I've purchased from the YOOX for more than a year already. It's truly a gamble. Every second- third parcel contains an unpleasant surprise. Shopping there is always a risk, you never know what will be delivered. One parcel is brilliant, the other is complete loss of money. I purchased a leather bag, it arrived absolutely spoiled (all in dark spots, scratched and wrinkled- customer care didn't care)). Another purchase- wrong colour of the shirt ( can live with it, but still unpleasant). The third time - wrong size( too too small). Got the parcel a few days ago - pants have a faded line along the leg and the jumpsuit has a white defective spot on the back which is dark blue. No use sending them back because they charge money for the return shipping. YOOX has a huge choice of clothes which mesmerises their customers, but they never care of the quality of their service. Customer service replies within days, gives general useless answers. YOOX is a gypsy market. They play with you. One time you are lucky, the other time you lose. Think twice before purchasing from them.
I'd like to express my displeasure with your customer service. I sent in multiple messages and called to inform your team that YOOX processed an expired credit card on my account and was sending the package to the wrong shipping address. I spoke with Steven who told me the package could be rerouted to a UPS facility where I lived and then the call dropped. I called back and spoke with Brandy, who abruptly told me no options were available to me to receive the package at all. Yoox processed an expired card and all I can do is wait for the package (which hasn't been shipped yet) to arrive at the same facility where it is now so that I can be issued a refund. Brandy refused to tell me what the timeline for a refund would be and then suggested that I should wait for the products to be relisted on the site and buy them again! Terrible customer service. Never again.
From customer service to the website to the misleading pricing bait and switch tactics they charge for returns returns on merchandise too bad because at one time this was a good site I bought clothes here 15 years ago I had no problems
I had many bad experiences with YOOX. I made an order 10 days ago but they have not sent the items out yet. Then finally they contacted me to tell the item is sold out. I could no t believe that it happened to me. I have been waiting for the item for over a week then suddenly it told me the item is sold out. In general, it should be told when I made an order. Then I contacted with CS over the phone but they kept saying it is because of their inventory system. So, there is nothing they can do for it. That's what they said. CS is useless and I asked them to pass this call to Manager, but they are trained not to connect to Manager from the customer call. So, I could not even talk with manager regarding this issue. The other time, I received the item with security device. I think YOOX is such a poor management company and they do not consider the customer well. That's why I received such many bad experiences with. Yoox thinks they provide luxe brand products at cheap prices so, they think we should not complain because we can get luxe products at those prices. Although the prices are attractive, the services are not acceptable. A horrible service.
I placed an order on July 20,2021 still not received it. The customer care is absolutely useless, they keep telling me they cannot find the order in their system. I have sent them the confirmation email I received from Yoox and confirmation of money deducted still no help. Save yourself the torture, Order from anywhere but here.
I did the order paid $250 and they sent different sizes, everything is big, I can not return it (because it's final sale) and right now, they own me on $250, and this is not my fault. $#*! this service and app! I will write reviews on each platform!
I have bought from Yoox since 2011 and have had a few hundred transactions with them.
They used to be very good, offering a great and a very big selection of rare and designer items.
You have to check prices carefully - most of the products are from previous seasons. Sometimes prices are good, but can be overpriced too. The site will show an inflated price and a high discount which looks like you're getting a good deal when you're not!
However, I am stopping to buy from Yoox because their customer service keeps getting worse. Now, it's the Monty Python of customer service!
I've been blamed for their errors and not been refunded delivery costs because they sent me wrong sizes. Is that how you treat a regular customer?
If everything goes well, great, but if you need help, you can forget about. Just pay with PayPal in case you have to open a dispute.
Terrible customer service recommended me to consult a fashion expert in order to validate with a formal letter what clearly is a defective product. If both shoe soles collapse after regular walks then the glue used isn't the best quality. Quite straight forward conclusion right…just not for yoox customer services. Disgraceful.
Took money from my account and said that the transaction had failed. Emailed over 10 times with no reply, even then after calling to have this chased up, no reply. I'm now out of pocket due to them taking payment and not shipping my product.

The I purchased a necklace by 8 by YOOX and the pendant broke on the first wear. There was a Pearl in the heart. Apparently the super glue they used wasn't strong enough. I contacted support and they responded saying take the necklace to a jeweler. This response is simply unacceptable. I was planning on purchasing more from this site but I would never give them another dime.
I've tried ordering 3 times and items were canceled due to "fraud alert due to me being a firs time customer,,, I am very skeptic of this fthem due to them having all my information and they may come back to make the purchase after they themselves cancels all 3 items,,, from both of my cards, I was advised that someone will be calling me by the end of the day to make a purchase? Who does this?
So far my experience with them has been excellent and on point. Luxury brands for less. I just love yoox.
First time customer, bought the wrong size, return it and got the right pair of shoes super fast, will buy again.
Bought size 38 Hogan sneakers for my wife and received size 48 Superga's. Easy return and they received them at their warehouse a couple of days: now weeks later they keep replying that they process reimbursements in 3 working days … absolute joke
Order placed to be delivered to the same address as previously. Address on the order was correct but parcel never arrived as apparently wrong country was selected for ordering
Why YOOX sent to invalid address in that country was never YOOX to me. Why YOOX prevented DHL to redirect to correct country where that address existed when they initiated this action was not explained to me.
No remedy from YOOX after a month from payment - not even refund processed after they organised return of the goods by DHL to their warehouse.
Customer care emails are automated at YOOX, no one is interested in resolving the issue or sell -

Purchased a pair of sandals that looked beautiful on the website. The return policy clearly states that it may be returned within 60 days of purchase. I received the pair and the size was not correct. I was able to exchange it for a different size however upon receiving the sandals, the size and the fit was still not correct. I called and explained that the sandals did not work and would like to return them or exchange them for a different pair. I was told that I was unable to do so because they are final sale. On the website it only stated 20% off, NO WHERE IN SITE DID IT SAY FINAL SALE. As I called and explained to the customer representative the issue, he was not willing to assist nor find a solution. I told him that I would dispute this charge with my credit card and he said he would not recommend doing that because I would be banned from using this website again. Really? That's awful customer service and somewhat a threat. Who says I would shop from them ever again. I want to share this experience so customers are aware of doing business with this company.
I cannot believe I am here writing a one star review. I purchased a BLACK leather Parajumpers jacket for €750. It was the last one in size S. They send me jacket in color Dark Brown instead of Black. When I sent email to their customer service and sent picture of the lable of the jacket saying "Col: 580 DARK BROWN." And they responded to me:
"We have verified your request and we inform you that the color indicated on the product page corresponds to the actual color of the item. Keep in mind that the hues can appear slightly different depending on the settings of your monitor or the browser that you are using."
Dude... It says Dark Brown on the lable of the jacket. Dont tell me it just looks different. It is different. If the lable would say color "Black" then I would consider it, but it says "Dark brown". Its a jacket for €750, dont F with me and pay me some attention!
I want my BLACK jacket I paid for, it is somewhere in your warehouse. Just look at the lables, dont assume its black beucause its very dark. Like its not that hard to check the lable when you packing my order of ONE item that costs €750.
I ordered man's Lanvin, Dsquere, Armani... they are all fake!. I worked numerous years at Neiman Marcus and I can smell fake in a second.

I researched YOOX before ordering and was hesitant at first. I kept going back to the website "just to look". A pair of Diadora Men's sneakers kept calling my name. I couldn't find the sneakers anywhere else so I decided to give YOOX a shot. At first I had $200 worth of merchandise in the cart and then I decided on just ordering the Diadora's ($63). I figured it was worth a try. I received my package from UPS and it was boxed beautifully. I opened the box and my sneakers were great and they fit perfectly. I will order from YOOX again. My advice is to order one item that's not going to hurt your pocket and try them out.
Answer: Hadeel, I've been a customer close to 20 years. The past 10 years I've been purchasing from YOOX designers for between £5-10K annually. The past three years I've been sent items that was fake. I don't trust them anymore. I won't buy any expensive designer items from them anymore. There are plenty of professional companies out there on the web that won't cheat.
Answer: I have been with them for 3 and a half years now and I have never received fake items from them. Also they offer quite generous return policy, so you could buy a returnable item and examine it, and return it to them if you think it's a fake. Very simple. Usually the companies which sell fakes don't offer such a generous return policy.
Answer: I placed an order with YOOX on March 6,2025 (Order #0603Y8D9E25129) for €1252, delivered via UPS locker. The locker code did not work, so I couldn’t collect my package. UPS investigated and confirmed the parcel was lost on April 9, but YOOX repeatedly denied receiving the investigation result and refused to refund me. Despite multiple requests and UPS confirmations sent to YOOX, customer service ignores my refund requests. It’s now May 28, and I still have no money back. This is unacceptable poor service and lack of accountability. Beware if you order from YOOX — they may fail to refund lost parcels and give conflicting information.
