I am so disappointed with this company. I have never had a problem purchasing online and this was the worst. Their sizing is completely off. The are false advertising for women when it is really for children. I am turning them in for false advertisement! Not to mention the shady no call backs or help with returns. BAD BUSINESS!
Don't order clothing from this website. The sizing makes no sense and they refuse to accept returns, arguing endlessly about items that are clearly defective.
UPDATE: Zaful contacted me after this post and initiated a refund without requiring me to ship the defective merchandise back to China, for which I am grateful.

I'm usually a conscientious web user, checking reviews before I buy. But I got sucked in on this one. Their website is surprisingly good, and makes you think it's a legit company. BUT it's most definitely not. Postage was quick, but as soon as I opened up my package I realised I'd made a bad decision. Firstly, the sizing seems to be aimed at Asian sizes, a L is maybe a small to medium. The cuts of the dresses were completely different to those displayed on the web, they looked like absolute crap. Not just the usually 'oh this looked better on the model' sort of regret you have when you buy something. No, trying these dresses on illicited thoughts more along the lines of 'why did they send me a potato sack?'. One dress, which in the picture had a split to just above the knee actually had a split all the way to my undies (and I'm not tall!). I followed the instructions on lodging a complaint, and am now in a battle to 'prove' that the dresses are crap. They want measurements and picture after picture etc. I have the clothes in perfect condition, haven't taken the tags off, and asked about a refund because I wasn't satisfied. Silly me, expecting that they might have similar policies to every other store out there. But nope, you only get a refund if it's literally falling apart the second you get it. Next step is lodging a dispute with paypal, hoping that gets me somewhere because I'm pretty damn annoyed.

So remember how I posted they were not sending the item I ordered -- even though they had sent me a tracking number, and then said I hadn't paid? Well, obviously I had, and today it arrived -----after I had reordered another one.! So, now I will have had to buy 2. I guess I will gift my friend and NEVER order from this place again. What a screwed up company!

I was so excited to purchase from this website due to it's free shipping tactics and cheap prices, although receiving a bikini I purchased it was a complete disappointment. The sizing was terribly off, the coloured floral patterns were not as it resembled in the picture as well as faded in the bikini and the padding was barely there, like styrofoam!
Although their customer service was fast and efficient, I still don't think I will be purchasing from this website again.
I just received my item. I gotta say its really nice. Its a velvet and chiffon coat. It has some weight to it and fits perfectly. Im happy, because i ordered BEFORE i read the reviews and i was so scared if my card was going to be charged more than the 23 dollars i paid. It wasnt. I got the item in a little over 2 wks. And im surprised. I wont order from them again, as im afraid i wont be as fortunate as i was this time.

I'm from Spain. I ordered two items. I didn't receive them and Zaful returned my money back. Finally I got the items (three months later) and I left a message to Zaful, but they answered me very kindle saying that they are not charging the items again.
The bikini was okey but the dress was too small to me.

I purchased a dress on sale - the original price not cheap. When it finally arrived - the fabric was cheap and nasty with a chemical smell, the dress at least 2 sizes smaller then what it was supposed to be, the cut just bizarre - their clothes are cheap and very very nasty rip offs of what is in the photo. I wrote a review - the site told me I was the first to review the dress - the next day there were a bunch of 5 out of 5 reviews all dated before mine, all making claims in opposition to mine - pretty fabric, perfect fit, beautiful dress - ALL OBVIOUSLY MADE UP BY ZAFUL - APPALLING!

First of all, we ordered the beginning of Sept and still haven't received our order. Know that you are ordering from China and do not order flat shipping rate or you will get the run-around. I had no idea when we ordered two dresses on Sept 3 that we'd have this type of costumer service.
We were promised on the website delivery within 28 days. After a month, I started writing to request a refund. They asked that we "be patient" I've asked three times for a refund, and every time they've said to be patient, that instead of 28 days to get the order, we should now wait two months. After the two months, I've asked for a refund for a third time... here's the response:

I´ve recently bougth in this online fashion page, and I was very surprised it was simple, fast and valuable experience! The dress I bought was amazing, good quality and exactly as the description of the item. I recommend shopping experience in Zaful! :)
Where do I even start, I have orderd since AUGUAST it is now November and I still haven't received my items. I contacted them about a month ago and asked weather my items are going to arrive or not and they said it should arrive soon and when I asked for a refund they said they would refund me one of the items and the other is on it's way. I am yet to receive the items or the refund.
I have not ordered more cheaply made clothing in my life (the pictures online look nothing like that in reality) AND the sizings are all off and for very petite Chinese women. I am petite but the stuff still didn't fit me. To make matters WORSE. They FORCE YOU TO TAKE PICTURES OF YOURSELF IN THEIR OUTFITS IN ORDER TO MAKE A RETURN. That is their policy. Then they have limited days to return. So if you don't have a camera handy you end up stuck with a bunch of crap clothing. That is exactly what happened to me. The clothes are of a similar standard of finish as found elsewhere - I am satisfied. Quirky styles which fit well. Customer after sale service is excellent. It is not a bother to follow their instructions for a replacement.
All of the dresses were way too short. I'm 5'10'' and nothing fit me. I even gave the dresses to my two friends to try on who are 5'1'' and 5'3'' and they were all too short on them. Stuck with the dresses now! The only way they allow returns is if there is a defect with the item, and even then you have to pay for shipping to return something that is their fault. Very poor service and I highly do not recommend ever purchasing from them.
