Ordered during black friday and have yet to receive my order not to mention I've emailed over and over back and forth with reps and NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. I run a whole shipping department and this would never slide for me. They told me to contact USPS after seeing zero movement since dec 21st should have received dec 19th but the address was changed? Not on my end and address was correct. Then after me becoming very upset they tell me they will look into it and get back to me and never did. I asked for a refund they said they could not because it was shipped. I asked them to ship me another order sense it was lost. They would not. Everything about how this companies customer service runs is sh*t go check there instagram comments still to this day many people have yet to get their orders. I'm pissed! Would add pictures of emails but I currently the icon will not let me tap it and insert photos.

Missing items
April 28, 2019

So I've ordered from this company many times, however, as many others i haven't received items from my Black Friday order. I have emailed them about 10 times, receiving only one reply. I have commented on their posts only later to realize they deleted my comment. I have dm'd them and still nothing.

THEY ARE PATHETIC

My card info was recently stolen and apparently this is the store they decided to purchase $50 worth of stuff even tho they tried to purchase over $200 worth of stuff. I tried to reach out to this company after already contacting my bank to see if they could provide me with any kind of information relating to the charges. They would not even answer their phone, I called many times and after a while it started just going to voicemail. Who runs a business like this? It's sad how many honest companies are crumbling these days yet these sharks are still in business.

Thieves! Liars!

I ordered clothes in early December for my daughter. She was very excited, especially since she was under the impression that she may have it by Christmas. I emailed them in January and recieved a response stating that it would take another a few more days for delivery. It is now March 9,2019... I've sent them additional emails... no response back. I've been very patient but now I am beyond d patient. I want my hard earned money back!

Never received my order, never replied back to my support request email, and still waiting. I ordered my daughter a sweater back in September. I patiently waited, and figured maybe they were busy for the holiday season. I even thought, maybe it's like ordering from China and takes a month. Well, I reached out to their support email for a refund and still never received any sign of life. This company is truly unprofessional and diappointing. Do they even have staff?

NEVER AGAIN!

I ordered Christmas gifts for my daughters on November 23rd. Still, items have not been shipped but my money was taken out of my account the same day. I keep trying to send emails & I get an undeliverable msg. Very disappointed with this company & will never order anything from them again.

Just placed my first order last night and guess what - someone stole my credit card information and ordered $200 of product from another vendor. CC states it will take up to 4 months for claim. Now what? This is Christmas and now I have been robbed.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

WHY do you think they don't have a working phone #. They don't want to hear from their customers. Get the hint.
Very disappointed and sad!

Ordered close to $100 worth of close at the beginning of December for Christmas presents. It's nearly 7 weeks since the order and nothing. No responses to inquiries. When you go to the website every single item is stated as SOLD OUT. That's impossible unless this is a Scam. Stay away as this Company is a Scam.

I ordered on cyber Monday, and received my package in early January. I ordered a hoodie, blanket, and two t shirts. The hoodie is pretty nice, comfy and warm. The blanket is a very cheap feeling material, but decent and is how it looked in the picture online. I haven't worn one of the t shirts yet, but the one I put on today (never worn or washed) has a weird seam lump on the right shoulder. The shirt is puffed up and looks like there is a pile of fabric under it, but it's just sewn poorly. For the wait and the price, the merch is not worth it. Maybe if there is a sale, the hoodies would be fine. Online support was also not helpful at all. I regret ordering, due to their no return policy.

I ordered a hoodie from this company and it took them four weeks to ship the hoodie with little to no communication with me. Once it has been 3 1/2 weeks I emailed them and asked them to cancel the order because I no longer one of the hoodie since it took so long to ship and instead of accommodating my request they went ahead and shipped the order anyway. All this for an overpriced hoodie. I would strongly recommend not purchasing from this company.

Don't waste your time

My review will sound like everyone else. I ordered my items on 11/24/18, sent multiple emails and here it is one week before Christmas and I still don't have them. They assured me I would have them before christmas and I still don't have any tracking info that it was even shipped. Never again...

This company is a scam!

I placed an order on November 28th and they charged my account immediately. Was informed my order should ship within 13 business days due to high volume. These hoodies were Christmas gifts for my daughter. After 3 weeks I emailed them and received response that my order would be shipping soon. This went on again after 4 weeks and 7 weeks. Now I requested a full refund for not fulfilling my order and I've received no response.

I ordered the exact same time last year and got it delivered by christmas.
This year, i spent $$$ on three separate orders and only TWO delivered. Once we got the merch for ONE order, the quality was WACK.
Forever21 has better quality.

I ordered a hoodie for my daughter for Christmas in November 23,2018 and all I keep getting is a run around it's back ordered they will send it and nothing. Here it is 2/12/19 and still nothing. They went ghost and won't answer my emails. Make sure u file your complaint to the BBB... They are a scam do not fall victim and purchase anything on their site on Instagram

I ordered a hoodie and some slides on Black Friday. It's been 4 months and i've only received my hoodie, no slides. I've tried emailing them and trying to contact them through different platforms, and still no reply. I have been robbed and I do not want anybody else to go through the same thing. Would not recommend at all!

December 28, 2018

I purchased two Items 11/23. Terms and conditions say it can take up to 3.5 weeks for delivery to arrive. Well as of 12/28 (5 weeks later) I have still not received my order, I contact costumer service on 12/12 to get an update on my order. On 12/13 I received a responds by AJ Lacoste that said I should be receving my order by Christmas. Well this was supposed to be a Christmas gift, which at this point its past Christmas and no gift yet! So once again I contact them Via email on 12/24 and my update was an email stating that my order is on the way on 12/27. Like are you $#*!ing kidding me, it is ridiculous. So heads up order your stuff 1 year in advance to receive it on time!

Placed my order at the beginning of August... it is now the beginning of September. I've sent multiple emails to the company and not gotten one response. I just dispute the charges with my bank. Don't waste your money just buy a Brandy Melville hoodie with a butterfly on it and move on.
