I always received my package before the estimated time of arrival, which is incredible and I received all the purchased items, without missing any. The clothes are cute and of good quality. I like that they have a website that is easier to navigate or buy on the go.
I make a 60$ order and it ship it to Greece from China without permission, cause the high taxes (125$ included 100$ of TNT courier costs) can't take it, also there are low quality thats why the low price. Refund? Not. They took it back and they kept my money!
Don't make the same mistake I did by ordering anything from this site! The quality of the products (when they finally arrive to you) is terrible, it's not even worth the discounted prices. The size and fit of the clothes is awful and good luck trying to get a refund. I have spent weeks trying to return the goods and I've never come across such an appalling service where their advice is "why don't you sell the items to your friends?" I'm shocked by this company, thinking it was reputable and now I will warn everyone away from this site.
I have tried for days to call or email about a return. They sent me wrong sizes and three of one order! Every time I try to email, an ad interrupts and I can't get through. Upon reading the reviews I feel I am going to be stuck with $100.00 worth of clothing, some I did not even order. This was a big mistake and unless I hear from soon I will take this to the NY attorney general! If any one else has this problem, I suggest you contact your state attorney general.

I purchase a dress from these people in good faith. Ordered long in advance for the gift it was to be. Shipping time from China is beyond slow. It took 6.5 weeks of course the birthday was long past. Opened the dress and was a typical cheap non wearable Chinese production. Asked for my money back they offer discount on future purchase. Thanks but no thanks. They insist on shipping back item with tracking number which doubles postage costs which you don't get back. Now it becomes not worth it which is their ploy. I sent it back to the address provided regular post. They now claim they never received it. I call BS! The package had all info on it to verify for a refund. I 'm out a total of $52.00 for junk dress and return postage. You have been warned its crap clothing from China shop else where There is nothing to see here move on. I wish someone had of warned me Bandits!
This is the worst site I've ever used in my life. Not only did the items take weeks to arrive, they were of terrible quality and looked nothing like the pictures. The dress I ordered was dark purple on the site and arrived black and size xxl and fitted like a top! Was an absolute joke so I tried to send the item back and the company was reluctant to give me the returns address! After countless angry emails I got it and it cost me a £10 to return! Still not received my money back and it's been two weeks. This place should be closed down.

Didn't even get a confirmation email once ordered. Items took ages to arrive, most where awful material, one was massive, one they sent the wrong size & the other was a weird shape. No returns information was sent. The customer service email doesn't work, I have been emailing them through facebook (which they previously had replied to me on about where my items were) twice a day since Saturday trying to get a returns address but still no reply! I do not recommend this company

I ordered three items late Feb and received two of those items mid March, when asking about the third item the useless help desk at Yoins claim it was delivered.
Checking orders online the third item is still to ve dispatched so who knows what is correct

I ordered one item at the beginning of November. Per their policy they don't charge you until the item has shipped. Well the item I ordered became out of stock within 24 hours. I was still charged for it before it shipped. Then, the tracking number they gave me said that the package never even left China. It has been two months since I've ordered and they keep giving me the run around and telling me to check with USPS, as if there is only one location! Will never order from them again. I'd be surprised if they even get around to giving me a refund.

I am still trying to get refund for jumper I bought at Xmas. I ordered on 3/12/17.It did not arrive until 29/12/17. After numerous emails for returns advice I returned on 3/1/18.It cost 23.99, post to return £4. This has jaded my outlook on shopping with overseas sites.

I would not recommend anyone to buy clothes from YOINS. My purchases said 'in stock' then when I bought them it changed to 'back ordered'. I got expedited shipping 2 weeks ago. I've reached out multiple times and have not gotten a response. Feel like I got played. I will never purchase from this company again and will tell everyone else to stay away.

I need new shirts that are more flattering
The item I ordered was told it was out of stock after they had taken money out of my account which I think isn't fair, I emailed saying when will it be shipped)I've been waiting over 2 weeks now) they said 2-5 days. Came to the 5th day nothing so I emailed then it turned to 2-4 when I emailed again! Just be honest with me! Was hoping to get this product for festival. Doesn't look like it's happening anytime soon. Oh and once it's been shipped takes up to 25 days wont be using this site again

I ordered 4 items on a sunday night from their website. Since I live in Finland, I was a little bit worried about the shipping and payment, Everything went better than expected although 2 of the items were sold out. I got an email from them and decided to wait for these two items to get back in stock, and Yoins told me I would get an email when my order is shipped. Very satisfied with their customer service!
I purchased a leather-look jacket and when it arrived (fairly quickly) I was extremely disappointed as it did not look like the ones on the website. I took a photo and sent to them to show how different the fabric and colour looks and they said it was because I photographed it in natural light. I can tell you, no amount of light could make this jacket look like the ones online. The fabric is completely different and so cheap and ugly. Yoins offered a 30% refund, which was done quickly once I accepted, but I'm still stuck with this awful jacket and won't be shopping here again. Guess the op shop will get a brand new jacket.

This is my second time ordering from Yoins. The quality of the clothes is very good hence why I ordered a second time. I got tops the first time around which have been washed and worn repeatedly and still look like new. My second delivery took forever to get here as it got lost in transit. I have to say that iris responded to all of my emails promptly and politely until my package finally arrived. I ordered 5 tops and each one is gorgeous on. I would recommend ordering from here if you dont mind a bit of a wait sometimes. Very cheap prices and great quality.

I don't usually order online from the UK let alone USA however I can reassure anyone that Yoins won't let you down! I received everything I paid for and it was exactly as it was displayed on their website. I was always kept updated via email about where my order is. Everything was delivered to me in exactly 10 days and delivery was cheap! Any queries I had the team instantly helped me. I'll definitely be ordering from here again! :)

I received a sweater I ordered in the wrong color. Have been online for the past hour trying to get this cleared up. The system won't allow me to log into my account or use the "Forgot Password" option, as the system keeps saying my e-mail is already in use. I suppose I'm stuck. As previous reviews will tell you the quality of these clothes is an absolute joke. Dresses are see through and tacky looking and look completely different to the pictures. The dresses look like potato sacks even if you order the correct sizing and poke out in random places. They won't give you a refund and try to argue you cannot return due to hygiene reasons or if you have tried the dress on which is ridiculous considering you need to try it on to know what it looks like! Disgusting service and poor quality clothes, would stay away at all costs!
