys make it almost IMPOSSIBLE to contact you. I can also see that a lot of your customers have the same problem as I. Highly disappointed.
