I bought a dress, looks beautiful in the picture. When l received it doesn't looking like the picture, totally different, poor fabric, with defects. L took a picture and send to customer service they offer me to send the dress back and have to pay shipping, or accept 4.00. Very disappointed!

It's been over a month, nothing has arrived, they think they have provided me with a tracking number... might need to be one that works in Australia. THEY ARE NOT LEGITIMATE AND THEY TELL LIES. They sent me a delivery note... for HILLDALE NSW? Bit far from ST Kilda in victoria...

I ordered two items that went into the Goodwill donation bag. They didn't look like the photos that are on the website
I didn't ask for a refund because I know I'd get the run around.
I will never order from this site again

Havent received my item
February 4, 2016

I ordered about two weeks ago and have yet to get an email or conformation of the order. I went on the site a couple of days after I ordered and said it was shipped, still haven't received it. Went on today and no account found, so my email isn't working and they have no tracking of my order. Worse website I have ever dealt with and will know for next time and will not recommend this site to anyone.

I had a friend who told me about the website so I thought I give it a try myself, because of the outfit she received were beautiful. I order 3 dresses and they looked just like the pictures on the website. It didn't take that long to receive them after they sent me the tracking number so I was able to keep of my package. I am happy with my 3 dresses that I bought from Zaful.

Zaful are Terrible

Ordered a dress that never arrived. Was told to wait longer, which i did, but still my dress didn't show up. Eventually decided I had waited long enough and asked for a refund. My money was not refunded, instead they said they had 'refunded' it to a virtual wallet. That is not a refund, that is just keeping my money. I decided it was only a small amount of money so maybe i could find another cheap item i could use the money in this so called virtual wallet to pay for it - chose another dress i didn't really want, which was a couple of dollars more than the original one and when i went to pay they tried to charge me almost twice as much as it was advertised for on TOP of the money they were still holding on to. They claim they can't refund my money to paypal as their 'system' won't allow it. What a hassle. Don't bother with this online seller you will be disappointed. Have opened up a dispute via paypal because this seller obviously has no intention of honoring his side of the deal. AVOID ZAFUL LIKE THE PLAGUE.

Disgusting!

I ordered a bikini off of here which said it would take 7-12 days to receive paid over £10 for this bikini didn't even receive an email confirming the purchase and I try to log into my account and it apparently does no even exsist so not only have they deleted my account and my order but they have also taken my money I've emailed them and tried to ring them but to my surprise no response, they can only get away with this for so long!

After reading many mixed reviews I decided to give Zaful a shot. I tend to purchase a lot online for the convenience and they seem to have many cute items on their website. Unfortunately my experience has not been a positive one. Of the four items I ordered, two took over a month to arrive. More unfortunately, what did arrive was between mediocre to horrendous quality. Defective, built improperly and just embarrassingly bad on. Two of the items would never be able to be worn without putting some significant work into them, (just to make them wearable) and they weren't dirt cheap items either.

Based on my displeasure with the items I had received, per their website's instructions, I took pictures of the faulty items, submitted a ticket and requested a return. They completely ignored the fact that their customer was not pleased and instead kept telling me that I should think about keeping it and then they would give me a 20% credit to use towards a future purchase. Since I don't generally make a habit of asking to return items I really want to keep, I told them no. They gave me a huge runaround and finally said that I could return the item but that I "need to know it is responsible for you to afford the fright and possilbe tariff" (literally copied from the email I received) and then they would provide a refund... IN ZAFUL MONEY. Are you kidding me? That's not a refund, that's an attempt to make me purchase more crappy quality items from them. Never again!

Did not keep my order # did not have a reason to keep it... company should have it on file anyway an for them to ask me for it will not resolve the situation... just will not deal with people who sell JUNK! AN SMELLY PRODUCTS!

Unbelievable

Any reputable company allows the customer to return a product. Zaful only allows the customer to return product if they meet unrealistic criteria such as taking pictures of the dresses with a tape measure for shoulder, bust, and length measurements to prove the product is wrong size. That would be12 pictures I would need to provide as I bought 4 dresses.

I ordered two dresses 9/2015 and never received them. I tried to call and always received response phone lines closed now, just like I did from the chat rsponse below---
"Welcome to Zaful.com! Sorry for the inconvenience that we are offline now, Please submit a ticket on our support center. We will reply you in 24 hours". Yes, they gave me an email response that someone would get back to me and no one ever did. I ended up paying for two dresses I never received.

Nothing like the photo!

I brought what looked to be a nice straight professionally made mottled green hoodie with a white cord from these guys. What I got was a ugly flat green, cheaply made, lime and dark green corded one with badly sewn on patches! BEWARE.

I ordered about $120 worth of clothing from this website. Then i read the reviews on here and immedietly freaked out. I requested my order to be cancelled and for a refund of my money. Surprisingly they responded in a couple hours saying they could do this for me, however it could take 25 business days to refund me - my money was refunded in only 4 days! Props to customer service.

Wow ok this place is awful. No where on their website did it say "we are going on holiday and orders won't be shipped until after February 12th". I placed an order for a dress I needed for February 6th on January 21st. I paid for the quickest shipping option, expecting it to be here no later than January 28th. BUT NO. Without informing anyone, they decided to go on holiday. So now I have to go find another dress asap, and I doubt I'll get the refund I demanded based off others' reviews of this website. DO NOT SHOP HERE!

The items on this site are very inexpensive. When you receive the product you understand why. Not only are the photos deceiving but the quality of the products is substandard. Sizing is off. Their models must be small in proportion to what they describe as U.S. equivalent. Returning/exchanging the items would cost as much as the item itself. You are responsible for the charge of shipping both ways and that would include tariff charges. The end result is it would cost way more to return/exchange that what the piece is worth. To be fair a couple of times ordered have been okay, but for the most part I would think long and hard about ordering from this company.

Ridiculous
January 20, 2016

I ordered in September 2015.
Today is January 19 2016 and nothing has come.
Zaful tells me they are sorry but my items got lost in transit and because I did not buy shipping insurance, they can only credit me partially for my loss. They did say they could resend the items, but I would have to pay another 11.00 dollars for shipping on an item I probably paid 9 dollars for.
Complete waste of time and money. Do NOT order from this company.
