Have not received order

I was very happy to find swim wear I actually like! However I'm worried now after seeing these reviews. And also, I PAYED for them on the 9th of Jan, meant to be here 5 days later. Nope. It's now the 20th and I'm worried about what I've paid for. False advertising, just want what I've bought. Will not be happy if I visually see stitching and sizes are wrong, like these other poor people have experienced. Absolute effort! Not fair

Refund 7 months later!

After posting a negative review for Zaful on this site I received several emails from Zaful asking for yet more photos of the dress. I could not get them to understand that this particular dress was NOT an American size. I wanted the dress for our Bicentennial Party in February. Yesterday I received an email that my money was being refunded. Glad to have closure with this company. Never again!

Pleasantly Surprised!

I purchased two ballgown style dresses from Zaful in two different colors, each less than $20! After carefully reviewing the Size Chart, I ordered the dresses a size larger than my normal and they fit perfectly! They arrived pretty quickly also. I will definitely order again.

I placed this order on 12/7/15 and paid for expedited service. I just received the package today, 13/30/15. It is absolutely not a 2X. It is a size for a child, it is flimsy and poorly sewn. I am extremely disappointed and would like to return it and get my money refunded. Please forward me a return label. This was a horrible experience for me. I have not heard from anyone from Zaful to date.

Terrible

I ordered a dress in Dec 2015, apparently it was dispatched the next day but has never arrived. Customer services are a scam, refusing to recognise order number or log in details. Pretty sure the whole thing is a scam. Relieved I only bought one item

I gave all the needed info to Zaful aka IVAN along with pictures. They told me to send their defective items back to CHINA at my own cost. Zaful wrote back to my review and said that they where sorry and asked if I could send them the order information. They are just going over everyones reviews and putting a pat answer that sounds like they are trying to help. THEY ARE NOT TRYING TO HELP AT ALL AND THEY ARE NOT SORRY! I ALREADY GOT MY MONEY BACK FROM PAYPAL.

ZAFUL sucks.

I purchased clothing from Zaful in October of 2015. As I said in my previous posting - it doesn't fit and their customer service is non-existent. So after 3 months of continued emailing, filling out tickets on their site, going through incompentant people on their chat line, I finally got someone to give me the information to mail the clothing back. So January 22nd 2016 I mailed the items back. $50.75 to mail to China! Also, you can't request a return receipt because the post office told me that will immediately prompt a package review which will hold up you package anywhere from 2 weeks to 2 months. The post office also said that China companies are notorious for refusing packages with RRR - they don't want to acknowledge that they received your return! So surprise surprise, it's been two months and I have not received a refund. I looked up my old ticket with Zaful and sent a request asking where in the hell is my refund and the computer cut off my request and sent me a pop up that says my ticket has been cleared. What? So I can't even communicate about that ticket. So I tried to make a new ticket, and you guessed it, couldn't do that - my order number is no longer recognized. This would be funny if it was a Ben Stiller movie. But I'm not laughing. So I called my bank and told them I wanted to report fraud. They took all my info about Zaful, I need to email them a copy of the postage receipt, and they have refunded me fully for my purchase. They will go after Zaful themselves. Wonder if they can get anybody on the line?!?!? But HEY! Lesson learned, I will never buy clothing on-line again. Never. So maybe the rest of you unhappy zaful customers can get your money back from your bank. If enough banks are filing fraud reports against zaful - maybe that might make a difference.

UPDATE 5/23/16: I FINALLY received a refund from Zaful for the garments I returned to them in JANUARY. It cost me almost $50 to send the clothes back to China, and they do not reimburse you for shipping costs. But at least I got a refund for the clothes. I will NEVER do business with them again.

This was my 3rd order placed with Zaful that I was pleased with. My entire order was internationally delivered in a timely manner and the clothing was true the photo and description provided. In the rare case that I ordered something I was not pleased with, the company issued me a refund after following their return policy. They offer an eclectic selection of apparel that is unique with great price points.

This is a terrible store. Does not mention orders come from China and take forever to get here. Clothes are cheap imitations of what pictures show, not true to size and smelled like chemicals. Customer Service takes forever to answer questions about returns and keeps asking for pics. It took 6 or 8 messages for me to finally get an address for the return and yet another to get the RMA. By the time all was said and done it was too late to get my $31 back. BTW, they only offer partial refunds or store credits. If I were you I wouldn't order from this store. If you do, make sure you get all the return info before you order. This way you won't have to go through the frustration that I did.

I am encouraging all that are dissatisfied with this company to contact the government. I am contacting my 2 US Senators. Zaful doesn't even follow the clothing laws of the United States. All garments should have a label stating the laundering instructions. Plus the material needs a list of the percentage of different textiles used. Please help run them right of the United States.

Wish I'd checked these reviews before. I've poured so much energy and frustration into dealing with this Zaful. Most of the clothes that arrived didn't look at all like the images on the site, very cheap materials, tiny sizes (I'm a UK10 and their Medium didn't come close to fitting me) Communication felt dodgy, lots of hoops to jump through. Finally got a return postal address in China, but I don't trust that they'll honour good trade practice and refund my money. I'm scared and angry that I may have lost upwards of $150 with them. I don't want their store credit ' z points'. This experience has served as an important reminder that a flashy website doesn't necessary mean safety. Approach with caution.

Zaful I discovered thanks to a video on YT one of Czech girl who lives in Thailand, she ordered by them and made videoreview things from Zaful. So I tried it and made an order. I liked four things. The first purchase I received a gift of a $ 10 what makes me happy. I chose the recommended shipping (arrives in 25 days) and it came on time. Sizes correspond, beautifully fit, dresses were long to the floor (which I was very pleasantly surprised!). Material was great too. Pleasantly. Sure, that things sewn in China (but now there sews almost everything, even brand sneakers, etc. Just look at the country of production - either China or Vietnam). I'm happy and excited. A few days ago I did the next order.
Finally, I want to tell everyone: when I read some reviews, I feel the need to say this: In the Czech Republic people do not sent packages by common delivery( only recommended!), because they always lost (or stolen) and I believe that the post office (whether any postal company) for ordinary mail doesn't take responsibility. Package may not come. And if you choose an ordinary postage, then do not blame zaful that your goods not come. Pay extra to about $ 2 (or more). And one last thing: If you can do not pay with PayPal. Charge money that does not belong to them, most people solve this problem worldwide. Do not blame it on Zaful. It is not their fault and it's not fair to them.

EDIT TODAY: 24.05.2016:
From Zaful I have to date done 4 orders. Always me things come and when any item not in stock, just inform me and ask whether I'll wait until it comes the new shipment of goods, or whether I choose something else or if I want to return the money. NEVER (!) but that would give me anything, or was a problem that would be tackling. And I don't think I'm happy only. Everyone complains about what he will come for goods, but for the money? You buy the material into any country outside China, and you pay only for the material several times more! And that's what it is-you want a quality thing, but best for free, right? This e-shop and the people in it have my complete confidence!

Fraud

I feel I have been scammed by this company. I placed an order on Sept 24 2015. It is the end of December and it has not arrived. I was told by customer service that it was lost in the mail so it was not their fault. I was given the option of a store credit for a fraction of what I paid, or I could give them additional money to try again on the first item. I have never heard of such a thing and I spent my entire professional career in fashion retail operations. This is not a company to deal with.

I am very satisfied with my purchase from Zaful.com. Everything is very well made, especially for the prices I paid. The items I ordered are very stylish, and fit well. The sizing does run a bit small, but not outrageously small (as another reviewer believes). I have also had great communication from them regarding a back-order. The back-order has since arrived, and I am happy with that purchase too. It does take a little while to receive the items here in the U.S. But they are traveling all the way from China. Please be patient, and your beautiful items will arrive.
