Spent about £700 on several items and wish I'd checked the reviews first. The website looks so convincing and legit I didn't bother. I received clothes that had been worn. A dress with no matching belt. Just completely useless. Only 2 items out of 8 didn't have a problem with. When I read the reviews I just could not be bothered to return anything as I believe every single bad word said. They must have done this to thousands of people and are still getting away with it. I believe at least 7 out of 10 customers are being ripped off. AVOID OR YOULL BE SORRY!
I am so surprised to read bad reviews. I've used Yoox for two years now and not only you can buy the top deigned cloths for the fraction of the price but the customer service is incredible! My favorite site by far and I am very picky
I've used Yoox for over 3 years and have found every aspect of their service of the highest standards. Never once have my returns been disputed, however refunds can take up to 2 weeks upon reception in Italy, especially during the holiday season.
As for their products (I'm a male living in France), almost impossible to find equivalent quality/price clothes in bricks and mortar shops, and other online retailers are either outrageously expensive or sell junk. The vast majority of their brands are Italian, and the mid-upper range names rarely distributed outside of Italy are especially worthwhile.
Ordering clothes online means that you have to be more than ready to send back if the variables: size/fit/cut/fabric/appearance don't suit. A useful technique is to order more than one size of the same article and a number of similar items and then make an appropriate choice.
To summarise Yoox is a large company (turnover in excess of a 500 million €) quoted on the Milan Stock Exchange, they're deadly serious and professional.
I bought shoes from them and I had no problems. No doubt I got lucky. I believe every bad review.

Just received the boots I paid $278.00 for. They are not authentic as promised, cheap material and glue everywhere. No tags. Had to buy something else for my husband and pay express mail since his birthday is in 4 days. I was really embarrassed of giving him those awful boots. Never again.
I made the mistake of buying some PT01 mens pants from Yoox.com and I will never buy from them again. Thinking I was buying khakis and being surprised to receive cords was a bit of a disappointment to say the least. Their product descriptions are purposely vague. Never said that the pants were super slim or anything like that. Do yourself a favor and save yourself some aggravation and money by not doing business with them. It's a bait and switch operation.
Ordered Christmas present on-line. Size sent is not extra large, therefore too small. I cannot contact anyone regarding returns. I made a few purchases last week using the promotion of 30% off an android application. Today I went back online to order a few more items and I noticed that many of the times Ive purchased were a lot cheaper the base price was less (not including the promotion)
I called Yoox and asked for a price adjustment on the items I am keeping. Unfortunately I was advised the prices cannot be adjusted if a promotion was applied to the order.
I asked to speak to a supervisor and I spoke to Ann, who was very nice and reiterated that she cant help with my request.
I was not asking to have the prices adjusted based on my promotion of 30% off. I was asking to have them adjusted based on the current promotion and she still was not able to help me. She advised me to either repurchase the item or keep it or return it. Unfortunately many of the items are no longer available in my sizes and the option of repurchasing them is impossible.
I really love the items Ive purchased, but seeing that they are currently a lot cheaper and also have an additional discount of 25% is upsetting that I am overpaying for these items and I am not able to reorder them.
This is the first time I have ever encounter an issue with a price adjustment on purchases from a retailer and I have never been advised to repurchase or return an item if I am not happy with the price. The price adjustment policy needs to be reevaluated. I am a loyal customer and this policy will definitely make me think twice before recommending yoox or using yoox.
I was very skeptical about ordering from here after reading all these bad reviews this is a very great site to order from I placed my order on the 12th I got it the 16th they told me it will be here the 23rd I kept calling costumer care to check on my order (just to make sure) & they was very helpful don't believe every bad review you see because this is a very good place to order from and the prices are great! :)
They don't send your order out until you prompt them to. Blatantly send the wrong size yet I can't get refunded until after the product is back in their hands. Oh and now the product is no longer available in the size I ordered, yet it still shows on their website... One month later I make a paypal claim for my refund (the website shows they have the shoes). Yoox tells me they can't refund until I close the paypal claim and this is 100% again paypal policy! I close the paypal claim to be done with it... it's so annoying and STILL no refund. Avoid this site! I do a lot of online shopping and this is the owrst experience in years!
Order number 2811YF24C1502F, I am really upset, I ordered my shoes 28 november, and only now 7 december they are going it, when I ask them what I supposed to do, if I need these shoes today, and I had ro had them today because delivery time is 2-5 days, not more, they tell, that it is my problem, and I can do whatever I want. I will never recommend this shop my friends and will never use it again.
The jacket was easily TWO SIZES below what it should be (XL fit like a Medium). And very light cheap material. Probably $5 to make in China. Listed at over $500 and on sale for $100. I bought it, and then when it didnt fit was told there were NO REFUNDS. Wow, expensive mistake to deal with these crooks.
Really bad experience again. My orders are getting cancelled out of the blue with no reason given whatsoever. You need to fight with non-responsive customer service to get money back for orders that weren't even shipped, seriously? No reason given why the order was cancelled. Hope you go out of business.
I didn't know about this site until recently. They carry a huge selection of higher end clothing, shoes, accessories, etc. based out of Italy, and they often have sales with low shipping costs. I'm thrilled with the experience. I have yet to get my fist orderr and will update this review when i get it!
I know there are so many bad reviews, but this is a good one. I have purchased many items from YOOX over the past 5 years and have only had good experiences. I think part of the problem is that they have a Clearance section, and all items in this section are not returnable. If you aren't sure that you can use the item or if it may not fit, do not purchase from the Clearance section. I have successfully returned other items purchased from the sale or full price section. I have found unbelievably good buys of high quality, beautiful merchandise from this site. The items they sell are definitely authentic brands, many of which are from a season or two back. This is a great company.
Someone bought me an item from this website as my birthday present but when I opened, the item was damaged, not even in a sellable condition, metal parts had so much hair line scratches and the leather was in an awful wrinkly cracked state. (Costing £140!)
Contacted customer service, an automated email saying that please reply to the email with the images attached so they can give me some compensations, so I did with images attached, no reply so emailed them again asking why I haven't had any update and still no reply. I called them up and could not understand a word the customer service supervisor was speaking as he didn't speak English very well, he just said how the policy only covers 6 months and there's no evidence or on their system the email I've sent out!
Absolute nightmare and so much stress, I feel like my money was stolen away and been cheated. The worst online shopping experience I have had and for a company dealing with so many expensive brands, I feel disgusted how their system is operated and outdated.

I am a first time and last time customer. Yoox has. Terrible customer service. Your concern will not be handled professionally and will not be handled at all by staff or management. Yoox doesn't offer price adjustments once the item is purchased and if the price is found to be significantly lower within time frame. As well, Yoox will not give you the contact information to their corporate location or executive in charge. Furthermore, the items do NOT come from a warehouse in Italy. These products are knock offs and they are NOT authentic. Look at the soles and insides of the shoes. These items from Yoox originate from China and made in China and sold on the streets of NY, and sent from a location in NJ. The company name is legit but the products and company itself is NOT. Take heed, and DO NOT purchase from YOOX. Its just not worth the time, money, or headache. Shop only at reputable places like Neiman Marcus, Barneys, or other reputable stores. If these vendors can't order the out of stock item it means they"re out of authentic Items and it means Yoox can't either. Yoox buys fake items from China and sells fake items to U.S.
I recently bought a leather shoe from Yoox. At first I was skeptical after reading some of online reviews. Since this was the first time I bought from Yoox I used paypal. My account was credited next business day and I got my shoe 4 days after I placed my order. I also got UPS tracking number so I was able to track my shipment. I must say I was very impressed with shipping package and very happy with my purchase. I will go to this site for future purchase. I have give 4 star because they could improve on user experience on their website and also get their site registered at BBB to easy first time users concerns.

It is 14 working days since they received my return parcel. At the client service they admit receiving it but say that they cannot help me with the information when I will be refunded. All they they can do is to send the letter to the second level office and maybe they will reply me within a week or two. Horrible shop. It's a scam. If you do not want to be in this situation do not use them.
Answer: Hadeel, I've been a customer close to 20 years. The past 10 years I've been purchasing from YOOX designers for between £5-10K annually. The past three years I've been sent items that was fake. I don't trust them anymore. I won't buy any expensive designer items from them anymore. There are plenty of professional companies out there on the web that won't cheat.
Answer: I have been with them for 3 and a half years now and I have never received fake items from them. Also they offer quite generous return policy, so you could buy a returnable item and examine it, and return it to them if you think it's a fake. Very simple. Usually the companies which sell fakes don't offer such a generous return policy.
Answer: I placed an order with YOOX on March 6,2025 (Order #0603Y8D9E25129) for €1252, delivered via UPS locker. The locker code did not work, so I couldn’t collect my package. UPS investigated and confirmed the parcel was lost on April 9, but YOOX repeatedly denied receiving the investigation result and refused to refund me. Despite multiple requests and UPS confirmations sent to YOOX, customer service ignores my refund requests. It’s now May 28, and I still have no money back. This is unacceptable poor service and lack of accountability. Beware if you order from YOOX — they may fail to refund lost parcels and give conflicting information.
