I was genuinely so excited to order from this brand because I have been wanting to get something for a long time. I ordered 2 pet hoodies, 2 regular hoodies and a face mask. Considering the price that you pay for this stuff the quality should be *******x better than it is. Super thin and just cheap material and a hoodie costs over $50! Super disappointed with my purchase honestly. Also, the pet hoodies are literally SOOO small that it couldn't even fit any "small" dog like they claimed. It could fit a tiny puppy but that's about it. Also, the quality on those are just horrible. SO cheaply made. There are so many other brands that have such better quality items for the same price. They look great but the quality just isn't there. The face mask was the only thing that was good quality.
This is by far THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL, DISORGANIZED, CARELESS company i've ever had to deal with. I ordered a few clothes since August 2019. We are February 2020 & I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY FULL ORDER. Spent MONTHS going back & forth with them about my order which actually they've stopped answering. They claimed my items were "back ordered/out of stock" how can you process an order if thats the case? Lets just say okay, it happened. I would understand if it took 2-3 weeks longer... but 7 MONTHS?! After 6months of waiting they sent me ONLY 2 items out of 5 i ordered! I contact them again & they said that they can't give me the rest of my order because of some bs so they gave me store credit... WHY IN THE HECK WOULD I WANT A STORE CREDIT FROM A COMPANY I'D NEVER BUY CLOTHES FROM AGAIN? I cannot believe this is what Marco Anthony Archer represents. His brand is disgusting & should get sued for all these scams, headaches, & stress. YOU OWE ME $250!
I ordered two sweaters from this site on Cyber Monday for my sister for Christmas. I wished I read the reviews before buying. This site gives you the "only 100 available" on items to make you think they have it in stock ready to be shipped. A week before Christmas and still nothing showed up. I emailed them and got this reply from an AJ Lacoste:
"Your order should be with you by Christmas! We are sorry for any extended delay due to high volumes of sales, your order with be sent out shortly and you will receive tracking information via email! Then I get an email that it was finally shipped on 12/21/2018. Here I am 12/26/2018 after Christmas with no Christmas present for my sister during her visit. And the worst thing is she doesn't live locally, so I pretty much have to waste money to ship it to her.

I've been waiting 2 months for an order and sent numerous emails with no response! I get a packing slip today saying both my orders are out of stock! Why would they even place an order for items out of stock! Now they're telling me to contact support for credit! I've been contacting support for months now! This is the worst company I've ever had to deal with! I just loss $160. I'M PISSED! SHAME ON YOU AND YOU'RE "FAMILY RAN" CLOTHING LINE PHORA!

I've been ordering from yours truly since forever and quality is terrible so is the shipping it takes months to get an order and some times it's not even the right product that was ordered and no they do not accept returns or exchanges so if you do happen to get the wrong product be happy with it Bc it's what you are going to have to keep. Also the quality of the products are absolutely terrible yeah it comes it looking beautiful but after a wash bye bye beauty I've gotten the love yourself jackets and it's becoming really bumpy from the material absolutely terrible and the hood of the other jacket I got doesn't even go over my head trash quality if you're looking for a good quality jacket go get a you matter hoodie it's so much better quality for the same price and totally worth it DONT SHOP YOURSTRULY! If I could I would give them a negative star shipping is over priced too
I ordered clothes for a Christmas present. It is now January and never recieved items. There is no way to contact company. I recommend you file a dispute with your bank!
I ordered a shirt from here and it came within 1-2 weeks after i placed my purchase. Came in perfect condition and right size! Love it and i recommend ordering from here.
They are horrible they put on a sale for "black Friday" every year and its gotten so bad they use the we "pack by hand" well then don't promise christmas delivery and then keep peoples money and ruin children's christmas you all are horrible people then they post an address and phone number which you can't get through to they have a house listed as their business address of 379 Cabrillo Cir. I ordered with Yours Truly Co. On Black Friday of 2018. Like a lot of other people with negative reviews on the company. After 6 months of waiting and emailing with no reply and asking for a refund, I had finally received my 9 piece Mystery Box (that cost $150, and had to pay an extra $30 to take it home from the post office).
To put it lightly, I was disappointed by the pathetic assortment of cloths that came out of the mystery box.
Everything that came out other than the 1 (semi) decent hoodie and 2 shirts from 2017 overstock was clearly a set of basic plain tees that were cheaply and haphazardly designed with one word to fill the 9 item order for my mystery box.
The cheap designs look nothing like the shirts on the website either.
I wasted $180 on a pack of clothes I wouldn't spend $50 on.
I will never purchase anything from this company again, and hope that nobody else will either.
Their clothing is cheap, customer service is awful, and they clearly do not care about their customers. I hope that nobody else wastes their money and has to go through the stress associated with dealing with this company.

They have amazing styles, and drop a lot at once. The. Shipping time is reasonable, and the customer service is average like any other online website. I have never gotten scammed.

I order 2 hoodies 1 blanket and 5 shirts on Black Friday an had to wait 2 months for it but didn't mind and order another 4 shirts and 1 Hoodie on 3/16/19 am finally got it. I love the design
I absolutely love Phora, Yours Truly, etc and the clothing is dope but the whole online store, customer service, consistency of clothing is absolutely terrible. I would love to say good things but I can't. Not only is it random how long your orders take (it's been a month since I ordered $125 worth of clothes and still hasn't shipped, but also ordered something less than a week ago and it's here), but if you have a problem, questions they won't answer you. Maybe after your 3rd email they might answer you 3 weeks later if you're lucky, with a less than helpful answer. I've spent a lot of money and referred people and we've all had negative experiences. I'm also irritated because I ordered a hoodie and loved it but it was way too big, so I ordered one size smaller in the SAME HOODIE. It's the same color and design but it's a completely different hoodie (sizing, strings, fit, the ways it's made is comoletely different) and I hate it. I loved the original hoodie. Why would they sell different, random types of hoodies? It's inconsistent and and false advertisement because this one look nothing like the pictures or like the first one did. Plus it doesn't fit.
Okay let's not turn this into a rant this is the second time I have ordered from this company and believe you me it's never going to happen again I don't care how much my lovely big blue-eyed daughter cries and begs and pleads how much she loves is the rapper I don't give a s*** no more the shipping time is ridiculous I ordered it 2 a.m. on Black Friday I still have not received my order why in God's name would it take so long to ship an item they should have a number where you could find out what's going on they should have could be a confirmation number they should have done some kind of something to let you know that you even exist this is bull you have to email these people and they don't even get back to you I'm on my 7th email with no reply I suggest you don't even bother with these clothings the last shirt I bought for my daughter the silk screen sucked so bad that when I washed it it faded the first washing but again I did buy her a new clothing because she begged only for my child but this will be the last time he will get no more money from me and I suggest all you parents do the same

Answer: No. They're telling others that they are shipping orders from THIS MONTH but can't ship from already paid orders from November? If you comment on their Instagram page they'll even tell you to dm them or email them but then never respond to you. Fraudulent company.
