This was going to be my God daughter's Christmas gift because she is a big fan. I have a feeling it's not going to make it here in time or maybe at all. I've been trying to get ahold of these guys and no answer they obviously don't care. I mean i don't care if they get in touch with me they probably just give me fake Smiles but my goddaughter could have had a real one.
Horrible company with horrible customer service! I made an order of $260 and they never fulfilled my order. I sent them an email over a month later asking about my order (since I had not heard anything) and after 2 weeks I got a reply from them saying they could not fulfill my order as one item was "out of stock". They said they do not issue refunds and I would need to ask for a store credit. It's been months and I have not received any of my order or gotten a refund/store credit. They do not reply to emails to resolve the situation and do not have a phone number to contact. Do NOT purchase from here.
My mom ordered me stuff on black friday for christmas it came about a month later. Recently i ordered a hoodie & it only took about 2 weeks to get here. It takes them time to send things because they package them & send them. After its ships they can't really do anything.
I ordered sweatpants from them over a year ago. Never received them. Emailed them at least 6 times never got a response. It's not like their merch is cheap. It's expensive. And you'd think they'd have the decency to at least refund or send an email. Do not buy from them unless you are famous. You won't receive your merch in a decent time or at all even. I ordered a pair of sweatpants and when I received them there was a large hole in the seam. I emailed customer support numerous times and was ignored. I also called them numerous times but was unable to get in touch with anyone. I also tried to make contact with them on other social networks but was completely ignored. Cheap quality and even worse customer service.
I placed my order on December 1st $123.00 every time I go to check the order status it states to contact customer support! There is obviously no one running the store, no customer support! I have E-mailed them 5 times and only one robotic reply of "Your request is being reviewed by support staff" I am so filing with the BBB as the phone number is a dead end and this is NOT how you do business. All of the people that have ordered for their loved ones for Christmas will be SOL... PHORA needs to put some attention into his Merch business.
I ordered my daughter a sweat shirt and sweats and I swear the are manufacturing each stone and these to make it. I've reached out to customer service, no response, left Facebook messages, called a number, NO RESPONSE AT ALL. I ordered at the beginning of December 2021 nothing to show for my 110.00 purchase. If I had known, I would've read reviews and never wasted a dime with this company (if it even is a company)?
I ordered on Black Friday, got an email confirming my purchase then for WEEKS received no tracking number. I started to get worried. I went to their Instagram page and found numerous comments that no one was reviewing their tracking numbers. And most hadn't got their merch in MONTHS! I immediately emailed them saying it was ridiculous to scam people like this during these tough times and threatened to report them to the bank as fraudulent. To which I got a very fast reply offering store CREDIT or simply have my items "reshipped". I clearly didn't want store credit seeing as that no one was even reviving their stuff so I responded that clearly just wanted the items I paid for or I would just go report them to the bank. Within days my hoodie came to my house. I will never order from them again and it's a shame that they are scamming people who support them. Not to mention they deleted numerous comments about their scamming behavior on Instagram which made people more upset and worried.
Ordered Nov 23, still nothing. Checking status and all it says still is "ordered".
I wish I had read the reviews before letting my daughter order from this site. Its unfortunate that they have young kids obsessed with their clothing line and yet they can't deliver or provide proper customer in order to keep their fans happy.
Ordered on black Friday sale 11/23/18, status shows as "ordered" and "waiting for carrier"!?
15 business days and 3 emails later, nothing! No reply, no order. This is bull$#*!, what's the purpose of Black Friday sales if my daughter doesn't get her gift on Christmas morning? Very upsetting. Never again.
I have already placed a review on here about this so called company. Just wanted to let others know if your wanting a refund and nothing happens like me. Contact the Better Business Bureau I had my refund with in a week. It can be done all on line.
Bought some clothing for my son in Black Friday knowing that I had a bad experience 2 years ago. Haven't received anything they just took my money, no order number or nothing I've been sending emails with no response. Last time took close to 2 months to receive my order. I will never buy something from this place again!
Now tell me how can you sell products NOT SHIP THEM after they sold out but make new ones instead of shipping the ones already ordered? Please I have ordered on a lot of sites and I know it takes some longer hut with this one it never took this long and it's funny how it's always the "limited mystery boxes" I am so mad because I paid ALMOST 100 FOR SHIPPING so it would arrive by time but still not shipped nor any answer by the incompetent customer service!
My daughter wanted this for Christmas so I order a couple of outfits for her. NONE has arrived and I order 11/23. Worst customers service ever. No updated emails about shipping. When it finally get here I hope she likes the stuff because this is the last thing that I am buying from them.
This company is a scam! While you may get lucky & they will randomly send out small orders, most orders they never ship at all. I have been waiting almost 3 months for and order of $404! They do not have a working phone number & repeated emails to them went unanswered til they finally answered me once & said that some of my items were out of stock (which I ordered the minute they "dropped"/released, so that's interesting), & they offered no refund or partial shipment & then never answered me again after more emails! I emailed them 7-10 times! I finally had to file with the BBB & my credit card company & to this today they have not answered any of us! My credit card company was able to issue me a refund and they have 90 days to respond, which seems like they won't, since this filing was a few weeks ago. What a waste of time & money! Not worth it and not sure how they will ever stay in business!
Ordered on Black Friday over $130 worth of product. The company promised by Christmas, it's now after New Years and still not here. Contacted the company several times getting a standard message that the product is still processing. Worse company I've ever purchased from. Just disgusted with the poor service.
I placed an order of almost $200 on black Friday I still have not even got a shipping number all it says is order placed the store if you didn't know is actually closed no longer exist so you can call the number that goes to the store but you're never going to reach anyone I've emailed them probably 50 or so times and gotten one automated response it was from my very first email I've now reached out and made a complaint on Twitter I've contacted the Better Business Bureau I've contacted them on Facebook Instagram nobody will get back to me I will never ever ever in my life order from this company again and I will never recommend this business to anyone I can't even believe that they conduct themselves in this manner
Purchased a 2 shirts and blanket from them on December 11 for over $100. Confirmation email said it may take up to 4 weeks for deliver, Now it's been 7 weeks. I've sent them countless emails and no response. It's a scam. Don't waste your time.
I will not patron the company again. I am sorry but Amazon has us all spoiled. It took a ridiculous amount of time to get the product. Their customer service was not on point either. Cant reach anyone by phone and when they respond via email it is mostly to remind you of their terms which they try to use to justify not getting you the product timely. Yes the clothes are cute but I need reliability.
Bought $75 dollars worth of merchandise over two months ago and still have yet to receive my order. I have emailed the company direct messaged them and commented on recent posts to not get any type of response. I also bought these items because they were promised to be delivered by C H R I S T M A S! I just want my money back, but as the looks of it thousands of people are in the same boat.

Answer: NO! I have asked them to cancel my order and refund my money... Its been 3 months and no clothing and no refund. I'm filing a fraud report with my bank.
Answer: No. They're telling others that they are shipping orders from THIS MONTH but can't ship from already paid orders from November? If you comment on their Instagram page they'll even tell you to dm them or email them but then never respond to you. Fraudulent company.
