I am so annoyed with this brand and I hate to say that because I love Phora and I have been a fan of him for years now. Although this is my first time ordering from him and it is the worst experience I have ever had. I ordered about four hoodies on May 2, now it is July 9. I am still currently waiting for my order, I've contacted them several times regarding my order. It usually takes them days to even answer me back, but when I finally got a response one of the times I was told that my package was going to be shipped out there was warehouse delays. So then I waited for about a week after I heard back from them, I emailed them on the 29th I believe, all I was told was that a tracking number will be provided when my items are shipped out yesterday which was July 8 I had emailed them asking if I am ever going to receive a tracking number I was told it would be provided a few days after the 29th and I still haven't received anythin. All I was told is that they can give me store credit or I can send them my order so they can resend what I had already ordered. I wasn't even offered a refund for this bull$#*!! This is beyond ridiculous because I spent well over $300 on some stuff I was super excited to get it yeah I never got any of it. Honestly will probably never buy from them again super $#*!ty. I'd honestly rather go to a tee shirt Company and just get pictures printed out on my shirt or hoodie because this is ridiculous. I WILL NEVER BE BUYING FROM THEM AGAIN.

So. I ordered twice once for Black Friday and the second time for a Christmas gift for my daughter that is a fan of this clothing brand, And the first order I only received part of my order and the second order I had the same issue. I have left several messages and I still get ignored. I DONT RECOMMED ODERING ONLINE AS YOU MAY NOT RECIVE YOUR FULL ORDER.AND NO ONE RESPONDS BACK. BEWARE! YOU WILL NOT SEE YOUR MERCH!
