Yours truly has nice clothes but is it really worth getting it? The shipping is horrible and the customer service horrible too. I ordered 9 hoodies from them. I have not gotten them or anything emails. I been trying to reach them for the longest time but they never responded. I been waiting since July 18, I wasted $639.16 and I have gotten nothing at all. They need to fix they shipping and customer service because this is unacceptable. I wasted all my money I had on them and I have gotten nothing back. No email, no call, no order.

Horrible shipping!

I ordered on Nov 30th, My order still has not been shipped. My kid will not be getting her Christmas present on time. How is it possible that after 2 weeks, My item has not been shipped? Bad company policies!

My order was placed on March 8th, 2018. I have emailed several times to get an update. I was told it takes 2 1/2 week to 3 1/2 weeks to check back if i haven't heard anything. Well it will be a month this week. I bought these items for my daughter Birthday not thinking it will take this long to get the items. My Credit card was already charged a while ago. There isn't even a customer service number to call. You have to email and wait and wait for them to get back to you.

Never again it's a joke don't buy nothing from yours truly they'll just take your money I spent almost $200 on Nov 23 for Christmas presents and never got them and I emailed them but no answer don't waste your time

Great Service

My experience was great. I had ordered 2 hoodies and they got here sooner than expected, like 6 days after ordering. When they got here I noticed that I got the wrong hoodie. So I emailed them and a day later recieved an email back from AJ and after I showed proof, they sent me the correct one. I am really satisfied with the service and product. I really don't know if i just got lucky or something after reading these reviews lol

It's one thing to be patient. I got suspicious looked on the website... EVERYTHING is SOLD OUT get the F out of here with that BS. I have ordered in the past no problems I will never order from here again. They sure did take my money fast but have not received my merchandise, this will escalate further trust that!

SCAMMERS

Placed an order in NOVEMBER. It is now May and I have no received a thing as well as everyone else that purchased online. PLEASE call your bank because this company is a SCAM. There's 100's if not thousands of people waiting on their "order" from November. They'll respond on Instagram comments to act like they're a real company to tell you to dm them or email them then never check the dm or email. Fraudulent company and it ruins the name Phora.

Horrible!

I put in an order for a Hoodie for my sister for Christmas Dec. 5th... it's PAST Christmas and I still haven't gotten it. Guess my sister is getting a really late Christmas present IF I even get it! It hasn't even notified me that it's been shipped. I've sent MULTIPLE emails and no response. Never buying from here again

I ordered on black friday & barelt recived it. The sweater quality sucks, i always buy a boy medium because i usually like it a little loose, it was way to small. It looked like an extra small. The wish app has better quality clothes then this.

Love the Ordor

THIS COMPANY CLAIMS THEY ARE FOR THE PEOPLE BUT ARE NOT. THEY ARE ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO GET IN CONTACT WITH. And do not care about any issues. YOU SPEND YOUR HARD WORKING MONEY ON THEIR MERCH & the can't even reach out Incase of an issue. IF YOU READ THE COMMENTS THERE ARE SO MANY MORE JUST LIKE THIS ONE! People never got their refunds, exchanges, issues resolved and much much more. It's sad because the brand is beautiful. But they lack so much customer service I have no idea how they are still in business.

Super shady company, shipping takes MINIMUM two weeks, and my hoodie cost me $73 dollars and the quality is HORRIBLE. My champion hoodies were 10 dollars cheaper and way higher quality. This hoodie is as thin as something you can get for $15 and on the inside of every embroidered part there is some kind of paper. Don't waste your money, total scam.

I placed an order in November. Had I known prior to placing my order what the horrible shipping estimates were( 6-8weeks) I would not have completed the payment. It wasn't until after my credit card payment was complete that I was informed of the possible wait times. I waited 3 weeks until I requested an update on my order and was informed by AJ Lacoste that I should receive my shipment by Christmas and was provided a link to the outrageous shipping estimates again as well as a NO REFUND policy. I reached out again 4 days before Christmas in hopes that I would get an update or tracking number and I have not received a response back. I am now going into the 6th week since my order was placed and have no updates or tracking information on my order.
