I made a few purchases last week using the promotion of 30% off an android application. Today I went back online to order a few more items and I noticed that many of the times Ive purchased were a lot cheaper the base price was less (not including the promotion)
I called Yoox and asked for a price adjustment on the items I am keeping. Unfortunately I was advised the prices cannot be adjusted if a promotion was applied to the order.
I asked to speak to a supervisor and I spoke to Ann, who was very nice and reiterated that she cant help with my request.
I was not asking to have the prices adjusted based on my promotion of 30% off. I was asking to have them adjusted based on the current promotion and she still was not able to help me. She advised me to either repurchase the item or keep it or return it. Unfortunately many of the items are no longer available in my sizes and the option of repurchasing them is impossible.
I really love the items Ive purchased, but seeing that they are currently a lot cheaper and also have an additional discount of 25% is upsetting that I am overpaying for these items and I am not able to reorder them.
This is the first time I have ever encounter an issue with a price adjustment on purchases from a retailer and I have never been advised to repurchase or return an item if I am not happy with the price. The price adjustment policy needs to be reevaluated. I am a loyal customer and this policy will definitely make me think twice before recommending yoox or using yoox.
They don't honor birthday promo codes after 7 days and this doesn't say in their policy. Very rude and sneaky.

Purchased Gianvito Rossi pumps (arrived LATE! And absolutely used before - DISGUSTING), and the price was OK (400 USD - sale) but... The service, the wait, and the main reason for my review is the MISSING REFUND.
This is unacceptable and terrible. The customer service always says that they've issued the refund the day BEFORE they received my parcel at their warehouse (HOW THE **** COME?!). And they told me that only after I've contacted them for the fourth time. I also contacted my bank, and I will have to report a fraud as this is exactly what it looks like.
People are ordering from this website, not knowing that the company under NET-A-PORTER group can be that unreliable. And I am also one of those poor customers who've made a wrong decision by purchasing an expensive item from YOOX.
I am unbelievably frustrated and won't purchase from YOOX ever again. Always read reviews before purchasing. I mean it. And if I ever want a pricey item, I'll save a lil more and spend it at Farfetch or any other e-commerce platform!

I cannot believe I am here writing a one star review. I purchased a BLACK leather Parajumpers jacket for €750. It was the last one in size S. They send me jacket in color Dark Brown instead of Black. When I sent email to their customer service and sent picture of the lable of the jacket saying "Col: 580 DARK BROWN." And they responded to me:
"We have verified your request and we inform you that the color indicated on the product page corresponds to the actual color of the item. Keep in mind that the hues can appear slightly different depending on the settings of your monitor or the browser that you are using."
Dude... It says Dark Brown on the lable of the jacket. Dont tell me it just looks different. It is different. If the lable would say color "Black" then I would consider it, but it says "Dark brown". Its a jacket for €750, dont F with me and pay me some attention!
I want my BLACK jacket I paid for, it is somewhere in your warehouse. Just look at the lables, dont assume its black beucause its very dark. Like its not that hard to check the lable when you packing my order of ONE item that costs €750.

This review is placed here especially for the managers at Yoox. It is about time you did your Internet company some useful service to eliminate all the negative reviews placed on the Internet.
1. Please start by listening to your customers and reply to their emails.
2. Fix the problems on your web site so that customers can connect to Customer Service through the links there (all three I tried produced error messages)
3. Also why not clearly show your email addresses on your web site.

I placed an order on 3rd December 2019 and then read all the negative reviews with some concern. I immediately tried to track the order number on your site without success. I opened a case on Pay Pal to communicate with you and also sent emails to both those addresses shown above. During the next three days your company did not reply to any of the five emails or three message sent via Pay Pal. On the 6th December 2019 I received an email stating that my order had been shipped. It arrived today 10th December 2019. This is IN FACT very good service considering it is the Christmas period and the item was shipped from Hong Kong to Australia.

I have been customer of YOOX in USA since 2006 and now I live in EU and use them still because of their selection and prices on premium merch. I have never ever had problem with Yoox customer service, ever. All these one star reviews are from mentally $#*!ed people, I swear. Yes, I occasionally received damaged or wrong items, Yoox always promptly refunded my money and once offered to pay for dry cleaning of my clothes due to dye spots left by one of their items. The prices and selection is unrivaled by any online store or brick and mortar. Sacks5TH or Barney's don't have 1/10th of what Yoox have in stock. Yes refund might take 2-3 weeks (my European friends need to STFU about their refunds) Europeans are such a small-time thieves that they suspect everyone of being them every time all the time. Stop it, your pathetic refund is coming, stop crying you indolent Socialist babies. One thing I would agree with; store credit is not convenient option for refunds. Otherwise, Long Live Yoox!

Answer: Hadeel, I've been a customer close to 20 years. The past 10 years I've been purchasing from YOOX designers for between £5-10K annually. The past three years I've been sent items that was fake. I don't trust them anymore. I won't buy any expensive designer items from them anymore. There are plenty of professional companies out there on the web that won't cheat.
Answer: I have been with them for 3 and a half years now and I have never received fake items from them. Also they offer quite generous return policy, so you could buy a returnable item and examine it, and return it to them if you think it's a fake. Very simple. Usually the companies which sell fakes don't offer such a generous return policy.
